First of all. It had been his idea. Not Steven's, Tony's, or Bruce's. His. And what did Clint get out of it now? Nothing.

Which wasn't quite true, because now the archer was sitting in a round of people who were solely busy discussing with each other why and how, certain things wouldn't work as soon as another suggestion was added.

His objection, which Clint had tried to get rid of, was overheard thanks to the discussion from Natasha and Tony.
