The patches of ginger on her pelt remind me of scars of fire. In addition, the patches of gray/black remind me of scorched/burnt areas. Frost is for her cold, possibly evil, demeanor. It seems like a good fit combined with her frosty eyes. Also, the idea of fire (Scorch-) and ice (-frost) combined together makes this name one of my favorites, since it seems all-powerful and like this cat is a master of elements (or part of a prophecy?)
