"Yeah, okay, thanks Mia." Sam says as he hangs up his phone.
"What did she have to say?" Dean says as he enters with Ana beside him.
"Oh, she's got nothing. Me, I've been checking every database I can think of -- federal, state and local. No one's heard anything about Ava, she's just... vanished into thin air, you know?" Sam explains as a yawn escape from Ana's lips, as she takes a sip from her iced coffee.
"Huh." Dean says as he hands one of the two cups of coffee to Sam, as like always Ana has iced coffee.
"What about you two?" Sam asks as Ana shakes her head.
"No, same as before. Sorry, man." Dean says.
"Mia did have one thing." Sam says to the couple. "A hotel in Cornwall, Connecticut. Two freak accidents in the past three weeks." Sam says.
"Yeah? What's that have to do with Ava?" Dean asks.
"It's a job. I mean, a lady drowned in the bathtub; then a few days later a guy falls down the stairs, head turns a complete one-eighty. Which isn't exactly normal, you know? Look, I don't know Dean, it might be nothing, but I did tell Mia we'd think about checking it out." Sam says.
"You did?" Dean asks.
"Yeah, you seem surprised." Sam says.
"Well, yeah, it's just, you know not the uh patented Sam Winchester way, is it?" Dean asks.
"What way is that?" Sam asks mildly challenging.
"I just figured after Ava there'd be uh, you know, more angst and droopy music and staring out the rainy windows and -- " Dean says as Sam cuts him off with a look. "Yeah, I'll shut up now."
Ana has a small frown on her face. "No, don't stop." Ana says as Dean turned to her with a smirk on his face.
"See, Annie thinks I'm funny."
"I didn't say that. I just said don't stop." Ana corrects Dean as he rolled his eyes with a smirk on his face.
"Look, I'm the one who told her to go back home. Now her fiance's dead and some demon has taken her off to God knows where with Elizabeth. You know? But we've been looking for a month now, and we've got nothing. So, I'm not giving up on her, but I'm not going to let other people die either. We've got to save as many people as we can." Sam says.
"Wow. That attitude is just way too healthy for me, and I'm officially uncomfortable now, thank you." Dean says as Sam ducks his head.
"Alright, call Mia. Tell her we'll take it." Dean says as he takes Ana's hand, and they walk out.
─── ⋆⋅☆⋅⋆ ──
The roads are wet, and air is misty as the Winchester brothers and Ana as the impala is parked in front of the inn. Dean gets out of the driver's side as Dean gets out of the driver's side. He opens up Ana's side of the door, and he helps Ana out of the car as he kissed the top of her head.
"Dude, this is sweet. I never get to work jobs like this." Dean says.
"Like what?" Sam asks.
"Old school haunted houses, you know? Fog, and secret passageways. That type of thing." Dean says as they go up the stairs as Ana notices an urn on the side of the porch.
"Hey, wait a sec." Ana says as she inspects it more closely. "I'm not so sure haunted's the problem." Ana says.
"What do you mean, baby?" Dean asks her.
"You see this pattern here?" Ana asks as she taps a five-point symbol engraved in the urn. "That's a quincunx, that's a five-spot. Hoodoo spell work. You fill it with blood weed, and you've got a powerful charm to ward off enemies." Ana says, as Sam nods his head.
"I don't see any blood weed, don't you think this place is a little too, uh, white meat for hoodoo?" Dean asks as Ana nods her head.
"Yeah." Ana replies.
─── ⋆⋅☆⋅⋆ ──
As the three of them enter, looking out at the quiet interior, Susan enters briskly. "May I help you three?"
"Yeah, we'd like a room for a couple of nights." Dean says.
As Sam moves in, Tyler darts in front of his legs and is chased by Maggie who runs behind him. "Hey!" Susan calls as she turns to Sam. "Sorry about that."
"No problem." Sam says with a small smile.
"Well, um congratulations, you could be some of our final guests." Susan says.
