Humming along to the machinery that made up the Galran base, the druid made sure everything in the room was set in place.

She didn't flinch or even turn around as the doors slid open and screaming overwhelmed the humming.

"Let me go! Put me down, now! Voltron and Kolivan will find you and kill you if I don't do it myself in the next ten tics!" The previous paladin snapped, thrashing in the Galran guard's holds.

The druid stepped aside as the guards stepped closer. "Lay him here. He clearly needs to be strapped down."

"Of course." One if the guards muttered, both nodding.

Keith shouted and kicked, yanking on his arms as he was forced onto the table and his wrists were bound. He growled, glare switching from Galran to Galran to Druid. "Let me go! What do you want with me!?"

Once he was secured to the table, the two guards made their way out and stood firm just out the door as it closed.

The druid observed the small human as he struggled. "For being half-Galran, you are incredibly small and frail." Keith bared his teeth at her. "You can't even growl. Nothing about you seems Galran, and I believe I know why."

She raised a scalpel and his violet eyes shot wide open. He jerked and gasped. "No! Don't touch me!"

"Settle down, cub, and this will be completely painless." She grumbled, grasping the fabric of his Marmoran suit. She slit up the fabric across his arm and over his chest. She kept cutting until she reached the other wrist. She grabbed his chin and forced Keith's head back to cut the fabric over his neck down to the slit. "Painless." She huffed.

However, Keith still struggled and shouted at her as she continued to cut from the slit across his chest and down to his naval.

She growls and strapped over his chest to keep him more still. "I can and will slit your throat, child."

"Fucking do it!" Keith spat, jolting as she placed her pale, cold hand flat over his abdomen.

"Yes, I thought so." She murmured to herself, then continued cutting the fabric until it was completely gone and he was left only in his boxers.

Keith panted and kept his eyes on her as he still wriggled.

Her eyes rolled as she looked back to him. "It is futile."

"Fuck you."

She sighed and returned her gaze to his abdomen. She shook her head. "It's so sickly. It's a wonder it hasn't affected the rest of your body, yet." She huffed.

With two more swift, precise cuts, the Galran hybrid was completely bare on the table.

Keith shuddered, clenching his jaw.

"Well... You humans do have such different bodies." The druid mused as she observed the young soldier. Keith started to feel self-conscious under the druid's gaze. "I don't see..." She muttered, then reached down.

Keith's eyes widened and he thrashed. "Don't- don't touch me!" He more yelped than snapped.

The druid didn't listen as her fingers touched him. Keith grit his teeth, squeezing his eyes shut as she trailed her fingers.

"Here is an entrance..." She seemed unamused, but deep in focus as she spoke.

Keith gasped and clenched, eyes flying wide open as her finger is suddenly inside of him. "A-ah! No! Stop!"

Her fingers swiveled and pressed around until she sighed and pulled away. "Whatever deity that designed you was a fool. No wonder your womb is sickly- there is no way to reach it. It hasn't been used. It cannot get it's desires out."

"W-womb!?" Keith shouted, pulling against his bindings still.

"No matter." She continued, ignoring Keith. "I will fix their mistake."

Again, her cold hand was placed flat over his lower abdomen. This time, her hand began to glow a dark violet.

Keith threw his head back, jaw agape at the sudden, piercing pain that ripped through him. An agonized cry broke from his throat as he jerked.

The moment her hand pulled away, the burning began to ebb away into a dull throb. Keith dropped back completely onto the bed, eyes watery and chest heaving with shallow pants.

"There!" Her voice rose to a much happier tone. She reached back between Keith's legs and prodded.

The young hybrid jolted, breath hitching as she touched a sensitive spot that, he was pretty sure, wasn't there before. His throat let loose an involuntary cry as the druid slid her finger inside of him once again.

The sensation was different. It was hotter and slicker. Her finger traced a ring and it clenched, pulling upwards.

She pulled away, seeming very satisfied. "Now you're body is perfect. You will make an amazing prize. But, first your body must be trained. It is not used to cycles."

