33) Why not kill me? Why this?

Kumar ran into the room to find his wife sunk to the floor. She was crying. When she sensed that her husband is near she hugged his leg. 

Kumar saw Ravichandran's bodyguard holding his son.  His son wearing the same Mickey mouse T-shirt and pink trousers but his face showed how scared he was.

Kumar didn't like to see his son on the bodyguard's arms. He moved forward to get his son on his arms but he was stopped by Magesh's cry. He snuggled into arms of the bodyguard away from his dad.

Kumar was shocked when he tried again, Magesh shouted again. Inspector stopped Kumar while Kumar heard Ravichandran, "So he doesn't go to his dad too."

Kumar ran to hit Ravichandran but he was stopped by the Inspector. Inspector was struggling to stop Kumar who wanted to hit Ravichandran.

After two minutes of struggle Kumar stopped wriggling. He bent down and hugged his wife who cried on his chest. He asked slowly, "What happened to my son?"

Inspector slowly tried to lift Magesh's T-shirt but Magesh started to cry again so Ravichandran calmed Magesh.

Kumar was shocked that Magesh didn't shout when Ravichandran touched him.

Inspector and other officers turned showing their back so that they don't have to see Magesh's bare chest.

After that Ravichandran slowly lifted Magesh's T-shirts to reveal a chest which was full of cigar scars.

Kumar left a high pitched cry when he saw his son's chest. Ravichandran smiled at Kumar but Kumar was not in mood to shout at him.

Inspector said slowly, "Your son has been tortured and now he is scared to let anyone come near him."

Kumar couldn't hide his tears. He said in between crying, "Did you find who did this?"

Inspector replied, "We haven't found anyone. Do you suspect anyone?"

Before Kumar could answer Ravichandran said, "I suspect Kumar."

Kumar was shocked so much that he couldn't take his eyes of Ravichandran who said. "The way Magesh is scared of you makes me suspect you."

Kumar said with great amount of discomfort, "That's a baseless argument."

But Ravichandran continued without waiting, "You have been letting your wife use your car and driver wherever she wants to go."

Kumar couldn't answer that because it was true. Most of the officials are guilty of this. They are used to utilizing government vehicle.

Ravichandran continued, "You are doubting your wife. You think she has an affair with someone that's why you sent your driver with her to have a look at her."

Kumar was shocked at Ravichandran's words while Mrs. Kumar was speechless while Ravichandran continued, "You think Magesh was born because of your wife's affair so you were angry at him."

Inspector slowly turned to Ravichandran and said calmly, "Sir, that's not possible really. Mr. Kumar is known for his good deeds. We need to give him the benefit of doubt."

But Ravichandran raised his voice while cradling Magesh, "Law doesn't give it! As you don't seem to conduct a free trial, I will complain to Human Right's commission and media to make sure a clean trial is done."

Inspector didn't have any choice so he slowly said to Kumar, "Sir, we need to talk to you. So come to Police station tomorrow." He said this and started to go out.

After he went, Kumar moved towards his wife slowly who slapped him hard and shouted at him, "THAT'S YOUR SON! HOW CAN YOU DO THIS!"

She stormed out and Ravichandran laughed loud. Kumar couldn't believe his eyes.

After few minutes Ravichandran said slowly, "I did it and you are getting accused. So funny!"

He continued, "I made guys do that to Magesh. I made him understand that only I will not hurt him. He will get scared whoever comes near him."

Kumar couldn't stand there hearing him but he didn't have the strength to walk too. Ravichandran continued, "He forgot you and your wife. He remembers only the scar and myself."

Kumar fell on his knees thinking about the situation while Ravichandran said with a evil grin, "My dear Mr. Kumar I was there waiting outside while my men gave all this scars to Magesh. I could hear his screams from outside. Sometimes screams are horrible to hear but as Magesh was child his scream was pleasant."

Kumar couldn't stop crying while Ravichandran said, "You have two option. One is to sit back and see the death of your wife and son's soul die every day or kill your body ignoring the pain of the soul of your loved ones."

Ravichandran started to walk but stopped to say, "Oh, if you are going to die then die after seeing tomorrow's headlines on all newspapers and television and what not. Headlines is 'Commissioner of Chennai police department tortures his two year old child thinking his wife cheated on him.' I am eager for that news Mr. Kumar."

Kumar said in low voice as he couldn't talk loud, "Why not kill me? Why this?"

Ravichandran said with a grin before walking out, "I am not created by God like you. I am a creation of Devil. My thinking and pleasure are different from yours. I take pleasure in things like this."

"Do I like to write evil things?"

I was depressed for one hour after wrote this chapter.

I know all these are depressing. It's depressing for me too.

I don't know why I wrote this story. This story just happened.

I can't stop this story in middle as people are still reading this.

Yes shocking for me too.

I can't cheat and write a less depressing one too.

This is why I don't ask anyone to read this chapter. My story blurb itself has a warning.

It's better that much people don't vote when I see the votes I am happy too.

I never was a one who cared about votes.

So who is still going to read this book?

I can't promise pleasant things. Things will get more depressing by time.

I am still searching the one who said after reading 'Her Dreams' that I am writing only good things and my writing doesn't reflect reality.

Actually This is reality.

This chapter might have 50 chapters roughly.

I don't mind if people stop reading this and wait for cupid to update which will be updated later this.

That might be my last book so I want it to perfect.

I don't mind guys actually I encourage you to stop.

Sorry I started to write small author's note after akanksha's words but sorry for this.