"Well, that sounds vaguely ominous." Dean says as he has an arm around Ana.
"No, I'm sorry, I mean, we're closing at the end of the month." Susan says. "Well, let me guess, you guys are antiquing?" Susan asks.
"How did you know?" Dean asks as Ana gives him a weird look as she nudged him which made his smirk falter a little.
"You have a really, really interesting urn on the front porch. Where did you get that?" Ana asks the woman.
"I have no idea; it's been here forever." Susan says as she hands Ana a key. "Here you go, Miss Carson."
"Thanks." Ana says as Susan rings the bell.
"You'll be staying in room 237. Sherwin, could you show these three to their rooms?" Susan says as an old balding man in a black blazer is shuffling behind Dean.
"Let me guess, Antiquers?" Sherwin asks as he drags Dean's clunking duffel bag behind him up the stairs as the brothers and Ana follow. Dean is holding Ana's hand in his.
"I can give you a hand with that bag?" Dean suggests.
"I got it." Sherwin says.
"So, the hotel's closing up, huh?" Sam asks.
"Yep. Miss Susan tried to make a go of it, but the guests just don't come like they used to. Still, it's a damn shame." Sherwin says.
"Oh yeah?" Ana asks as she slightly raised an eyebrow.
"It may not look like it anymore, but this place was a palace. Two different vice presidents laid their heads on our pillows. My parents worked here, I practically grew up here. Gonna miss it, anyway, here's your room." Sherwin says, as he slips the key in the lock and opens the door, handing the key to Sam, as he brushes past. Dean turns to shut the door once Ana was inside the room and Sherwin is standing there, hand extended expectantly. "You're not gonna... cheap out on me, are you, boy?" Sherwin says as Dean shrugs, as he looks annoyed as he pulled out his wallet.
─── ⋆⋅☆⋅⋆ ──
Sam is sitting, sifting through papers as Ana is on her computer, Dean is pacing he chuckles as he approaches what appears to be an antique wedding dress displayed on a wall like a ghost. "What the--"
"What?" Ana asks.
"That's normal." Dean says as he gestures to the dress. "Why the hell would anyone stay here? I'm amazed they kept in business this long." Dean says.
"Okay, I got victim number one: Joan Edison, forty-three years old, a realtor handling the sale of the hotel; and victim number two was Larry Williams, moving some stuff out to Goodwill." Ana says, as Dean moves closer to Ana, as he absimendetly twirls a piece of Ana's hair with his finger, which Ana isn't surprised in the slightest.
"Maybe somebody here doesn't want to leave, and they're using hoodoo to fight back." Ana says.
"Who do you think our witch doctor is, that Susan lady?" Dean asks, as he leaned down and kissed the top of Ana's head.
"No, it doesn't seem likely. I mean, she is the one selling." Sam says as Ana nods her head at what Sam said.
"So, what then, Sherwin?" Dean says as Ana and Sam shrug their shoulders.
"We don't know." Sam says.
─── ⋆⋅☆⋅⋆ ──
Sam is in the motel room as Ana and Dean poke around the hallways, Ana sees another urn and picks it up, it too has a quincunx inscribed on it. "Hey, look at that, more hoodoo." Ana points out, as they approach a door which is marked 'private', as Dean knocks, as moments later Susan opens the door.
"Hi, there." Dean says with a small smile.
"Hi, is everything okay with your room?" Susan asks the couple, as Dean and Ana interlocked their hands.
"Yeah, yeah, everything's great." Dean says as Ana nods her head going along with the plan.
"Well, I was, I was in the middle of packing." Susan says.
"Hey, are those antique dolls? Because she's got a major doll collection back home. Dontcha? Huh?" Dean says as Ana is giving Dean a 'bitch' face look.
"Yeah... big time." Ana says after shooting Dean a look.
"Big time, you think she could come -- or we could come in and take a look?" Dean asks Susan.