"Cyc... Cycles?"

"Twice every decapheobe- or year- you'll go through a heat cycle. Both cycles will last about three complete moon cycles." She began to explain, draping a cloth over his sore lower half. "During that time, you should have a mate, or just a partner to get you through. If you don't, you should have plenty of supplements. For now, I'll only use supplements for you. Around the end of the cycle I'll bring in a partner for you. Don't worry about the partner. I'll provide control so you won't be with child after your first heat cycle."

Keith blinked rapidly, shaking his head as she lead the table out and into the hallway. "What!? Child!? What are you saying!? No, I refuse- I won't let you do this!"

She chuckled. "You don't have to. I've already done it."

~

"Damnit!" Fists slammed on the table. "You fucking lost Keith!? How the fuck did you lose Keith!?"

Kolivan raised his chin higher, clenching his jaw. "We were out on a mission... We got separated."

Shiro growled and threw the chair. "How the hell are we going to get him back!? We have no way to find him, he's no longer a paladin, so his lion can't lead us to him-" He cut himself over, pivoting to face the Blade's leader. "You need to start fucking looking for him right now."

Pidge finally stood up, gently taking Shiro's arm. "Shiro, please calm down. We're going to look-"

"He lost Keith-!"

"Takashi." With the firm tone in her voice as she used his real name, Shiro sucked in a deep breath and sunk down into the chair. Pidge gently kneaded her fingers into his shoulders.

Lance bit his lip. "So... You have no idea where he is? No idea what they're going to do to him?"

Kolivan slowly shook his head. "No... We're trying to figure it out. I have some people on it right now as we speak." Lance gulped, but slowly nodded, averting his gaze to the table.

Pidge rubbed Shiro's back. "They're working on it, Takashi. We'll get him right back." She turned her eyes to Kolivan, narrowing them. "And we're keeping him with us. No more of those stupid missions. They always go sideways and I'm sick of it."

The Galran nodded. "Right. I understand."

Allura stood. "You're excused."

~

Keith had the blanket wrapped around his waist as he stood in front of the door. He watched and listened carefully, waiting for the door to open so he could escape.

Screw waiting for the Blade or Voltron.

~

The door didn't open for days. Keith couldn't stay awake. He was beginning to get so hungry.

So tired and hungry... And weird.

He had weird urges. Make the bed into a nest? He didn't realize he was doing until about halfway through. He messed it up, but then became angry and frantic. Keith quickly fixed up and finished his nest.

Keith stopped wearing the blanket once he realized no one was coming in. He started to allow himself to fall asleep, curled up in his nest.

After his fourth nap, maybe, a tray of food and a stack of blankets and sheets were by the door. He barely even thought before devouring the small meal and adding the sheets to his nest.

He stopped thinking about how weird he was getting and just went with it. They weren't bothering him or prodding at him. Just kept him locked away.

Keith had no sense of time within the cell. He couldn't even tell if he was on a moving ship, stationary ship, or in a building on a planet. Whichever one, it was taking too long to find him.

~

Keith gasped, jerking away. He writhed and whimpered, grasping at the sheets.

His body burned, a thin sheen of sweat already covering his pale skin. Tears built in his eyes, shuddering with a sudden wave of an unfamiliar feeling. His jaw fell as fluid gushed from him, slicking his thighs and the sheets.

The door opened, but he couldn't move. He trembled and panted, clenching and whining. "Wh-what... Is h-happening..?"

The druid from days before touched his abdomen again. "The very beginning of your first heat cycle." She waved to the door and a small Galran shuffled inside, carrying a box. "This is Gilran. She'll be here to help you through this first wave. If she does good, she'll stay longer. You know what to do." She turned to the shaking little Galran, then left.

Gilran jumped as the door closed, then hurried to the bed. "S-so first, I have to set this up... Do-do you think you can wait a few more tics?"

Keith tried to bury himself deep into the sheets. "I-I don't want it... No..."

