Kageyama and Oikawa have gotten pretty close over the past few months. They try to meet up whenever they can, which seems to be pretty often.

Either Oikawa is always asking to meet up for coffee or lunch while Kageyama prefers to invite him over for movies after a long shift.

Their relationship so far seems as good as it gets, but how long can they honestly keep this up. They both have their flaws and their personalities don't exactly go well together.

As much as the two meet up, they're both starting to notice that the relationship isn't going anywhere. What if they aren't meant to be anything more? Is this just friendship or will it become something more in the future?

"Hey, Tobio?" Oikawa said looking at the other from across the table.

"Yes?" the other responded with an eyebrow cocked.

"Have you ever been in love? Like really, really in love with someone?" Oikawa asked messing with the hem of his shirt nervously.

"I can't say that I haven't..." Kageyama slowly spoke.

"Oh?" was the simple response spoken. The two didn't dare speak more on the subject knowing neither of them did too well with serious emotional topics.

"So Tooru, have you ever been in love?"

Love wasn't the best topic for Oikawa, well about himself at least. When speaking of others love lives and issues he was completely fine but, as soon as you ask him he shuts you out and changes the topic.

This was probably one of the worst things about him.