"I don't know--" Susan says.
"Please? I mean, she loves them. She's not gonna tell you this, but she's, she's always dressing 'em up in these little, tiny outfits and, um, you'd make her day." Dean says, as if her and Dean weren't here, she'd hit him on the head.
"It's true." Ana says.
"Come on in." Susan says, as Ana hits Dean up the head, as said boyfriend of Ana rubs the back of his head where he got hit by Ana.
"Wow, this is a lot of dolls. I mean, they're nice, you know. Not super creepy at all." Dean says.
"Yeah, I suppose they are a little creepy. But they've been in the family forever, a lot of sentimental value." Susan says as Ana nods her head, as despite Ana hitting Dean's head moments ago, she is standing next to him.
"What is this? The hotel?" Ana asks.
"Yeah, that's right. Exact replica, custom built." Susan says as Ana leans down and picks up a broken doll and has a slight frown on her face.
"His head got twisted around What happened to it?" Ana asks.
"Tyler probably." Susan says slightly brushing it off as Tyler then runs in.
"Mommy! Maggie is being mean." Tyler says.
"Tyler, tell her I said be nice, okay?" Susan says to her daughter.
"Hey, Tyler. I see you broke your doll. You want me to fix it?" Ana asks the little girl.
"I didn't break it; I found it like that." Tyler says.
"Oh, well, uh, maybe Maggie did it." Ana says.
"No, neither of us did it. Grandma would get mad if we broke 'em." Tyler says.
"Tyler, she wouldn't get mad." Susan tells her daughter.
"Grandma?" Dean asks.
"Grandma Rose, these were all her toys." Tyler says to the boyfriend of Dean.
"Oh, really. Where's Grandma Rose now?" Dean asks.
"Up in her room." Tyler says.
"You know, I'd, I'd uh, I'd really love to talk to Rose about her incredible doll--" Ana says but Susan cuts her off.
"No. I mean, I'm afraid that's impossible. My mother's been very sick and she's not taking any visitors." Susan says, as Ana nods her head, understanding.
─── ⋆⋅☆⋅⋆ ──
The brothers and Ana exit the room talking in hushed voices. "Well, what do you think? Dolls, hoodoo, mysterious shut-in grandma?" Dean asks as Ana shrugs her shoulders.
"Dolls are used in all kinds of voodoo and hoodoo, like curses, and binding spells, and..." Ana says.
"Yeah, maybe we've found our witch doctor. Alright, we can see what we can dig up on boomin' Granny. Sammy can get online check old obits, freak accidents, that sort of thing, see if she's whacked anybody before." Dean says as Ana nods her head as she turns to look at Dean.
"You just want me to go with you, so Sam isn't with you. Is that where this is going?" Ana says to Dean as he didn't even bother hiding his smirk on his face, as he pressed a kiss on Ana's lips.
"Yeah, 'cause I want my baby with me..."
"Sure, you aren't the baby in this relationship?" Ana asks clearly teasing him which made Dean have a faux frown on his face at what she said.
"I'm not a baby either." Dean says with his frown still present on his face, which makes him look like a toddler who got denied snacks.
"You sure look like one." Ana says which made Dean give her a look which made her have an innocent look on her face. She is by far not innocent that is for sure.
─── ⋆⋅☆⋅⋆ ──
Dean stares through the lace-curtained window, as he watches the coroner cart away the lawyer's body. Dean and Ana are outside, and they meet Susan as she comes back towards the inn. "So, what happened?" Sam asks.
"Oh, the maid went in to turn down the sheets and he was just... hanging there." Susan says.
"That's awful. He was a guest?" Dean asks.
"He worked for the company that bought the place." Susan says, as she continues. "I don't understand."
"What?" Ana asks.
"Had a lot of bad luck around here. Look, if you'd like to check out, I'll give you a full refund." Susan says as Ana shook her head as she points to Dean.
"No thanks, he doesn't scare easy." Ana says as she pointed her thumb in Dean's direction.
