It occurred to me that there are a lot of uplifting, really upbeat and relatable songs about mental health issues and other disabilities/disorders. So I felt like because of that, we needed a playlist - just some songs to listen to when you're down and need a pick-me-up. Or even on the days you want to hear a sad song you can really relate to. I hand-picked these songs so they range from really empowering to really emotional. A few in here are even some that I used to listen to when I went through a pretty...bad time I had a couple years back. I also tried to add songs from different genres to better fit everyone's song preferences.
