TIPS

◼️ You can only get good at writing by writing. It's like running, the more you do it, the better you become. So keep writing, be consistent and your growth will blow you away.

◼️ Install Grammarly. Every writer needs it. Add it to your browser extension as well so all of your writing is well edited.

◼️ Another tool you need in your browser extension is the LanguageTool. With it, forget about googling synonyms and related words, it does that for you. All you have to do is double-click the word, and you get a list of other words you could use instead.

◼️ Ever heard of Wordtune? You need that as well. It is only available as a Chrome extension and does not work on the Inkitt app, but it helps you with rewriting your sentences and such. Check it out and thank us later.

◼️ Here's a trick to get the fabled em dash without googling it up. It works everywhere too. Hold down the ALT key and type 0151. Yeah, you're welcome.

◼️ To all the graphic designers who cannot afford to use Adobe Photoshop, a good 'free' dub is the online Photopea application. It does pretty much all you can do on Photoshop.

◼️ Join a writing community or group to help keep you motivated. Most of these communities have a writing help channel or a sprinting channel/activity that will keep you writing.