─── ⋆⋅☆⋅⋆ ──
Sam is sitting alone in the dark framed by the half-open door with the key askew in the lock. Dean and Ana enter the room, and Ana shuts the door behind her. "There's been another one. Some guy just hung himself in his room."
"Yeah, I saw." Sam replies as Ana takes off her jacket and puts it over a chair.
"We've gotta figure this out, and fast. What'd you find about Granny?" Dean asks his brother.
"You're the boss." Sam says as Ana and Dean turn their attention to the youngest Winchester.
"What?" Ana asks Sam looking surprised.
"You're bossy, and short." Sam says as he laughs sloppily, as Ana purses her lips from smiling at seeing Sam drunk.
"Yeah..." Sam says as he laughs. "So? Stupid."
"Dude, what are you thinking? We're working a case." Dean says as he looks around and sees several empty bottles.
Ana looks at Dean with slight raised eyebrows. "Don't act like you've gotten drunk during a case, Romeo."
Dean turns to Ana with a pointed finger. "Behave." He says to her as Ana gives Dean her best innocent look.
"The guy who hung himself. I couldn't save him." Sam says tearful as he stares at nothing.
Dean turns back to Sam. "What are you talking about? You didn't know, you couldn't have done anything." Dean says.
"That's an excuse, Dean. I should have found a way to save him. I should have saved Ava or Elizabeth too." Sam says as he shifts his eyes to Dean.
Dean approaches his brother as Ana stands nearby. "Yeah, well, you can't save everyone. Even you said that." Dean says.
Sam slams the table with his hand. "No, Dean, you don't understand, alright? The more people I save, the more I can change!"
"Change what?" Ana asks
"My destiny, Ana!" Sam says as he leans forward with his hands to his chest.
"Alright, time for bed. Come on, Sasquatch." Dean says as he leans over and hauls Sam up by the shoulders. "Come on."
"I need you and Ana to watch out for me." Sam says.
"Yeah, we always do." Dean says, as Ana nods her head.
"No! No, no, no. You have to watch out for me, alright? And if I ever... turn into something that I'm not..." Sam says after a moment of silence between the three of them, he continued. "You have to kill me."
"Sam." Dean says.
Sam shoves Dean to face him. "Dean! Dad told you to do it, you have to." Sam says.
"Yeah, well, Dad's an ass." Dean says as Ana nods her head.
"Ain't that the truth." Ana mutters as Sam frowns in confusion at what Dean said.
"He never should have said anything. I mean, you don't do that, you don't, you don't lay that kind of crap on your kids." Dean says.
"No. He was right to say it! Who knows what I might become? Even now, everyone around me dies!" Sam says.
"Yeah, well, I'm not dying and neither is Annie, okay? And neither are you. Come on, Sam." Dean says as he pushes Sam onto the bed, but Sam stays seated, reaching up and clutching Dean's jacket.
Dean's right-hand curls into the fabric at Sam's shoulder. "No, please! Dean, you're the only one who can do it. Promise." Sam says.
"Don't ask that of me." Dean says as Ana walks so that she is beside Dean.
"Dean, please. You have to promise me." Sam says.
"I promise." Dean says after a moment of silence.
"Thanks." Sam says as he reaches up and grabs Dean's face with both hands. "Thank you. You are..." Sam says but Dean cuts him off.
"Alright, come on, Sasquatch." Dean says, as he bats Sam's hands away and shoves him back on the bed.
Sam falls back, then turns over on his stomach to plant his face in the pillow, hugging it with both arms. Dean rubs a hand over his face, as Ana rests her head onto Dean's shoulder.
"Well, this was a first." Ana says as Dean turns his head to her.
"What is?" He asks her as he had an arm around her.
"Drunk Sam." Ana says to Dean as he nodded his head a little at what she said.
"Gotta say that's the first." He says to her.
