Anthony
Anthony had to admit, he would have liked Alastor more if he didnt drug him! True, he wasnt a hundred percent sure that he did but he knew the signs to look for, how the drink faintly tasted like cinnamon, how the ice wasnt floating, even how Alastor kept looking at him with a confused look. The mobster stood still for a bit with a cigarette in hand, trying to regain his thoughts before shaking his head and standing up. "Well it was nice meeting ya' toots, but I have some family buisness to attend too"
The blonde looked over to be met with the radio intern standing up quickly like he had something urgent, but that scene faded quicker then pistol smoke when he regained composure "Is that so? Well what if I walked you halfway, There's a lovely rose garden that every new comer to this town should see!" he watched as Alastor fixed his vest and slick back his hair, in new york he would have taken that as a sight of alternative intentions but this wasnt the city. Should he be worried? No Anthony, just keep your guard up and see how this plays out, not only that it was a good opportunity to kill the target!
"Lets see them then" Anthony said after a bit quick thinking. This was probably going to be his only easy chance, the faster he gets this done the quicker he could get back to New York.
He wouldnt admit it aloud, or to anyone other then his siblings, but he was afraid. He walked in on his pops talking to someone about marrying off his twin to have a gang marry into his mob. Of course he was aware that it might happen when he was gone, that wasnt a lie at all it probably was going to happen. He didnt want to go back but if he could stop the wedding for awhile it might do his twin some good.
'Hold in there Molly'
The mobster was yanked out his thoughts as Alastor cleared his throat and held out his hand, Anthony looked at it for a bit before hesitantly taking it with his own gloved hand. After that he was immediately tugged out the door before catching a shot glance from Husk.
The same glance you would catch at a funeral.
Alastor
What a day! A new victim to kill off that little buzz of blood lust he had for a few weeks, sure he could control it like this fine man he had around his finger but it always felt good to give into the lust. It was like hunting, but he was hunting the most dangerous game of all.
Alastor locked their arms together as they walked down the street, He took note of a little rush of energy he felt when he took the others hand. Not only that Alastor was more then sure Anthony felt it too by the tiniest jump he did.
The two walked along the street, passing by many ladies to whom Alastor ignored. It wasnt that he wasnt interested, oh who was he kidding he really wasnt, but he had other things to focus on.. Even if his mother did push for someone special in his life.
"Such a lovely day, don't you agree?" Alastor asked, looking over at the blonde. The height difference between the two wasnt to far, if anything Alastor was taller by half a inch. His grin grew at the fact, that would mean he would have the physical advantage if he fought back, like how they all do.
Anthony looked weaker then him, he could even call the blonde dainty if he wanted to. Like a doe, which wouldnt be too far from a good description since his brown eye reminded him of the animal. He should stop getting so caught up in this boys looks, it was embarrassing and improper!
"Ya alright there? Been starin' at me for a bit" The other said, which brought him out of his thoughts. Damn it
"Yes yes, just thinking of other things at the moment is all" He watched Anthony tighten up, which made himself a bit curious. He didnt give a reason for him too, at least he didnt think so. He could read people but this one was hard to do so, Anthony was as easy to read as a closed book. All the pages were hidden and he could barely get anything out of him other then a title and a picture.
"What other things?" Anthony asked, he must have noticed his quiet stares. Think fast Alastor!
"Just about the lovely rose garden you'll see soon." He answered back with a smile, straightening up himself. The rose garden truly will be the last thing this man see's.
The other didnt answer back, staying silent the rest of the way until they eventually made it to said rose garden. If Alastor could compare the garden to anything it would be a close second to heaven, the smell of fresh flowers hit you hard and it was pleasant, You could hear the birds singing in the background which was close to music. The intern looked over at his soon to be Victim and nearly stopped in his tracks, Anthony's tired and nearly blank face seemed to be replaced by someone who was a complete opposite of who he was talking to just minuets ago at the bar.
Alastor's shook his head, Unlinking their arms so he could place his hands behind his back. "You certainly took to it quickly, Though I wouldnt blame you for doing so! This place could warm the coldest of hearts"
Anthony
The mobster nodded a little, Alastor wasnt wrong at all. The garden was better then anything in all of New York! He looked around, noting how the garden had 'walls' of the bushes going up and the fact you could barely see the town now.
Anthony moved closer to one of the 'walls' as his hand went to his holster, most days he would prefer a knife. But a gun was faster, not only that he was the best gunman in the mob and if he didnt keep his skills sharp then his pops would finally have a reason to get rid of him. Not like his knife skills were to good anyways, he was always sloppy with them.
He snuck a bullet into the barrel before giving a fake cough so it could hide the click, which made it worse since Alastor turned to look at him.
"Sorry, lota pollen ya know?" He lied, hoping the other would buy it take the bait
"But of course! You said you went from here correct?" Alastor asked, going back to the rose bush he was looking over.
"Yeah.. Up near the east cost Anthony began pulling his gun again, keeping an eye on the other as he did so. Last time he was nearly caught, he wont be this time.
"Really? Well have you listened to statio-" The target was cut off by the ringing of a gunshot as Anthony pulled the trigger.
