OPEN TO ALLIES? ➤ Absolutely ... when it comes to the Careers (1 and 4 in addition to 2); other than that he's very weary and even more picky concerning who lets in on the "team" — you'd really have to impress him and break through that thick skull of his as a cause of his self-obsession and stubbornness.

LOVER? *  ➤ You are more than welcome to try ... but he doesn't have a good history with KEEPING a love interest/girlfriend. Funny enough, because girls STILL seem to fawn over him and consider themselves the "chosen one" for young Zeph.

MOTIVATION TO WIN THE GAMES? ➤ Firstly ... his family; then his district; and then, of course, himself! He wants something to brag about to his future kids and present cousins for the rest of his life, and he views victory of the Hunger Games as one of the most — if NOT the most — fulfilling awards of all time.

ADDITIONAL INFO ABOUT APPEARANCE ➤ Zeph has a scar from one of the times where he ran some mini gauntlets at the Training Academy and, not only scraped his knee, but fractured it as well. He tends to hide it though since he rarely ever wears shorts.

petra elise maximus | mother | 35 years old | he has a strong relationship with his mother. petra has always made sure he received the best of the best in terms of shelter, food, clothes, and training. she would give him good advice to juggle school and training together, and she'd always make sure to stay on top of him if she felt necessary. she has HIGH expectations for him, and zeph loves and respects her enough to try his very hardest to EXCEED — not meet, but exceed — such expectations.

jasper sky maximus | father | 45 years old | jasper was the one in charge of paying for his education AND his training from the age of six. he enrolled zeph in some basic survival classes before actually beginning the journey to weaponry mastery. he lets zeph get away with everything he does, as long as it doesn't cause jasper to walk on thin ice. that means he spoils him a lot and ensures that zeph can get his way around warnings issued out by the school sometimes for his somewhat violent and disrespectful nature to those he finds doesn't embrace the ideal district 2 citizen. he, too, holds high expectations for zeph and is very close with him.

alexander julius maximus | brother | 12 years old | zeph has a soft apart for alexander; he basically served as alexander's mentor for life... always guiding him through his troubles at school and at the Training Academy. for this, alexander holds a deep respect and admiration for the older male; he, too, has ingrained in his brain the desire and need to make his parents proud by being well-rounded in all aspects, taking his education and training seriously, and striving to be as obedient as possible so he can develop stronger bonds with his parents and show zeph that he also has what it takes to be an honorable warrior for district 2. he hangs out with his brother for pure enjoyment, as he loves everything he does; he also takes advantage of the times they hang out to learn important lessons from him that may benefit alexander in the future.
