Disturb
Pidge wanted to move her lab out of the hangars. Don't get her wrong, she loves the lions, but she really just wants to work on her projects sometime.
The cubs were getting too big to sit in her lap. Way too big. Yet they still climbed all over her as she tried to work and Faune just watched in amusement. Ajthine was the cuddler, so she'd curl up, taking up Pidge's entire lap, plus some, and fall asleep. Pidge hates the pins and needles, but she doesn't want to disturb the cub's slumber.
Mistah and Shade love to play on her. This ends up with all four of them in a messy heap on the floor, Pidge feeling like she's just been crushed while all the adult lions watch in amusement.
So while the cubs were asleep, Pidge stole her laptop and all the equipment and projects she could carry, and bolted. She holed up in her room and hours later, Shiro was the one to find her.
"Why are your things in here?" He mused, making enough room for him to sit by stacking one project on top of another.
"The cubs." Was her short answer.
Shiro chuckled. "You not want to disturb them while they slept?"
Pidge huffed. "I didn't want them to disturb me while I worked, more like." She corrected with a wave of her finger. Shiro laughed. "I love them and all, but I can't get anything done while they're trying to play with me while I'm working."
The black paladin hummed and nodded, then leaned closer. "Is it okay if I disturb you just for a second?"
She narrowed her eyes and finally looked up at him. "I came in here so I wouldn't be disturb-"
Shiro cut her off, pressing his soft lips to hers. Pidge giggled as he pulled away. "Yeah, it's okay."

Faune lay by the door, eyes on the seam as her tail flicked. Her paladin wasn't in her lab when she woke. The green lion whined as Spirit lay beside her with their cubs on his back.
"Maybe she's still asleep." Faune shook her head. "Eating?" A whine and a shake. "With Shiro."
The small lion huffed. "Maybe, but... She always comes in. She's here every morning before we wake up."
Spirit purred and flicked his tongue over her ear. "Stop worrying. Nothing bad happened. If it did, we probably would have gotten in our armor."
"I want to wear my armor!" Shade piped up and slid off Spirit to lay in between he parents. "It's so cool! I can't wait to wear it!"
Faune purred and rubbed her muzzle against his. "You will. Just wait until your grown like your father and I." Shade nodded, eyes sparkling."
Mistah stood up on her father's back and situated herself to lay on the back of his neck so her chin rested between his ears. "I wonder what my paladin will be like."
Spirit rested his head on his paws. "You're the one who chooses."
Mistah giggled, her tail flicking. "Yeah."
The doors slid open and all the lions looked up.
"Paladins!" The cubs shrieked and bolted for them.