─── ⋆⋅☆⋅⋆ ──
Dean and Ana goes down to the antique, empty bar. Sherwin is behind the bar, and Dean and Ana sit down at the bar. "Find any good antiques?" Sherwin says to the couple.
"Um, no, we got distracted." Dean says.
"Have a drink." Sherwin says to the couple, as Sherwin pours a drink.
"Yeah, thanks." Dean says. "So, poor guy, huh? Killing himself."
"That kind of things seems to be going around lately." Sherwin says.
"Yeah, yeah, I heard about the other ones. It's almost like this hotel, is uh, cursed or something." Ana says, as after that she takes a sip from her drink.
"Every hotel has it's spilled blood. If people only knew what's going on in some of those rooms, they've checked in." Sherwin says.
"You know a lot about the place, don't you?" Dean asks.
"Down to the last nail." Sherwin says.
"We'd love to hear some stories." Ana says
"You should never say that to an old man." Sherwin says.
Minutes later Sherwin leads Ana and Dean up the wide staircase, showing him old frame photographs on the walls.
"This is little Miss Susan, and her mother Rose. Happier days." Sherwin says.
"They're not happy now?" Ana asks.
"Well, would you be, leaving the only home you ever knew?" Sherwin says.
"I don't know. I never really knew one." Dean says as Ana glances at Dean, with a soft look.
"Well, this is Rose's home. It's been in the family over a century. Used to be the family estate. And now she gets to live in some senior living graveyard, and they tear this place down." Sherwin says.
"Yeah, that's too bad." Dean says as the three of them walk down the stairs. "I hear Rose isn't feeling well, either."
"No, she isn't." Sherwin says.
"What's wrong with her?" Ana asks.
"It's not my business to say." Sherwin says.
Ana looks at another photo of two little toddlers. "Who is this?"
Sherwin picks up a yellowing photograph of a girl sitting on, a chair with young black woman; the woman has a quincunx necklace. "That's Rose, when she was a little girl."
"Who's that with her?" Ana asks.
"That's her nanny, Marie. She looked after Rose more than her own mother." Sherwin says, as Dean and Ana frown in concern as Sherwin replaces the photo.
─── ⋆⋅☆⋅⋆ ──
Sam is kneeling miserably in front of the toilet, his hair hanging in his face. Dean and Ana enter and grin at the sight. "How you feelin', Sam?" Ana asks loudly, purposely. "Alcohol 101, don't mix Whiskey and Jager isn't a good combination."
"I'm guessing you don't remember a thing from last night, do you?" Dean asks, with a smirk on his face.
"Ooh, I can still taste the tequila." Sam says as he groans as he continues to get sick in the toilet.
"You know, there's a really good hangover remedy -- it's, it's a greasy pork sandwich served up in a dirty ashtray." Dean says.
"Oh, I hate you." Sam says, as Ana covers her mouth as she stifles a laugh.
"I know you do. Hey, turns out when Grandma Rose was a tyke, she had a Creole nanny who wore a hoodoo necklace." Dean says.
"So, you think she taught Rose hoodoo?" Sam asks.
"Yeah, we do." Ana says.
"Alright." Sam says as he stands up painfully. "I think it's time we talked to Rose, then."
Ana grimaces. "Go, brush your teeth." She says as she shoves Sam in the direction of the bathroom. "And not with the Whiskey."
─── ⋆⋅☆⋅⋆ ──
The three of them approach the door marked 'private' and knock. "Hello? Susan?" Ana says as Dean looks around furtively. "Clear?"
"Mhm." Dean hums as Ana kneels before the door and picks the lock.
The three of them enter the creepy doll room and go to the door in the back; it's open and they go through to find a dimly lit staircase. The three of them creep upstairs and to the end of another hallway, into a small room whose door is ajar. Rose is seated in a wheelchair facing the rainy window, her back is to them. The three of them approach cautiously.
