Cierra is an only child. Her mother suffered from some fertility issues that led her to have many miscarriages after having Cierra, so growing up, she had witnessed her mother always being down and upset until her mother accept the fact that she couldn't biologically have children. Her mother is a hotel manager, and her father worked as a carpenter, she had a good childhood growing up, nothing bad ever happened or occurred to her. At one point and time, when Cierra was fifteen she was reckless and ended up getting pregnant. It took her a bit before she decided to have her son, and raise him with the help of her family.
