The story of Persephone was a lie told by who knows what. I was never kidnapped, I was never forced into marriage and I certainly was never in any Stockholm syndrome situation.

I honestly don't know where that story came from.

But I was in a situation of jealousy. Or so what people have told me.

I was new to the holy city of Olympus. All the bright lights and luxurious things it held was all new to me. I moved when I was 5 and moved out when I turned 20. I now live in a big house with 5 other women whom became my best friends.

My friends love to party and socialize. I was always happy to meet new people but I was too shy. I've never had a boyfriend or my first kiss. What can I say? I'm a romantic.

There had been other gods who had wanted me but my mother always told me that most boys want only one thing. And that was something very precious. She also told me that I should never give it to them unless I wanted to. So I always rejected them, kindly.

While I was looking for pure love, I almost gave up.

Until I saw him.....the love of my life.

I fell in love with him at first sight and I knew he was the one for me. But as beautiful as he was, he seemed very unapproachable. My friends had warned me about him. Stating that he was vile, very cold and not a good guy. I thought they were judging him too quickly.

I saw more in his icy gaze. There had to be something warm in him. No one could grow up just to be cold and mean. Which is probably why I was so allured to him.

This is how I, the goddess of spring, fell in love with Min Yoongi, the god of the underworld, and became his queen.
