Let's Get To Know Who We're Dealing With
*Hello everyone! It's me again! This is a Superpotterlock au sorta thing which was requested by mintysnowflakez ! So this first chapter is just so you can get to know the characters and it will be in first person point of view for this chapter and the rest will be third person-- just cause I'm better at writing things that way. Enjoy!*
// Castiel's POV
"Cassie! Sweetie, where are you?" I heard my mother say in a sing song voice.
I covered my mouth to hold in my giggling and scooted closer towards the shadowed part of the closet.
My name is Castiel Novak. I'm ten years old-- well eleven but my birthday's tomorrow. My older brother, Gabriel is twelve. He'll be thirteen in a few months. My oldest brother, Michael, is fifteen. They both go to school-- but it's not a regular school with all the regular, boring kids. It's a magic school-- Hogwarts.
They got their letters at age eleven, so I'm really excited for tomorrow.
My mom was so proud of my brothers when they left for Hogwarts. She shed a few tears-- I of course was just a bit confused. My mom was what you would call a muggle. My dad was a wizard. Well, is. He's a professor at the school now but he comes to visit every Christmas.
One time he brought home a dragon egg and let me care for it. When it hatched, I was so surprised. Of course, my mom made him take it back because it didn't belong here.
"Castiel?" I heard my mother's worried voice.
I slowly uncovered my mouth. I didn't want her to be worried.
I slowly made my way out of the closet and looked around.
She wasn't there.
"Mom...?" I asked, cautiously.
No response.
I walked out of my room and turned a corner when a pair of arms wrapped around me, causing me to shriek and flail around.
"GOTCHA!" My mom yelled, laughing.
"Mom! Let go!" I laughed and we were both on the floor by the time she began to tickle me.
"MOM NO! STOP!" I yelled, trying to push her away.
"Okay okay fine!" She sighed and pulled away from me, rolling away. I laughed and stood up.
"So honey," she began, following me, on the floor of course-- she was more of a child than I was. "What's tomorrow?"
I smiled so wide you could probably see it from your phone screen ((what fourth wall?!))
"MY ELEVENTH BIRTHDAY!" I squealed.
My mom also squealed and clapped her hands together.
"You excited?!"
I frantically nodded and spun around in circles until the room was spinning.
I was so excited to receive my letter.
I would be going to Hogwarts very soon.

// Dean's POV
"When are you leaving?" Sammy asked me.
"A few days." I sighed.
My name is Dean Winchester. I'm eleven years old. And tomorrow I would be boarding the train so I can spend my first year year at Hogwarts.
I got my letter a few days ago-- a little late because we were always moving around so the letter always arrived when we left.
It had actually arrived when an owl flew at his face and dropped the letter in front of him. It wasn't the most coordinate owl but I got the letter.
"I'll be back, Sammy. Don't worry. And soon, you'll be going to Hogwarts too!"
Sam's eyes widened and he nodded frantically.
"You still packing?" I heard my dad's voice from the doorway.
I turned to look at him and nodded.
"Yea. Have to be ready for tomorrow. I'm almost done."
My dad nodded and walked up to us, ruffling Sam's hair before sitting at the edge of the bed.
"You know you don't have to go-- if it seems a bit too overwhelming." He started.
"Of course I want to go!" I stopped packing. "I mean sure I'm a bit nervous but I'll be fine."
My dad nodded and watched me pack the rest of my things.
I was nervous for Hogwarts. I was the oldest so I had no idea what it would be like.

// Sherlock's POV
"Alright, how do you cause objects to levitate?" Mycroft asked me for the fifth time today.
"Wingardium Leviosa..." I sigh, rubbing my eyes.
"Good. Try it on this sheet of paper." He instructed.
I groaned and flicked my wand.
"Wingardium Leviosa." I said, causing the paper to float.
"Keep your hand still, William."
"Don't call me that." I glared at him, causing the paper to fall.
Mycroft rolled his eyes, took my wand, and placed it on my nightstand.
"Time for bed. You have to be ready for your trip." He did his best to smile and left.
"Mikey? You weren't letting him use his wand in the house, were you?" I heard my mother yell.
I quickly turned away from the door and pretended to be asleep while my brother and mum argued about the rules.
My name is Sherlock Holmes-- William Sherlock Scott Holmes. I'm eleven years old and tomorrow, I would be going to Hogwarts.
I already had my wand and everything needed. I thought about buying an owl but I figured it wouldn't be fair to my dog, Redbeard.
I wasn't as excited as the boy living across the street who ran outside screaming "I got my letter!" And his mum had to come and drag him back into the house before anyone found out. I'm pretty sure his mum's a witch. I have no idea where his dad is. But I know that family probably has problems.
I know you're probably wondering why I'm saying "mum" instead of "mom" like the other boys you've read about ((again, fourth wall? Never heard of it.)) Well if you idiots haven't noticed, I live in London. So I don't have to do all the traveling those other boys do.
I felt myself slowly drifting off to sleep.
I would have to wake up early tomorrow to board the train.

// John's POV
"John! Get in bed!" My mum instructed.
I ran around, pulling my trousers on and jumped into bed.
I was so excited.
I had to wake up extra early to go to Diagon Alley to get my wand and my robes and all my other things for Hogwarts.
I was so excited.
My name is John Hamish Watson. I'm eleven years old and tomorrow is my big day to school. A magical school: Hogwarts.
My mum smiled at me and pulled my blankets over me.
"Where's Harry?" I asked her. Harry was my sister.
"She'll be home soon. Don't worry-- she'll most defiantly see you off tomorrow." My mum smiled and kissed my temple.
"Good night, John." She said before turning off the light and exiting my room.
I stayed still for a while before bolting up and finding my letter. I read it over and over again. I was so excited.
I was pretty sure the boy who lived across the street from me was going. His house always had something peculiar about it. I had never spoken to him so maybe I'd get to talk to him on the train.
There would always be arguing and no one would come outside besides their mum and dad but if their dog was out there, so was the boy.
He looked happy whenever he was with that dog.
I never had a dog or any pet for that matter so he was hoping to get an owl. Maybe one like Hedwig. Everyone knew the tales of Harry Potter. How he fought the Dark Lord. Everyone knew of Hermione and Ron. Everyone knew of Draco and everyone.
I had always been fascinated with the tales and always aspired to be like Harry-- even though I'd probably be like Ron.
I folded my letter back up and set it on my nightstand.
I lay my head against my pillow and looked up at the ceiling. ((This isn't even spn so don't give me rude comments))
What house would I be in?
Who would I meet?
What if I'm no good with spells?
I took a deep breath and closed my eyes, slowly drifting to sleep.
I would be fine. Everything would be fine.
*Hey guys! So I hope you liked that info chapter. This does take place after the great battle and stuff so yea. Although, I might add Hagrid. Also, I probably wont do well in writing this and my knowledge of spells and charms may be wonky but I shall do my best! Thanks for reading!