"Mrs. Thompson? Mrs. Thompson?" Sam says as she is trembling staring at nothing. "Rose? Hi, Mrs. Thompson, we're not here to hurt you, it's okay." Rose doesn't respond just trembles harder. "Rose?" Sam asks as after a moment he draws Dean and Ana to the side.
"She's had a stroke." Ana says, before Sam had the chance.
"Yeah, but hoodoo's hands-on, I mean, you've to mix herbs, and chant, and build an altar." Dean says.
"Look at that you're learning. I'm so proud." Ana says as Dean nudged her with a look that says 'behave'.
"Yeah, so it can't be Rose. Hey, maybe it's not even hoodoo." Sam says.
"Or she could be faking." Dean says.
"How can you fake having a stroke, Sherlock?"
"Annie, hush." Dean says under his breath.
"Yeah, what are you gonna do, poke her with a stick?" Sam asks as Dean frowns, then nods his head. "Dude! You're not gonna poke her with a stick!"
"What the hell? What are you doing in here?" Susan says entering the room, which made Ana spin around to face the woman.
"Oh, we just wanted to talk to Rose..." Sam says.
"The door was open." Ana says.
"Look at her, she is scared out of her wits. I want you three out of my hotel in two minutes or I'm calling the cops." Susan says as the three of them leave without hesitation.
─── ⋆⋅☆⋅⋆ ──
A creepy wind blows, and Susan stares as the full-sized swing set also begins moving on its own. She approaches the playground cautiously, all the playsets are moving, and the car starts behind her. She lays a hand on the teeter-totter to stop it. Everything starts moving faster, and suddenly the care revs its engine and comes straight at her. At the last moment Sam appears and tackles her out of the way.
"Are you okay?" Sam asks her.
"I think so." Susan replies.
"Come on, come on. Let's get inside, let's go." Dean says as they help her into the inn.
─── ⋆⋅☆⋅⋆ ──
The Winchester brothers and Ana along with Susan are in the bar and to a table. "Whiskey." Susan says.
"Sure, I know the feeling." Sam says.
"What the hell happened out there?" Susan asks.
"You want the truth?" Ana asks.
"Of course." Susan says.
"Well, at first, we thought it was some sort of hoodoo curse, but that out there. That was definitely a spirit." Ana says as that's when Sam hands her a glass of whiskey, along with Ana knowing that she wouldn't waste an opportunity of drinking Whiskey.
"Here." Sam says as he hands the two women their respective glasses of Whiskey.
"You're insane." Susan says.
"Yeah, it's been said." Dean says, as Ana takes a sip of her whiskey.
"Look, I'm sorry, Susan. We don't exactly have time to ease you into this, but we need to know when your mother had a stroke." Ana says to the woman.
"What does that have to do with any--" Susan says.
"Just answer the question."
"About a month ago." Susan says.
"Right before the killings began" Sam says as he turns to Dean. "See? So, what if Rose was working hoodoo, but not to hurt anyone, but to protect them."
"She was using the five spot urns to ward off the spirit." Ana says.
"Right, until she had a stroke and she couldn't anymore." Sam says.
"I don't believe this." Susan says.
"Listen, sister, that car didn't try to run you down by itself, okay? I mean, I guess it did, technically, but, but the spirit can -- forget it." Dean says.
"Look, believe what you want. But the fact is you and your family are in danger; all right? So, you need to clear everybody out of here: your employees, your mother, your daughters, everyone." Sam says.
"Um, I only have one daughter." Susan says as Ana looks up at Susan.
"One?" Ana asks.
"I thought Tyler had a sister named Maggie." Dean says.
"Maggie's imaginary." Susan says.
"Where's Tyler, right now?" Sam asks.
─── ⋆⋅☆⋅⋆ ──
Susan leads the Winchester brothers and Ana up to the playroom. "Tyler!" Susan calls out to her daughter. They go into the room; the floor is littered with broken dolls. Susan then starts to panic because there is no sign of Tyler anywhere. "Oh my God, Tyler." Susan says as she runs out of the room. "Tyler!" She calls out again, as she comes back. "She's not here."
