It was after the battle training. All of the students who had injuries were sent to Recovery Girl in order to get healed. Luckily, none of the injuries were very serious, other than the wounds Bakugou gained. Even then, the cuts weren't that bad, Midoriya's claws just cut deep. So, all of the students went to the rest of their afternoon classes afterwards. The other battles weren't nearly as intense as the first one, either. The rest of school passed in a blur, and soon enough, it was time for the kids to go home. Midoriya sighed as he walked out of the building. He wasn't particularly looking forward to going home. Don't get him wrong, he loved his mother, but sometimes he couldn't help but feel like a burden to her. Of course, he planned on going to the cafe for awhile first, as he usually did.

He wrapped his cloak around himself as he walked, having already switched his red shoes out for his boots. The school had allowed for him to take his costume home with him, since he had been using the outfit long before he attended UA. As he did so, he heard footsteps approaching him from behind. Curious to who it was, he turned to look over his shoulder, to see Iida aproaching. Midoriya smiled towards him, and gave a wave of his hand, "Hey Iida-kun!" Iida nodded in response, "Hello Midoriya-san! What are you doing with your hero costume? Aren't we supposed to leave them in class?" Midoriya shrugged, placing his hat on his head. "I guess Principal Nezu is okay with me keeping my costume, since I had it before I started coming to UA." Iida nodded, satisfied by his response.

The two boys continued walking in a comfortable silence, neither feeling a need to say anything. Nor did either have anything to say. Of course, eventually they had to part ways, with Iida going over to the train station. Midoriya changed his direction, and Iida asked, "Where are you going? The train is this way!" Midoriya chuckled, and said, "yeah, I know. I'm just going to stop at a cafe first. See you tommorow, Iida-kun!" Iida nodded, and waved, "Alright. Goodbye, Midoriya-san!" Midoriya returned the wave, before running off, the directions to the cafe ingrained into his mind. Midoriya sent a quick text to his mom, informing her of where he would be. He didn't really need to, she already would have guessed that he would go there. But, Midoriya liked to make sure.

He pulled his staff out of his cloaks, he was starting to grow uncomfortable with the wooden object poking him. He ignored the few questioning looks sent his way due to his outfit, and opened the door to the cafe. He was met by the familiar chatter of the many patrons of the place, and the amazing smell of freshly brewed coffee, tea, and baked treats that the owner's daughter liked to make. He breathed in the sweet air, a smile crossing his lips. Even if it weren't for the fact that this place was the one place he could use magic without being judged, he would have still loved it there. He waved to the few people who looked up at the sound of the door opening, a bright smile on his face.

He walked over to one of the open booths, and sat down on the seat, making himself comfortable. He pulled a few objects out of his backpack, placing them on the table in front of him. He sifted through the objects, until he found his homework in the pile, along with his pencil. Usually, he'd be able to finish his homework during class, but it seemed the curiculuim at UA was a bit more challenging than he was used to. It made sense, this was the number one hero school, not some random shithole of a middle school. Seriously, sometimes Midoriya wondered how Aldera was still actually making money. He chuckled at the thought, before getting to work on his homework. As much as he hated homework, he figured that it would be best if he completed it now rather than later. After all, who knew where his mind would be later? He'd rather not forget about his homework and get bad grades. That wouldn't be very helpful in becoming a hero.

The questions weren't too hard, if Midoriya was to be honest, but he was still feeling pretty drained from that fight with Bakugou. So, it didn't come as a suprise to him when he had a hard time concentrating. He yawned, trying to figure out the answer to the questions on the pages. His pencil scratched against the paper, leaving marks that formed sloppy kanji. He had a feeling that he would end up redoing the work later, for fear of it not being good enough the first time. That's how it always was with him.

At some point, he must've fallen asleep, because he was awoken by a light tapping on his shoulder. "-doriya? You okay there buddy?" asked one of the waiters, Juyodenai. Midoriya looked at him for a second, confused, before he realized what had just happened. "Oh! Yeah, yeah, I'm fine... Guess I'm just more tired than I thought." Juyodenai sighed, shaking his head, "Don't overwork yourself, okay? That's not good for you." He then slid a small sized cup of mocha onto the table, Midoriya's favorite type of coffee. Midoriya was a bit confused by this, he didn't remember ordering anything. However, when he looked up after a few seconds, Juyodenai was gone.

Midoriya shrugged it off, and got back to working on his homework, taking sips of the coffee as he did so. Not after too long, he finished with his homework, humming as he put his pencil down. He filed through his backpack, searching for the folder he bought to put his homework in. Eventually, his boney fingers managed to wrap around the folder, and he put the now completed papers inside. They were slightly wrinkled due to erasing too much, as well as his semi-firm grip, but that was perfectly fine. He shoved the folder back into his backpack, before glancing back at all of his belonging scattered across the table. He had planned on making a poition, but he definitely was tired, and he wasn't sure he wanted to know the results of making a potion while tired.

