1|A Story...A Vampire Story
The night was still young but would grow old until the sun rose up. Daniel Molloy sat in the aparment floor he had gotten message of a interview of a couple. He wanted to get a story that would bring in the audience of many he needed this one to work and due so much more than what he had been. Standing behind him was a man dressed cleanly in a black suit his hair tied back.
While a dark skinned woman sat down in one of the chairs that was on the other side of the short small table. "Thank you again for accepting our letter." He voice gentle lace in between with a french accent.
The black haired male with glasses let out a chuckle nodding his head. "Yeah, I mean I still don't know why though. Since it was very vague of a description on exactly what I was interviewing." He explained while he looked at his tape recorder for a moment. The women's dress was a sky blue with white ribbon around her waist and in her hair why a black jacket was on her shoulders and white heels on her feet.
"Well. We're vampires." The brown haired male said seriously turning away from the window, his eyes a almost glowing green.
"Aha....Vampires?" He asked tilting his head. "Doesn't sound to far off from what the others claim." Daniel spoke laughing. Until the brown haired Louis turned the lights on and off in the blink of an eye going across the room causing the reporter to jump.
"How'd you do that?" He asked shocked but also invested looking at the couple the womens eyes a bright yellow.
"Vampire." The french women repeated again smiling widely nodding her head as Louis approached sitting next to her.
"I think you may want to start that." Louis told him a soft smile on his face while he spoke and almost shakily he did.
"Well...Ladies first?" Daniel spoke as if he was joking but was serious in the long run taking a slow deep breath she closed her eyes nodding.
"Lunette. Lunette is my name I born in New Orleans. But his story maps our both of ours pretty well." Lunette admitted shaking her head.
"Oh come on, there must be something that he wasn't there for in your life." He responded in slight disbelief.
Her eyes looked up at Louis while his hand made its way to hers that rested on her lap giving it a squeeze.
"Many....Many years ago. I was born in a wealthy family some how by the grace god I suppose. If I was born into any other I would be a house slave. My father, a wealthy man known for his tailor palor and the stables he owned along with the countless taverns." The woman began a flashback ran into her head of her carrying her dolls with her holding her father's hand and in his other was a staff he walked used to help walk with.
"But growing up was the part I frightened. With such a wealthy name. And no Sons that had been bared by him or his failed attempts at a wife I needed to marry as soon as I could. And I did. Age 21 I was married to Andrew Whitlock. A handsome man might I add." Lunette smirked looking back at Louis who simply shaked his head looking away with and unamused face. But Daniel was very very amused at the story being told.
"I married he wasn't half bad and soon had a child my own. I knew mine wasn't going to be a boy. A little hunch I suppose. And turned out to be a girl. Eurydice, a true beauty....." A girl in her mother's arms while she gently caressed her face.
"I love you." Whispered Lunette smiling down at her girl kissing her head gently to come back up staring down at the newborn until she felt Eueydice let go of her finger a mother's worst fear coming true.
"Lucius." She called out.
"Martha! Kathrine!" She screamed out her as the maids came running into the room the women screamed while they toke the baby from her arms.
Lunette cried out in pain gasping for air before her husband ran in. His eyes went to the baby who the servants held gently they both stared at each other dissapointed.
"A girl...dying in her mother's arms not much of a love story is it?" Lunette asked Daniel forcing a smile through her pained expression before whiping her tears that dripped from her face clearing her throat.
"Uh...sorry for you lost." Daniel spoke unsure on how to respond exactly.
"Now that's my story dear. Time for the main event." Her voice cracked slightly Louis gently wiped her tears from her cheeks looking back at Daniel.
Louis looked at Lunette nodding his head in agreement before opening his mouth and starting the story.