The little Galran gulped. "I'm sorry... I didn't, either..." Her voice was so soft and feeble. She sounded as if she would be shattered by just a small touch.

Keith looked over at her. She trembled with every movement, her violet eyes void of much emotion aside from fear. Even through the haze, Keith could see the scars littering her skin peeking out from beneath her clothing.

He grit his teeth and tried to resist as her tiny hand clasped around his ankle. "N-no!"

Gilran bit her lip. "I'm sorry... But, I promise, this will help. It will only get worse if you don't let me do this... Its small... The druid had made one that is about your size. Human size so you can get used to it."

Keith shook his head. "No... No..."

She hesitated, then gripped his ankle tighter. He shouted and thrashed as she strapped his ankle to the top of the weird contraption. The fabric was soft and smooth against his skin, and it felt heated.

Gilran snatched his other ankle, also strapping it to the top. She guided the velvety box closer, pressing the back of his thighs to it even as he still struggled. She quickly strapped over his thighs.

Keith reached down, trying to push it away before she could activate it. "N-no, stop... Please... No..."

"I am sorry, paladin..." She murmured, tears in her eyes. She took his wrists and bound them above his head, hooking them to the wall. "I have to... And you'll feel better... I promise, you will feel better..."

Keith shook, gasping for breath. He yanked on his bindings as the boxed machine whirred up. "Stop it! Turn it off!" He jerked and thrashed, trying to get away.

Gilran shuffled away, closing her eyes and covering her flattened ears.

The previous paladin jolted and arched, trembling at a quick, abrupt intrusion into his throbbing, aching core. "A-ah-!"

Keith's jaw fell agape, gasping sharply as the silicone-like, mechanical shaft pulled out and pushed back in. He pulled against his binds, eyes burning with tears. He clenched his jaw, shaking his head as it continued to pump in and out. "No, no..."

Gilran curled up in the other corner, arms wrapped around her head so she couldn't watch or hear.

His toes curled, breath catching in his throat as it pumped faster. He shook and clenched, his tears spilling down his pale skin. The shaft began to vibrate lowly, sending sparks of pleasure throughout his body and fogging his mind. Keith dropped his head back, his core trying to pull the shaft deeper.

Keith cried out as it suddenly surged with power as he stopped fighting. The shaft pumped harder and faster, the vibration making the pleasure so overwhelming, it tingled his toes and fingers, mind going numb. He gasped and tossed his head, arching his back higher.

His lower gut tightened and tightened, core clenching hard around the shaft as it pumped. Keith writhed and squirmed from the surges and waves of pleasure, moaning in gasps. He could barely take anymore.

The shaft began to inflate, forcing itself harder into Keith.

Keith cried, bucking his hips onto the machine as hot fluids burst from his core and his own member. The shaft forced in as deep as it could get, fully inflating.

He thrashed and gasped, shuddering heavily as warm fluids were pumped inside of him.

Gilran then scampered over, looking over him. She jumped and pivoted as the door opened again.

The druid made her way over, observing Keith. "Your body took the knot well... It is a small knot, but I'm sure this will progress quickly. Gilran, you did well."

"Yes, madam." The small Galran bowed her head.

"You may stay with him. Help him adjust to his new life."

Gilran slowly nodded. "O-of course, madam..."

Once the druid had left, Gilran took a quick glance at Keith.

His skin was flushed, chest heaving to catch his breath. His thighs and stomach were wet with slick and cum.

Gilran shuffled over to her box and grabbed a rag. "I'm just going to clean you off..." She whispered, carefully approaching.

Keith only nodded, eyelids fluttering.

~

Shiro rubbed circles into his temples, hunched over in his seat. "Where... Where the hell is he..?" He more demanded than asked, but no one could answer.

Lance stared down at his lap, fiddling with his fingers. "It's been two weeks... If we hadn't found a clue by now, how do we even find him at all..?"

Pidge stood behind Shiro, her hands on his shoulders. "We keep looking, that's how. We've got to think of all the things they'd want him for. We have to think within the circle the Galran empire created."

