Hunter, Sebastian, and I walk out of the forest. I walk faster than the boys because I didn't really want to talk to them right now. I walk to the campfire and stand next to Hannah and Gia. "I need to talk to you guys soon," I whisper to them.

"Can't right now. We're doing Capture the Flag, whatever that means," Gia mutters.

"Why do you need to talk to us?" Hannah asks, concerned.

"Hunter," I mutter.

Hannah nods. "Now, for people who don't know what Capture the Flag is," Chiron says, "its where there are two teams. Those two teams each have a flag that they have protect. On each side of the forest, both teams hide their flag somewhere visible, but easily defensible. To win for your team, you need to capture the opponent's flag and carry it across the river that divides the middle of the forest, and acts like a border."

Chiron takes a breath and says, "The two teams will be Camp and the Hunters. Thirteen people will be chosen for each. I will choose for Camp Half-Blood while Lady Artemis chooses 13 Hunters."

The two of them debate for a bit on who they want to be on the teams. Finally, Chiron speaks up.

"I have picked my team. The blue team is Gia Fuller, Jeremiah Woodley, Hannah Ripley, Serena Jones, Karlos Marks, Hunter Grace, Sebastian Jackson, Raphael di Angelo, Declan Prescott, Emma Valdez, Austin Hayes, Harper Maeve, and," Chiron takes a breath, "Carmen Jackson. You all can go get ready."

I look at Emma, Gia, and Hannah and grin. The thirteen of us head to the weapons shed. I can hear Artemis say her thirteen people.

"Natasha Zhang, Willow, Aurora, Jasmine, Leila, Camila, Allison, Alexis, Violet, Stella, Melanie, Lauren, and Lydia."

I hear cheers erupt from the dining pavilion. I smile slightly. The thirteen Camp people walk together in a circle. Of course I have to be in between Hunter and Raphael. Across from me, Gia and Hannah raise their eyebrows a couple times and I blush.

"So, what's our game plan?" Austin says.

"I need something to write with," I say.

"Why?" Harper says.

"Because I'm gonna draw out the game plan," I explain. "Say your godly parent."

Sebastian leaves to grab me some paper and pencil.

"Mars," Gia says.

"Hecate," Hannah says.

"I don't know," Declan says as soon as a blue thing came over his head. A blue snowflake pulsed over his head.

"Looks like you just got claimed by Khione," Serena says.

"Khione," Declan says proudly.

"Apollo," Serena says.

"Hecate," Karlos says, grinning at Hannah.

"Vulcan," Jeremiah says.

"Aphrodite," Austin says.

"Demeter," Harper says.

Sebastian finally comes back and I write down the parents.

"Where are we going to put the flag?" Emma asks.

"Zeus' Fist," Serena says immediately.

"Great idea!" Karlos says and high fives her.

"We should put it a little back on it so they wouldn't be able to see it on first glance," I tell them.

"Perfect," Hunter says. He mutters something but I couldn't hear it.

I draw our plan down on the paper and then I place dots in different places.

"So Hunter will be the one in the middle because he can fly. You will get the flag," I tell them. "Serena and Emma will be on the left while Seb and I will be right and we'll be diversions. The three people on the right is Raphael, Jeremiah, and Declan. The other dots are Harper, Austin, and Karlos. And the two who are protecting our flag is Hannah and Gia."

Everyone nods and I start walking to the weapons shed. Everyone follows me. "Does everyone have a weapon?" I ask them.

"I don't," Harper says.

"Me either," Serena says.

"Serena, since you are a daughter of Apollo, you can play like an instrument and the sound can make the Hunters do stuff," Hannah says. "And Harper, you can pick your weapons."

They both nod. "Why are we doing this when there is going to be a war?" Gia asks suddenly.

"Because its 'training'," Raphael says. Gia snorts and I smile at her.

Harper and Serena get their weapons and we head back to Chiron. "Alright, kids," he says when he sees us. "You have to defeat the Hunters. They have won 59 times in a row."

We nod and head to Zeus's Fist. I see Serena holding a violin and Harper holding a spear. Hannah and Gia stand in front of our flag as Sebastian and I walk to the right. I get out my sword and click the button that activates my shield.

"I know about you and Raphael," Seb says.

"What?" I ask, trying to act innocent.

"I know you kissed him," he hisses.

"Actually, I didn't kiss him. He kissed me," I say sassily.

"Oh whatever," Sebastian says. "So you have had your fist kiss. Have you had anymore?"

I blush. "N-no," I stutter.

"Sure," he says sarcastically.

"Its none of your business, anyway. What about you and Emma? Anything going on with her that you would like to tell me?" I ask.

"No," he says quickly.

"Uh huh," I say. "Didn't want to tell me then. I knew you wouldn't have enough courage to kiss her."

"I have too kissed her!" Sebastian says.

"Really?" I ask him.

"We have had a make out session before," he says while blushing. "Now tell me who you kissed."

"Nah, I'd rather not," I say, seeing something move in the distance. Seb starts talking but I shush him. I point ahead of us and he sees them.

We walk silently together. The person comes closer and I notice it is Natasha. We move in and attack her. She looks surprised as I knock her down. I grab some rope and tie Natasha up against the tree. "Sorry," I tell her.

Sebastian and I walk silently forward. Soon, we make it across the river. I look to the other side and see Serena and Emma. I wave my hand and they nod. We start sprinting ahead. I see shadows moving as we sprint through the forest. I feel something collide with my back. My sword falls out of my hand and I fall on top of it. The sword goes through my stomach. A searing pain goes through me. "Carmen!" Sebastian yells.

"S-Seb?" I ask as everything black.

So we are ungrounded! We decided go update just this chapter since we are ungrounded and then we will publish the rest that we have one the first of June. We only have one day of school left and that is Tuesday so we will probably update this more after the first.