He sighed, scooping the rest of his belongings into the bag as well. He finished off the coffee, tongue tingly due to the heat of the liquid. Midoriya then paid for the bevarage and left, heading home from there. The clicking of his boots of cement rang through his ears, and the sound drowned out any thoughts he might've had otherwise. The walk was extremely uneventful, and the young witch found himself in front of the apartment building he and his mother lived in soon enough. He made a beeline for the elavator, too tired to climb the stairs.

A little nap didn't seem too bad..

It had been a week or so of attending UA. Things were all going pretty smoothly, with the classes and what not. While some students were clearly smarter than others, everyone had overall passing grades so far, and Heroics classes were not only exciting, but also seemed to be somewhat effective. The students were learning at a pretty slow pace, of course, but it's not like you could learn everything too being a hero in just a few days. They would be having three years of hero classes for a reason, after all!

The whole of class 1-A were all in their seats, chattering amongst themselves while waiting for Aizawa. Iida tried to convince them to be quiet, but ultimantely failed to do so. Uraraka patted his back, "Hey, it's the effort that counts!!" Iida nodded, taking his seat in front of her. Not to long after, Aizawa stepped into the classroom with a sigh. "Alright Problem Children, listen up. I have something to say, and I'm only gonna say this once, understand?" All conversation stopped, and the students all nodded. "Today, we're doing something extremely important for the class..." Aizawa grumbled, making the students tense with nervousness. What was this important activity? The atmosphere of the classroom was suddenly serious in comparison to the light hearted air from before. Aizawa continued, "We're picking the class president. I don't care how you do it, just get it done. And, be quiet, I'm goning to take a nap."

The tension was dropped, and the class instantly errupted into raised hands and people volenteering to be the class president. Midoriya sighed, burying his face in his arms. He'd rather not be involved with this. Being the class president would require for responsibilty, and good leadership, and Midoriya felt that he wasn't fit for the role. That kind of pressure would be a bit too much for him, he'd constantly be stressing about letting everyone down. He knew himself enough to know that. Eventually, Iida managed to convince the class to do a vote. Most people voted for themselves, although Midoriya had somehow gotten first place with 5 votes. Yaoyorozu was the runner-up, and got to be vice president. Midoriya only burried his head in his arms further, not giving a response. He noticed how Iida did seem a bit sad about not being voted for.

Afterwards, they went through all of the rest of the classes, up until it was lunch time. Midoriya, Iida, Tokoyami, and Uraraka were all sitting at the same table. "I don't get it.. Why did I get voted as the class president? I mean, there's nothing that good about me!" Midoriya rambled, throwing his hands up. Tokoyami responded with, "Despite the darkness you use, your soul only contains good intentions". Dark Shadow popped out of his back, and said, "That, and you're pretty smart. I mean, you did come up with a plan to beat Iida-kun and Bakugou-san." "We've only known eachother for a few weeks, so surely, if enough people trust you that you won, you are fit to be the class president!!" Iida said, chopping the air with his hands. Uraraka grinned, "Yeah, they're right you know". Midoriya sighed, shaking his head, "Thanks guys..." Just then, an alarm started wailing throughout the whole of the building. "Shit!!" Yelled one of the third years, "It's a level three security breach!! This never happened in my three years!!"

As everyone else started panicking, Uraraka asked, "Wait, what's that?" "Means someone got inside!!" Yelled a second year, "We needa get outta here!!!" The stampade that quickly formed out of the crowd of panicked students forced the group away from each other, and Midoriya quickly grabbed Tokoyami's hand in hopes to keep them from getting separated. It seemed as if Uraraka had the same thought, as she and Iida were holding hands as well. Uraraka and Iida ended up getting squished agaist the window, and Uraraka said, "Hey, it's just the press!!" Iida nodded, and yelled, "Everyone, calm down!!! It's ju-" He got cut off by someone ramming into him by accident.

He turned to face Uraraka, "Uraraka-san, can you make float?" Uraraka seemed confused by this, but nodded anyways. She touched his shoulder with all five fingers, and suddenly Iida was up in the air. He used his engines to make his way over to the exit sign, grabbing the attention of the crowd. "EVERYONE, PLEASE CALM DOWN!!! IT'S ONLY THE PRESS!!!" The stampede stopped abrubtly, with a collective "oh". Everything went back to normal after that, for the most part. "Good job calming everyone down, Iida-kun!" Midoriya said.

After they had lunch, Midoriya approached Aizawa, "Uhm, hey Aizawa-sensei?" Aizawa raised an eyebrow, "what is it?". Midoriya fiddled with the hem of his uniform, before saying, "Do you think it would be possible to make Iida-kun the class president instead of me..? I think he's better suited for the job than me..." Aizawa shrugged, "I don't see why not."