"Oh, wow." Allura scoffed. "That really narrowed it down."

The green paladin shot the Altean a glare. "Let me finish. So, obviously they're not holding him for ransom. If they were, they would have messaged up or the Blade."

Hunk looked around, then sighed. "Alright... If no one else is gonna do, I'm going to have to."

Everyone glanced back at him, Coran straightening up. "What do you mean?"

The yellow paladin stood up. "I'm asking Lotor."

Allura clenched her jaw and narrowed her eyes. "No way are you asking that slimy-"

"I'll go with you." Lance stood as well. Allura pivoted to face him, eyes wide. "Princess, he might be our best shot. He could be our first clue to finding Keith. Even if he doesn't know where he is, he could tell us what they'd want him for."

Shiro nodded, pushing himself up to his feet. "I agree. We'll ask Lotor."

Allura turned to Pidge. "Please tell me you're not with this decision as well!"

Pidge shook her head, taking Shiro's hand. "Lance is right. Lotor might be our best shot at getting Keith back."

Appalled and furious, Allura grit her teeth and stormed out of the bridge.

~

A deep chuckle resonated within the cell the four paladins stood in front of.

"About time you come to me. It feels as if I've been waiting decapheobes for this."

Lance stepped closer, shoulders squared, chin raised, and arms folded over his chest. "What would the Galran empire want with Keith?"

Lotor looked up at the current red paladin. "There's a lot of things they'd want with him."

"We've ruled out ransom." Pidge muttered, still holding onto Shiro's hand.

The Galran Prince nodded. "We do not offer ransoms or deals. His death would be displayed for you to see, or at least hear of. Is there any clue of him? Anything over waves?"

Hunk shook his head. "There's nothing. You're our last resort."

Lotor nodded, standing up. "Then he's a prize."

Lance froze up, eyes widening. "A-a what?"

"A prize. Either kept as a pet for his master to beat or spoil, or kept as a way of release." Lotor answered, crossing his arms over his chest.

Shiro raised a brow. "Release?" He echoed.

Lotor looked to the black paladin. "Sexual release." He emphasized. All of the paladins stared up at him in shock. "Possibly even down the road - if he is an omega with a womb - force him to bear their children."

Lance shook his head, blinking rapidly. "But- Keith's human! He can't possibly-"

"He's also half Galran." Lotor cut in, dropping his arms back by his side. "He has no outwardly Galran features, other than his violet eyes. The lack of Galran features has to be made up in some other way. He is no Alpha. Alpha's are larger. Stronger. Omegas are lithe and small, but quick and flexible. Your missing teammate fits that description perfectly. Well, aside from the lack of access to his womb.

"However, I am sure the druids will find a way to gain access to his womb and to trigger his Galran heat."

Lance took a shaky step back, licking and pursing his lips. "Heat? Like- like a heat? Heat as in-"

Lotor chuckled. "As in the period of time in which sexual desire is at it's peak in the omega. The period in which the omega and their Alpha can conceive a child most easily."

Shiro shook his head and gently pulled Lance away. "We'll get him back before that ever happens. Thank for the information. Hunk will be down later with a tray of food." He stated firmly, gently ushering the younger paladins away, each of them pale.

~

Keith's head rolled, droll unashamedly trailing from the corner of his lips as the fake shaft knotted inside of him. This one was much bigger than the first.

Every two waves, the druid had Gilran size the shaft up. This was the fifth size change.

Gilran had told him that he had two waves every quintant. So, Keith was trying to keep track of days that way. So far, five days into heat... Just under three more months to go, if the druid was right.

The druid had a guard set up a bed on the other side of the room for Gilran in between Keith's waves on the third day.

Keith found on the fourth day, Gilran was really easy to talk to.

"So... What... What is it... Putting inside me?" Keith asked after the knot had deflated and Gilran carefully unstrapped his legs.

