четыре - four
There were muffled footsteps overhead on the roof. There was a deafening boom that shook the building as the ceiling caved in. Yelena snatched the red vials off the table as the two other girls ducked behind a wall.
The apartment was filled with dust from the ceiling as Galina heard the footsteps again, growing closer now. Some of the dust reached her mouth and nose, but she held in her cough that was threatening to come out.
The door of the apartment was kicked down with a bang, bringing more footsteps. Flashing around corners, Galina could see the red lasers of guns. Galina sucked in a breath trying to stop breathing and hoping that she could hold her breath long enough. Natasha pulled Galina farther behind her until she was almost completely hidden.
Natasha slowly moved along the wall, pulling Galina behind her and slipping out her gun. Galina pulled out a gun that was in her pocket as she silently switched off the safety. Her mother nodded across the hallway signaling to Galina.
Galina nodded her head, as she darted across in front of the open double doors, as bullets were fired whizzing past her only missing her by centimeters. Natasha was right behind her daughter as they both dashed around the corner crashing into Yelena. Natasha pinned them both to the wall of the open shower, checking over her shoulder for threats. Galina reached over to a switch on the wall, and flipped it.
There was a series of explosions around the corner, small balls of orange flame flashing. All three of them raced out while the attackers were momentarily blinded. Two of the attackers, both women in matching black stealth suits, were on them. The three of them raced out of the apartment to the hallway where the elevator was. Galina grabbed a grappling hook arrow and she shot it.
Yelena was stuck next to the elevator while Natasha was pinned by the balcony looking down into the courtyard, then she saw something flying and saw Galina. The daughter of Natasha landed directly on a motorbike, the other two girls broke for the stairs and quickly started to climb.
"Where are we headed?" Natasha asks, raising her voice over the gunfire.
"Motorbike east side of the building!" Yelena yells back as they sprint up the stairs. The two ducked through a window and made their way across the rooftops attacks in hot pursuit.
They slid down one side of a roof, and dashed over to a huge column next to a big gap in the buildings. Natasha and Yelena grabbed on and pushed the tower off just in time soaring over the gap.
One of the attackers, a woman with long dark hair and light brown skin, caught up to them and jumped to try and catch them. They just missed the tower, but Natasha grabbed Yelena's hand and tried to pull her up.
The woman yelled furiously, as she whipped out her knife, and got herself free. She fell all the way down, hitting the concrete with a sickening thud.
Not two seconds later the two they were riding on crashed into the other side throwing them off. Nat landed somewhere below, while Yelena had crashed through a window. Yelena let out a loud groan as she got up and finally made it down into the courtyard between buildings where the area was abandoned and crumbling and the ground was covered in about two feet of murky water. Natasha was on her feet, slightly bending over, reaching out to the woman who had tried to follow them. The woman was laying on her back in the water as her leg was bent at an unnatural angle.
The widow activated the taser at her waist, which glowed red, and raised it to fire a taser blast. Then her hand jerked towards her face and she blasted herself in the head. Nat dropped to her knees next to the woman staring in shock.
Yelena put the vial back with the others and asked Natasha. "Do you believe me now?"
"How many others?" Natasha asks her.
Yelena started walking towards the street. "Enough." The two of them started jogging down the street, headed for a line of motorcycles parked at the curb.
They dashed over to the motorcycles, checking behind them for any more of the attackers. Yelena noticed that one of them were missing, but she didn't think anything of it.
"Which one's yours?" Natasha asks Yelena.
"Black! Brown seat!" Yelena tells her as they race over. They got to the motorcycle as Lena started checking her pockets for the keys. "Where are my keys---" Yelena asks as Nat tossed a set of keys in the air, and got on the motorcycle first, ready to drive.
Meanwhile
Galina was having the time of her life, driving around and trying not to get killed, as some bozo left the keys on the motorcycle when she landed on it. Okay she didn't land on it, she landed next to it.
"HAHA! Fuckers!" Galima yells as Nat and Lena hear someone yelling, as a bright redhead speeds past the two sisters, as it doesn't take that long to realize who it was.
The masked figure was coming towards Galina, as the young redhead's eyes widened in horror. "Bad idea! Bad idea!" Galina yells and just before the two would collide into each other, she drives away.
Natasha and Yelena
A huge tank-like vehicle crashed into a car, throwing it aside and barrelling right for them. The tank was picking up speed, quickly closing the gap. Natasha made a hard right in front of a truck, and drove them down a narrow alleyway onto the main road, where Galina was coming out too.
