Yara and Cyrus and their crew did report back 3 days later.
The outcome was nothing new for Yara. When they saw the armour of the soldiers in the camp, they could easily identify them as soldiers from across the ocean. Rafael's.
Dimitri dicided to not confront his brother right away, but to stay low and watch. He gave orders to Yara to warn the soldiers, incase of an ambush.
Security was also made stronger on the borders of the city.
"You will not say or do anything about that camp, unless I say so. Understood?" Dimitri asked Yara when they were alone in his study room. Yara felt like they were making a mistake. Rafael and his army could attack at any moment, catching them off guard.
"Yara. Look at me when I'm talking to you." She looked up in Dimitri's eyes and gave a slow nod.

The wooden botom of a ship pushed against the sand of a beach on the other side of the Kingdom. Moments later, several footsteps sounded from the deck, jumping off the boat on the sand. Then sprinting towards the woods.
"Go! Faster!" Hushed tones were heard, urgent voices.
"The camp is just a couple of miles ahead. Kill any Elidian soldier or guard on the way. Make sure you go inseen."
The six hundred men, coming from the sea of boats, nodded and followed those going through the woods.
What a feeling it is to run on our soon to be land, ready to take.
Similar thoughts ran through the minds of the men, making them excited for the war.
Atlast, nobody knew we were coming, did they?

A week went by. It was King Dimitri's birthday, a feast day for the city. The feast will be held that night in the royal hall. While after feasts and parties will continue all around the city.
Yara was yet again dressed in a beautiful dress, a dark maroon. Her hair curled down her back, while some of the hair formed a crown on her head.
"Yara! What an absolutely stunning dress you have! Hopefully you will look just as divine for our wedding..."
"There will be no wedding, King Rafael. Go search for another wive. I already gave you my answer." Yara glared at the King, aproaching her.
"That was your answer. Not mine. You'll soon be my wive. With your consent or not." Rafael smiled before making his way towards the alcoholic drinks.
If only they knew of the second army that arrived. I will have my land and a beautiful woman by my side, as a bonus.
The hall were decorated in gold and red. Golden frames and floors as well as golden walls. Red curtains flowed down from the ceiling, decorated with beautiful designs. On the end of the hall were glasses with the drinks and beside it were tables full of food. The whole theme gave a message that tonight will be a good night.
"You look beautiful." Came a voice behind her. Turning around she met the darkest of grey eyes.
She smiled. "Thank you."
He smirked and held out his hand. "May I have this dance, milady?"
Her smile vanished and she mumbled. "Where I could've learned to dance, I learned to aim with a sword..."
He grinned. "That's all right. Trust me." He held out his hand again for her to take.
Taking Dimitri's hand she glanced up at him. "You're going to embarrass yourself."
He laughed. "Just stand on my toes. No one will see."
She hesitantly did so.
He pulled her close and began swaying on the music's rhythm. Where he moved his feet, her feet moved with. He glanced down at her and smiled. "See. You can dance."
She just grinned back at him.
The night was peaceful. The sky was clear and filled with stars. Everyone enjoyed the party too.
Yara later on left the party to feast the after party at the training grounds with the soldiers. They soon were drunk and everyone had a good time, even Yara.
"Come Yara, here, let's have a drink!" Cyrus grinned when he saw her. He turned around towards the drinks and asked. "Anything particular?"
She shook her head. "Water will do just fine, thank you."
He stared her before laughing. "Come on, Yara. It's time to loosen up! Come, here's rum and even wine."
She was quiet for moment before giving in.
Maybe, loosing up will be for the best, atlast nothing will happen, right?
"One glass of wine then, please."
The one glass soon turned in more than one, with Yara having a good time.
Soon she was laughing and dancing with the others, forgetting all stress and pressure.
Forgetting about the enemy's camp just a few miles away.

"You can come in Yara." Came Dimitri's voice from his study room.
It was the next morning and Yara asked to have a word with the King.
Yara came in and stopped infront of Dimitri, sitting at his desk. "I want to go visit my mother as it is my father's death anniversary."
Dimitri looked up at the first mention of Yara's family.
"I'm sorry to hear about your father. When did he passed away?"
Yara's jaw tightened.
"In the war before the rebellion."
Dimitri was quiet for a moment, realizing he was the cause of her father's death.
"I'm sorry to hear that. How long will you stay?"
"Three days. Tony or Cyrus can handle the army while I'm gone. They already got the arrangements."
"Very well. You have my permission to go."
Yara nodded. "Thank you."
Dimitri glanced back at her and smiled. "My pleasure."

The following morning, Yara took her horse and took off in the direction of Linova.
The path was clouded in darkness when Yara neared, several hours later. Originally, Linova is a day ride away, but Yara pushed her horse faster, too excited to finally see her mother.
When Yara caught sight of Linova she expected a village glowing of night lights from windows and street lights.
She definitely didn't expect the sight infront of her.