The small Galran blinked, then nodded. "During the knot, there is a fluid normally put within this to completely satisfy the omega if they do not have a alpha, or their alpha is not around. However, this solution is different. Your womb is sickly because there was no access. It was killing itself and would have eventually hurt you if no access was ever made. So, this solution the druid had made to heal your womb completely during this heat."

Keith groaned, rubbing his wrists once she uncuffed them. "Does she make you do this a lot?"

Gilran shook her head. "No. You're only my third." She set aside the machine and the cuffs. "My Alpha was done with me a decapheobe ago. I wasn't pretty enough anymore. So, she took me in."

Keith frowned, slowly sitting up. He flinched and froze up, the fluids pouring out. He shuddered, curling his fists into the sheets.

Gilran nodded. "That's something we all get used to." She carefully grabbed a sheet, looking at Keith for permission. Keith nodded. Gilran covered his lap with a sheet from his nest. "I have five children from my Alpha..." She whispered, taking a rag to gently clean Keith off.

He furrowed his brows. "Where are they? Why aren't you with them?"

She shook her head. "I don't know where. Our children are taken from us when they are born. We don't even get to hold them. They allow us a single glance, then walk away. The Alpha raises the cub with his mate."

"What? That's-that's unfair! That's cruel!"

"It's how Galran's are. If an Alpha has a cub with his prize, he takes it and raises it with his true mate. Especially if their mate cannot bear children."

Keith glared hard at the sheets. "That's stupid. Stupid and dumb. If you have a baby, you should get to keep it."

Gilran smiled at him. "Very rarely do Alphas let their prizes keep their cub. I only know one prize who was allowed to keep his cub. Of course, his Alpha was very kind and gentle to him. His mate could bare her own children, so he let his prize keep their first cub."

Keith's shoulders sagged. His chest became tight as he bit his lip. "I don't want any if they'll just take them, Gilran... Everyone has been taken from me..."

Gilran hesitantly reached to him, then pulled away. "You... Keith you won't be able to stop the urges... Soon, all you'll be able to think about is having a cub of your own. Getting pregnant is all you'll be able to think about."

"What?" Keith shook his head, blinking a few times. "Are you serious?"

Gilran nodded. "Yes. All omegas think about during their heat is conceiving. They'll sometimes do whatever they can to conceive. They'll trick their Alphas, lie, sneak off with another Alpha..."

Keith gulped, then shook his head again. "I don't have an Alpha."

"Not yet." Gilran cautioned as she stood back up. "But close to the end if this heat, madam will chose a few Alphas to satisfy two waves each. During that time is when your desire for cubs is at it's highest. Then, just before your next heat cycle begins, when you start nesting, is when you will be given off as a prize. Then you'll have an Alpha until he gets rid of you."

"Voltron and the Blade will definitely be here before either of those things happen." Keith muttered.

The little Galran looked sympathetically down to the hybrid. "I'm sorry... But we're so deeply hidden that not even Zarkon or Lotor know where we are..."

Keith clenched his jaw, narrowing his eyes. "I fucking hate the Gilran empire..."

At this, Gilran couldn't help but giggle softly as she sat on her bed. "Yes, well... The empire works as it does... And it's too late to change it..."

~

Two more weeks in. After the seventh size change, Gilran had stopped making the shaft bigger. Keith never mentioned it.

Until Gilran left and came back between waves on the twentieth day. She came with another box. Keith raised a brow, watching as she put the machine they had been using back into it's own box and pushed it out side the room.

"What's that? And why take that away?"

Gilran hummed, opening the box. "It could get any bigger. The biggest setting was below average. This one starts at average."

Keith blinked, eyes wide. "Those were below average!? That last one was definitely above average for a human! Way above!"

"Galrans are built differently from humans, Keith. Humans are naturally smaller. Galrans are naturally large." She mused, nudging the box aside. "Your body is adjusting well. Madam is impressed. She thinks you'll be her most successful prize."

Keith huffed, rolling his eyes and looking away. "I'd be a terrible prize. They'd have to deal with me fighting and yelling."