A motorcycle with another of the women in the black uniform followed the three girls closely behind. They drove around a bus to avoid the attacker's gunfire, but there was a loud screech as Nat lost control of the bike and nearly crashed into Neveah but Natasha crashed into the wall at the side of the road.
The two of them plus Galina who threw her motorcycle at a truck and it exploded, the three of them were sent flying into the street below, right in the middle. Luckily there were only a couple of cars driving at that moment.
A guy got out of his car, asking if they were okay, and Yelena whipped out her gun, pointing it at him and replied in the same language. The guy backed away and the three girls hopped into the car.
"You can't just steal a guy's car." Natasha scolded her daughter.
"Oh, so you want me to chase him down and not steal it?" The daughter fired back at her mother. Natasha ended in the back, Yelena in the passenger seat and Galina in the driver's seat.
In the distance loud engines revving, gunshots and thunderous crashing could be heard. "No time to switch seats, guys." Galina says.
"Any time now." Yelena complained as she didn't want to die at this very moment.
"Wow, miss complainer." Galina says as she stepped on the gas and swerved a little and there was a loud screech, from the tires as they drove off.
The path was jerky, and Galina kept speeding up and slowing down as gunfire erupted from behind them, shattering the glass in some of the windows.
A huge truck was headed straight for them, as their horns were blaring.
"TURN TURN!" Yelena shouted as Galina yelled back as she could feel herself getting stressed. Galina yanked the wheel hard, jerking the car and making a hard right.
Yelena and Natasha both ducked their heads down as Galina pushed down on the gas as far as it would go.
"Okay." Yelena grumbled. "Do you have an actual plan here, or should I stay duck and cover?"
"Well my plan was to drive away!" Galina tells her.
"Well that's a shit plan!" Yelena says.
Galina sees that the pursuer on the motorcycle was ganging up on them. Moving fast, as she sped faster or in this case as fast as she can go without killing anyone in the car. She turned the car so it spun around and was now driving backwards facing their pursuer.
Yelena yanked her car door open, and kicked it open. The door flew off its hinges, knocking the motorcycle right out from under the woman who was following them. Galina turned the wheel again and now it spun around so they were facing forward again.
"This is where you thank you!" Galina tells them as there was a thunderous rumble behind them as the tank came back shoving cars out of the way as it was getting closer and closer to them.
"Get your seatbelts on!" Natasha ordered them. "NOW!"
Yelena whined like a child. "You're such a mom!" But she pulled on her seatbelt anyway.
Galina managed to put on her seatbelt after giving Yelena the wheel for two seconds then she took it back. In the next few seconds several things happened at once. There was a huge boom right under them. The car was swallowed up in orange flame. Yelena shot forward and wrapped an arm around Galinaholding her against the seat as the car flipped over. The car crashed down a flight of stairs and into the subway tunnels, and then the car landed with a sickening crunch of metal on concrete.

Galina ears rang painfully as she rolled over scrambling out of the front seat with her mother right behind her. Natasha reached back inside to help Yelena out of the car as Galina clutched her ribs which hurted like hell. Yelena clambered out, blood dripping down her arm and soaking her jacket.
Natasha grabbed the both of them and yanked them towards the escalators. “Not now, trust me!”
As they ran, Galina risked a glance over her shoulder, and grabbed the bow, and quickly shot an arrow at the masked figure again, who was walking slowly and menacingly after them. The arrow exploded as it gave the three girls a chance to escape.
Galina had a burst of energy, as she picked up the pace, stumbling but Yelena caught her keeping her good arm around Galina’s shoulder, as Natasha pulled Yelena along with the other. Not even bothering to wait for room to get on the escalator, they slit down the smooth barrier between two of the many escalators like a slide. They slid to the bottom, as Galina started to get up.
Natasha grabbed the hood of Galina's leather jacket and grabbed her back down as the masked figure’s shield embedded itself into the barrier before them right where Galina’s head had been not even a second earlier.
The three of them scrambled to their feet, and raced to find a hiding spot. The masked figure arrived at the bottom of the escalators and seeing the blood on the floor before a grate, ripped it up and jumped into the sewer entrance.
Yelena rolled over with a groan as Natasha lowered the metal plate of the vent and asked her sister if she was okay.
Yelena pulled a scrap of fabric tight around the wound on her shoulder, Galina used her free hand and teeth.
“Great plan. I loved the part where Gal almost crashed and I nearly bled to death." Yelena says as she looks around at the vent they were hiding in just tall enough to sit up and sit comfortably.