"Susan, tells us what you know about Maggie." Ana says to Susan.
"Uh, not much. Um, Tyler's been talking about her since Mom got sick." Susan says.
"Okay, did you ever know anyone by that name?" Sam asks.
"Uh, no..." Susan says.
"Think, think, I mean, somebody that could have lived here, might have passed away?" Ana asks.
"Oh my God. My mom, she had a sister named Margaret. She barely spoke about her." Susan says.
"Did Margaret happen to die here when she was a kid?" Ana asks.
"She drowned in the pool." Susan says, as Ana was already out the door, and headed in the direction of the pool area.
─── ⋆⋅☆⋅⋆ ──
The four of them run through the gardens to the pool house. They reach the door and pound on it. It's locked tight, and Ana and Dean start pounding at the glass to break it. "You're gonna need to replace the lock on the door."
"Why? What does that have to do with anything?" Susan asks as Ana whips out her gun and shot at the lock which opened the door.
"That's why." Ana says as Maggie grabs Tyler's wrist and pulls her forward, she falls into the pool with a scream. Maggie holds Tyler's head under the water; a wavering voice calls her from above.
Without hesitation, Ana leaps through the railing and into the pool. She pushes past the plastic covering the pool to reach Tyler, lifting the little girl in her arms, she's now unconscious. Dean, Sam and Susan rush into the pool area as Ana exits the pool with the little girl in her arms. After a tense moment, Tyler coughs up and wakes up.
"Thank god! Thank god, thank god." Susan says.
"Mommy!" Tyler says.
"Yeah, baby, I'm here." Susan says as Ana starts to wring out her hair.
"Tyler, do you see Maggie anywhere?" Ana asks.
"No, she's gone. Mommy." Tyler says.
─── ⋆⋅☆⋅⋆ ──
Susan holds Tyler close to her as they go up towards Rose's room. "Don't worry, honey, we're leaving in two minutes. We've just got to get Grandma." Susan says.
"I don't get it, did Maggie just stop?" Dean asks.
"Seems like it." Sam says.
"Well, where did she go?" Ana asks as upstairs Susan screams, the brothers and Ana run upstairs to Rose's room to find her slumped in her wheelchair, dead.
─── ⋆⋅☆⋅⋆ ──
"Paramedics said it was another stroke. Do you think... Margaret could have something to do with it?" Susan asks.
"We don't know." Dean says.
"It is possible, yeah." Ana says to the woman, before she continues. "Susan, I'm sorry."
"You have nothing to apologize for. You've given me everything." Susan says as she turns to Tyler, as she comes out. "Ready to go, kiddo?" Susan asks.
"Yeah." Tyler says.
"Now, Tyler, you're sure Maggie's not around anymore?" Ana asks.
"I'm sure. I'd see her." Tyler says as Ana nods her head.
"I guess whatever's going on must be over." Dean says, as Sam holds the taxi door for Susan.
"You two take care of yourselves, alright?" Sam says, as before she got into the taxi.
"Feels good getting back in the saddle, doesn't it?" Dean asks Sam.
"Yeah, it does. But it doesn't change the face what we talked about last night, Dean." Sam says.
"I was too busy laughing that you were the drunk one." Ana says as she has a smirk, but it falters when she sees the glare that Sam is giving her. "What? It was funny."
"We talked about a lot of things last night." Dean says.
"You know what I mean." Sam says.
"You were wasted." Dean says.
"But you weren't, nor was Ana, and you promised." Sam says as they get into the car. Dean looks at Sam in worry, as he gets into the car.
"I need a shower." Ana says, as she looks at Dean.
"Okay." Dean says as he was lost in thought.
"You're joining me, Winchester." She says as she kissed his cheek, as she too gets into the Impala, as they pull away from the inn.