Gilran's eyes shot wide as she froze. "No!" She cried, scrambling over. He jumped, his own eyes wide in alarm. "Don't fight back, please! They'll hurt you!"

"Gilran-"

The small Galran raised her shirt to reveal her abdomen. Keith's eyed widened further, suddenly building up with tears. Scars and burns littered her skin- turned her fur white and rough. Patches were missing. Keith's chest clenched tight as he spotted a brand on her waist.

"They will tear you apart... Please... I'm begging you..." Gilran released her shirt and fell to her knees, tears already soaking her cheeks. "Please... Don't fight back... You'll be ruined... You won't know who you are anymore... You'll have no will... No power... Don't fight... Please..."

Keith had quickly agreed, grabbing onto her. Gilran sobbed for the better part of an hour before settling down. They ate quietly once meals were brought to them.

As soon as Keith shuddered with the beginnings of another wave, Gilran shuffled over to the new box.

She reached in, glancing over at Keith. "I'm going to need you to get on your knees for me."

His brows furrowed, but he did as she asked. "Why..?" Keith asked, panting as she bound his wrist and hooked them the to dangling hook he had only noticed after his sixth day.

"This is much bigger than you're used to and it is built differently." She strapped around his thighs. "This position will make it easier for it to go in."

Keith nodded, rolling his wrists to be more comfortable. He closed his eyes, shuddering as more slick gushed from him. Gilran strapped around his waist. "I'm almost done." She assured. He listened to a few more clicks, hazy eyes barely cracked open as his core throbbed. "There... It may hurt.."

His brows furrowed and he gulped. "Hurt?" He echoed.

She nodded, guiding the new, fake shaft to Keith's core. Keith barely reacted as the tip touched him. His back arched slightly, body tingling pleasantly with the thought of being full.

Gilran let go and stepped away.

Keith jerked and gasped, throwing his head back as the shaft intruded. His hips backed to get away, legs trying to kick out. Keith pulled against the cuffs, broken whimpers and gasps escaping his throat as a head the size of a fist stretched him out.

"T-take it out!" He cried, thrashing. "Get it- get it out!" He shook his head, near sobbing as the shaft pushed itself deeper. "Too big! Too big!"

Gilran curled up in her bed, covering her ears again.

Keith arched and gasped, as it moved in faster, stretching him out more than he was sure he could take. He shuddered heavily, eyes rolling as the shaft vibrated lowly. He slumped, shaking and panting.

As the vibration relaxed his core, the shaft thrust itself completely inside Keith.

He wailed and thrashed, sucking in sharp breaths as tears streamed down his pale cheeks.

Keith grit his teeth, arching as the shaft began to steadily pump itself in and out.

~

"Damn it all, Kolivan! What the hell have you been doing all this time!?" Shiro spat, throwing an Altean tablet at the wall. The others flinched and clenched their jaws as it shattered.

Kolivan raised his chin, holding, out his chest. "I've been searching... However, there are more important missions and jobs that require mine and my operation's services."

Shiro's glare shot up hard and icy on Kolivan. "More important?" He echoed, then sneered, taking a step closer. "More important!? You were responsible for Keith and you lost him! Right now, Keith is your goddamn first priority! He is one of us! He is a paladin! He is one of the few people who can tear apart the fucking Empire and you fucking lost him! You practically handed him over to be their pet!" Shiro sucked in a deep breath before continuing in a low, demanding voice. "Stop your missions, your jobs. Call off your soldiers. Get everyone within your operations searching for Keith."

Silence fell over the room. Kolivan slowly nodded. "Of course..." He murmured, bowing his head. "Right away..."

Allura stood. "Kolivan, missions are still important. Section off a small group of your troops to continue with them. The rest will help search for Keith."

This eased Kolivan's shoulders slightly, then he looked back to Shiro. The black paladin clenched his jaw, then jumped as his hand was enveloped between two smaller ones. He looked down at the green paladin and relaxed with a sigh. "Alright... Half. Half your troops for missions, the other half for Keith."