“In my defense I was trying not to get us killed.” Galina says to Yelena.
“Barton and I spent three days hiding out here.” Natasha says, nodding a little.
“Must’ve been roomy.” Galina says as she notices the little drawings that were here, and she assumes that they were Natasha ’s and Clint’s.
“Who the hell was that guy?” Natasha asks.
“Dreykov’s special project. He can mimic anyone he’s ever seen. It’s like fighting a mirror. Dreykov only uses him for top priority missions--” Yelena says, explaining.
“This doesn’t make any sense…” Natasha mutters as she scoots over to check onto Galina’s shoulder.
“The truth rarely makes sense when you omit key details.” Yelena says, shrugging.
“What’s that supposed to mean Lena?” Galina asks as she shoots the blonde a look.
Natasha shook her head slightly and said flatly. “I had to. I needed her to lead me to Dreykov….” Natasha says trailing off a little as she has a distant look in her eyes. She quickly shook her head and continued. “Dreykov’s daughter was collateral damage. I needed her to be sure.”
“And here you are not so sure.” Yelena says, as Galina nods her own head a little.

Later
They made it to a small town by the time the sun had started to set. Yelena had led them to a tiny gas station store, and they went inside. Yelena started pulling a few things off the selves, with Galina right behind her. Both grabbing first aid supplies and some snacks and Galina grabbing water bottles.
“If the Red Room’s still active, where is it?” Natasha asks, as Galina walked a little away but still heard the conversation between her mother and Yelena.
“I have no idea, it changes location constantly. And every widow is sedated on entry and exit for maximum security.” Yelena says, sighing.
Natasha shook her head. “I just can’t figure out how they managed to stay off my radar.”
Galina got out her phone that was in a secured pocket in her leather jacket, that she had told her mother that she had thrown it a while back. Galina found Svetlana’s contact, and was texting her about what was happening.
Galina wasn’t really paying attention to what her mother and Yelena were talking about as she was too busy texting Svetlana. And when Galina gave the girl a little time when she would need her help as she doesn’t want it to be like right away. Svetlana said that she would come, as Galina left out of the entire thing of telling the other blonde about Yelena.
Galina turned off her phone again and put it back into her leather jacket pocket and grabbed a couple other things for Svetlana too. So she won’t feel left out and she managed to find a couple of snacks and drinks that Svetlana would like.
But Galina started somewhat paying attention to the conversation again. She heard her mother ask this, “Wait, what are the big one's?”
“Well I highly doubt the god from space needs to take an ibuprofen after every fight.” Yelena says as Galina snickers.
It was quiet for a couple of moments, before Yelena asked Natasha, “Where did you think I was all this time?”
Natasha avoided eye contact as she walked over to a sink and washed her hands. “I thought that you got out and were living a normal life.”
“And then you just never made contact again.” Yelena says as Galina walks to the front of the store leaving her mother and Yelena.
“Honestly I thought you didn’t want to see me.” Natasha says, as Galina didn’t want to get involved in the family drama.
Once Galina was done paying for her stuff she waited outside the door, and watched the sunset and people walking by. A little less than a minute later her mom and Yelena were at the front of the store to buy the stuff they had.
“Why do you always do that thing?” Yelena asks.
“What thing?” Natasha asks, very confused.
Yelena gestures, acting out what she was trying to say. “That-that thing you do when you’re fighting--” Yelena says, flipping her hair up and then crouched down in one of Natasha’s signature fighting poses. “This thing that you do when you’re fighting when you flip your hair up, with the arm and the hair, and you do it like a fighting pose.” Yelena snorted as Galina says, “It’s a fighting pose mom, you’re a total poser.
Natasha shakes her head at the two. “I’m not a poser!”
Yelena and Galina just laughed as the blonde finished buying their stuff. “Oh come on-I mean they’re great poses but you don't have to fight like everyone’s watching you all the time.”
“All that time that I spent ‘posing’.” Natasha tells her. “I was actually trying to do something good, to make up for all the pain and suffering we caused. Trying to be more than just a trained killer.”
Yelena then goes to a serious tone. “Then you are fooling yourself. Because pain and suffering are every day and we are both still trained killers.”
Galina also nods her head at the blonde before saying. “Except me and Lena are not the ones that’s on the cover of a magazine. She’s not the killer little girls call their hero.” The three of them walked out of the store, as Yelena was grumling angrily under her breath.
