"Tae, what was wrong with you? You seemed lost the whole time ." Namjoon inquired of the younger who sat beside him in the car. There was curiousness as well as irritation in his voice.

"He might have stayed awake the whole night for the famous Author-nim." Jungkook teased Taehyung, earning a death glare in return.

"Oh, c'mon! Stop teasing him all the time. Are you perhaps jealous of him?" Jimin teased the younger back in order to save his best friend.

"Why would I be jealous?" Jungkook questioned but he couldn't hide the scarlet that had spread across his cheeks.

"Because she is your favorite author and you were the one who indirectly introduced her to Tae." Jimin wiggled his brows as he teased Jungkook, who blushed harder this time while avoiding the elder's gaze.

"Enough guys!" Namjoon exclaimed sternly which instantly quietened the two. He then looked at Taehyung and questioned again. "Are you perhaps feeling unwell? I want answers Tae. You will be trending on Twitter and fans will bombard you with thousands of questions. Bloody you hardly answered a question properly."

"Hyung, I couldn't sleep the whole night." The brunette answered and looked down, feeling guilty.

"Says the one who went to sleep first." Namjoon deadpanned as he rolled his eyes, unable to believe Taehyung.

"Okay fine! I was talking to Bora. She couldn't sleep and texted me continuously." He responded and sighed, remembering how they ended up talking till seven in the morning and he could only sleep for one hour after that, until Namjoon came to wake him up.

"Great! We shouldn't see you using that useless orange app anymore. We have a comeback and a fan signing event soon. You need to focus, Tae. I'll talk to the manager and you will only get your phone back for an hour or two. No more ifs or buts. That's final!"

Taehyung gulped at the leader's words. He was happy while talking with Bora but never imagined that he would have to pay such a huge price.

They had just left a KBS interview and were heading back. They had spent a lot of time preparing for the same. Even the fans were awaiting this interview. However, Taehyung appeared dazed and struggled to respond because he had a difficult time falling asleep the entire night. He appeared exhausted, and when asked a few questions to which he gave brief answers, Namjoon had to laugh and respond in order to get the host's and the camera's attention.

Taehyung knew he had made a mistake, but he was willing to take responsibility this time. He couldn't just leave his friends behind for a girl he hardly knew. He started to feel that since they would never actually meet, he shouldn't engage in any type of pointless, undefined online relationship.

"I won't use the phone myself, Hyung. Please rest assured. I'm sorry for today. I feel like I betrayed my friends who are like my family for the sake of an unknown girl. I'll apologize to the members once we reach the dorm."

Tears formed in his eyes which made Namjoon feel guilty for using harsh words. He immediately pulled the younger in his embrace and hugged him tightly, mumbling countless "sorry's" and "it's okay."

Jimin and Jungkook, who were seated behind the two, felt sorry for Taehyung. They might make fun of him or advise him to push the girl away. They both understood, however, that Taehyung really did like the girl. Although his buddies were undoubtedly feeling proud of him for choosing the members, they nevertheless felt bad for him.