Kolivan nodded. "Of course. It will be done."

As Kolivan walked out, Pidge gently rubbed up and down Shiro's arm, threading her fingers through his. Shiro slowly sunk into his chair with a sigh.

"We'll find him. We'll get him back." She assured, squeezing his hand.

Lance stood up, gaze downcast. "I'm stepping out... I need to clear my head..."

The other paladins watched him leave, Hunk biting his lip worriedly.

Allura shook her head. "The Blade is looking, Voltron is looking, Matthew and the freedom fighters are looking... How have we not found him?"

Coran placed his hand on her shoulder. "Because they don't want us, to, princess..."

~

Keith couldn't keep track of the days anymore. His head had become too hazy from the heat. The waves were stronger and lasted longer. He started thinking things he's never thought before. His sense of smell was stronger. He could smell the Alpha guards outside the door.

He... Wanted them...

He wanted them to come in and tear him apart. Fuck him until he couldn't breathe.

And Gilran was right. Thoughts of children and being pregnant filled his head and danced around. It made him uncharistically giddy and excited, just itching to get an Alpha inside him and knot, giving him his own baby.

However, there were times when he'd come to his senses. He'd struggle and fight Gilran and the shaft, begging her to stop and get him out. Begging her to tell Voltron or the blade where he was.

Of course, he'd fall out of it and succumb to the pleasure, a deep purr rumbling in his chest that had started maybe his fourth week in heat.

Another development aside from his heat and purr was the deep violet fur down along his spine and his growing tail. His new tail growth was painful and sensitive, but felt good when it was pet. He had no control over it so far and Gilran said it was maybe only half-grown.

Keith blinked, whining softly as he was woken.

He looked up to the druid as she observed him.

She nodded, gesturing to Gilran. "He's almost ready for his first Alpha. Watch him carefully over the next few quintants for any signs of illness or struggle."

Gilran nodded. "Yes, madam..." She murmured, head lowered.

Keith wanted to say no. Wanted to fight against her. However, another wave washed over him before he could speak. The druid left and Gilran returned to her routine.

~

Lance sat outside Keith's room, leaning back against the door. He glanced up as boots echoed off the walls and came closer to him.

Shiro slumped against Keith's door and slid down to sit beside Lance. "Miss him?"

The red paladin smiled and huffed. "Yeah... I really... I wanted to tell him when he came back... He was supposed to visit the next day..."

The black paladin nodded, propping his arms over his knees. "I know... That's what makes me angry, too... He's just... He's like my little brother... I feel responsible for him. I should be watching over him and making sure he stays safe and stops making dumbass desicions."

Lance chuckled softly, closing his eyes. "I just want to hold him... I want to hold him and tell him... Tell him I love him...

"You can tell him when we get him back." Shiro gently nudged Lance with a smile. "I think you two really make a great couple. If you don't argue as much as you did when we first became a team."

Both paladins burst into laughter, Lance nudging Shiro in return.

~

Keith thrashed and growled as Gilran pinned his arms and chest down. He bared his teeth, sneering at the druid.

The druid growled in return, trying to pry open Keith's jaws. "You foolish toy! Open your mouth!" She snapped, forcing his jaw open and shoving the large pill in.

Before he could spit it out, she snapped his jaw shut and pinched his nose. He struggled and jerked, swallowing hard on accident. He sucked in deep breaths once the druid stepped away, brushing her hands off on her cloak.

"There." She huffed, narrowing her eyes. Gilran released Keith and quickly got off the bed. "I sincierly hope for your own good that you will behave yourself with the alpha I have chosen for you. I had chosen him so kindly for you. He's below average, and now you won't be with child when he knots with you. That pill prevents it."

Keith whined, rolling his head.

Gilran bowed her head to the druid. "I will summon Hakus for you, madam."

