- _theos mother abeba was a beautiful summer islander who enjoyed her humble life, finding small comforts in the harsh dessert. she was a beautiful dancer and sold herself to those with the right price for a night. not only was she charming but she always took the time to help the orphans of the slums as well as many of the other dornishwomen she knew from her dancing profession. abeba didn't belong to a brothel however instead having her own small area outside the merchants quarters where she worked with tinctures and often aiding pregnant mothers this she learned from her mother as well. one night abeba was dancing at her usual tavern and caught the eye of the lord uller. of course she accepted his advances and payment and they spent the night together. the woman could tell the man was not all there and while she tried to temper his madness it wasn't easy and while she was unhurt by the male she knew that she didn't want to see him again. so when she found out she was pregnant she decided to raise the child herself. theo was born and abeba delievered him soley on her own. he gave her life meaning and abeba felt no longer alone with her young son. the woman eventually segued away from her work as a prostitute and leaned more into motherhood and her medicine work for the small folk. when theo was ten his mother tried to help a merchant's wife give birth and the babe and mother was lost. this drove the father into a frenzy seeing the child would have been a son and he took it out on abeba. beating her unconscious then leaving the bodies in their small home. theo had been sent away at that time and when the child came back his mother was bleeding out on the floor. she told him to run away and disclosed the identity of his father as her last words. the child took nothing besides a small pendant his mother always wore from the summer islands. he found his way to hellholt and to the lord through sheer determination. he told his father who he was and what happened to his mother and seeing the truth of the matter inigo took him in to keep him close to monitor him with suspension. theo didn't care for his father's affection knowing it would probably never happen. instead he found things he was good at, archery to impress others, seducing both genders, and drinking often._
