My brother looked very confused and i was waiting for his reaction hoping he would not be mad or be against it .

« I have also called you here to hear your blessing , i didn't want to take any decision by myself knowing that she she has a brother who cares for her » Sultan suleyman explained while my brother was still trying to grasp the situation.

« I- she never told me about this your majesty , that is why i am shocked » my brother said in disbelief, i didn't know what to excpect or how to translate his reaction .

«  I also found out very recently , they have gathered their courage and came to me. and you know how much i value love and care, it was not fit to break their hearts » sultan suleyman softly smiled at me and i couldn't help but smile back , he felt like a father at that moment .

« Of course your majesty , and i will not oppose it if my sister wants it . She will have my full support and it is extremely delightful to have şehzade mustafa as a brother in law" my brother finally intervened making me finally feel at ease , knowing that he agreed .

I honestly wasn't scared that he would say no but he was very unpredictable , especially when his own marriage was cancelled due to the last events .

" I thought of having their wedding this year , in spring" the sultan suggested and it seemed fine to me , spring is in four months and i was obviously ready .

" I also think spring is fine , all of my campaigns are planned for summer . I will be here for my sister on her big day" My brother gently patted my shoulder .

" Great then , As for you Stella i have gave this task to Hurrem sultan . You can talk to her and plan with her , she would definitely be happy about it" I mentally cringed at him bringing her up , she definitely hated mustafa and everything she does is calculated .

I bowed down to sultan suleyman and stepped out along with my brother , he stopped in his tracks we when got outside .

" You didn't tell me about this" he said sounding serious , i didn't know what to answer .

"You weren't here and i also waited for his majesty to agree . don't blame me" i said putting a hand on his forearm , he sighed and nodded feeling a bit upset .

" It's fine .. I will stay here for some days before we can leave , i am tired a bit . i will talk to you later" I nodded and watched him leave with his personal servant .

I walked back to my room with the biggest smile ever , i was too happy to realise that i passed by the harem . the whispers were heard coming from the lower floor .

« Is it true ? i heard she is getting married ? how did the sultan agree to this ? This is why mahidevran sultan was mad » these sentences were all i could hear .

« How did she do that ? i heard they've known each other for a long time . She's lucky ! she will rule this harem » that is when the man named sumbul came and shushed them to stay quiet .

« Congratulations your highness , please dismiss these fools , they don't know what they're saying » He said excusing himself on their behalf , i was too happy to care about what they had to say .

« Hurrem sultan wants to see you » he said while looking up , i followed his eyes and there i saw her standing next to her daughter .

I waved at her and smiled , she looked at me with a serious expression and only smiled when i did .

Third person POV

« Mother i don't understand why you are angry , you were okay with this but now it feels like you're against it again » Mihrimah tried to calm down her mother who just found out about this marriage .

« At first , it was fine but now that i saw how precious this princess is to his majesty it's alarming . She's from a very prominent kingdom and she will be the winning card mahidevran pulls against us » She explained to her daughter how frustrated she was , feeling that everything was crumbling down .

« If she marries him , it's going to give him more strength and we will be at loss .. » Hurrem sultan mumbled feeling threatened « I didn't think this was going to fire back at me , knowing i was the one who encouraged this »

« Mother , what will she even do ? she isn't as powerful as you think she is . And this will not put us at risk , she is not the one we should get rid of » Mihrimah was unsure about what she was saying , she just wanted to make her mother feel less guilty .

« She is .. you don't know what a woman can do , especially her she's not just a simple woman. She's dangerous , she's a princess and would do anything to protect mustafa from us even if it meant throwing herself into the fire » Hurrem sultan saw the princess in her , she was talking from experience .

« You're not thinking about - getting rid of her aren't you ? » Mihrimah asked her mother in disbelief, deep down she didn't want it .

« No .. we will let this marriage happen but we will ruin it later , it's not going to last » hurrem sultan came into conclusion , fully aware that she was in a disadvantaged position.

She left with her daughter to stand outside a little bit when she heard the harem girls whispering , they must've heard these news .

She stared down at them and saw the princess passing by , she looked up at hurrem sultan locking eye contact .

Hurrem sultan sensed danger from her eyes , because love pushed the person to danger and becomes immune to it .

She knew that this woman was going to give her a hard time , and seemed much more confident than Mahidevran .

I was in hurrem sultan's room for a long time discussing the wedding and the preparations , we have agreed it would not be in Manisa but here .

The capital loved Mustafa and the crown prince had more value than others here , they wanted to celebrate with him here in his own city.

When i stepped inside my room , i saw fahriye inside doing her work . She immediately hugged me when she saw me .

« Congratulations your highness , i am so happy for you » she said not breaking the hug , i hugged her back while thanking her .

« Finally , after a lot of hard time we finally did it » i said sighing in relief as i sat down on my bed , i was relieved and felt like my problems were solved now .

« You have gotten a new letter , i put it here for you » she said pointing at the letter next to the bird cage .

I grabbed the cage and put it in my lap as i looked at them . "Hello there" i said sticking my finger inside the cage to touch them .

" You are my lucky charm , everything got better when i got you" i talked to them , i think it is time for you to live outside of this cage"

I looked at Fahriye who was staring at me with a confused expression " are you going to free them ?" she asked and i nodded not taking my eyes off of them .

They were free , just like me and mustafa who gifted it to me . i grabbed the handle of their little door and held it infront of the window .

" Live happily and don't give up on each other"i opened the handle and they immediately flew away next to each other , i watched them fly far away until they disappeared out of my sight .

" It was about time" i put the cage aside and grabbed the letter to read it , i didn't know if he was aware of what happened .