The druid nodded and hummed. "Very well. Once he is here, stay close to the door. Make sure he does not fight and make sure Hakus does not strike him. If he does, grab the guards. They'll take him away."

The small Galran nodded and shuffled out of the room.

"I will be taking my leave, now." The druid muttered and walked out, fixing her clothing and hair as the door shut.

Keith grasped the sheets, whimpering softly. The room was cold, but his body grew hotter and hotter. He gasped, arching and tilting his head back as the slick poured from him, soaking the sheets and his thighs.

No baby... He whimpered at the thought, eyes welling with tears.

He shuddered, squirming within his nest. The door opened, snatching his attention from his thoughts.

The scent of Alpha filled his nose, relaxing him.

"Paladin of Voltron... And I get the honor to have you to myself."

Keith didn't bother to pay attention to what he was saying. He just melted into a puddle when the scent got stronger as the Galran took off his armor.

"I will certainly use this time to the fullest." Hakus got onto the bed, leering over Keith.

The small hybrid grit his teeth as Hakus grabbed his thighs and lifted his legs and hips.

A deep purr and possessive growl rumbled from deep in Hakus' chest. Keith looked up at him through his lidded eyes. His brows furrowed as he noticed how alike he looked to Commander Sendak. The large, fluffy ears and glowing yellow eyes. However he was much smaller in build.

"You, red paladin... This sight is just for me. You will be my prize." His large hand clasped around Keith's neck as he forced his cock into Keith.

Keith cried and thrashed, eyes wide. He grabbed and clawed at Hakus' hand. Tears spilt from his wide eyes as he was thrust into, fist clamping tighter and tighter around his throat.

His head went fuzzy, lungs throbbing. Keith's heart hammered against his chest as he struggled to breathe.

Hakus growled something into Keith's ear, but he couldn't hear over the ringing. He arched, screams and cries stuck in his throat as Hakus adjusted his hips and slammed into him.

Keith clawed hard at the hand around his throat and the arm it connected to. Hakus didn't seem to care as his own blood dribbled down his arm and over Keith's pale skin.

Once Hakus released Keith's throat, the hybrid sucked in deep breaths, hands flying to his sore neck. He cried as he was flipped over, gagging as Hakus gripped his throat again before forcing his cock deep into Keith again.  Keith arched, pulling at the sheets and Hakus' hands.

Keith tried to breathe and tried to kick Hakus away, both to no avail. He could already feel the Alpha's knot beginning to form and catch on him. Keith jolted as his head was yanked back by his hair, getting him the slightest access to air. He sucked in as much as he could before shouting.

"Stop it! Stop-" He managed to get out before the fist around his throat closed tight.

"Keep the pretty mouth of yours shut or I'll just make things worse for you." Hakus growled, thrusting sharply.

Keith's body reacted with the thrusts, shuddering and spasming with release. Hakus seemed plenty pleased and buried himself deep as his knot formed. He squeezed Keith's neck, then released him.

Keith gasped, eyes blown wide. The rush it air made his head spin, the pain if the knot causing him to cry out.

Gilran finally rushed in, her eyes wide. "Keith! You- what did you do!?" She cried, gaze suddenly fearful as she looked to Hakus.

Hakus smirked, proud of himself. "Taught the paladin a lesson."

Gilran growled and stormed away, quickly returning with the druid and two guards.

"You fool!" The druid screamed, striking the back of her hand across the Alpha's face. "If you had killed him-"

"The paladins deserve worse than death!" Hakus snapped back, gasping as the guards grabbed him.

With some help from the druid, Hakus was pried out, and away from Keith. Keith jerked and cried in agony as the knot was torn from him.

Gilran crawled into the bed with him, pulling the sheets over to cover him. "Oh, Keith..." She whispered, gently stroking his hair as he sobbed and clung to her.

The druid growled. "I should have known... I shouldn't have trusted that foolish cub! Gilran..." The small Galran looked up. "We will let him heal... Bring the smaller shaft back and use the smallest setting for his waves."

Gilran nodded. "Yes, madam."

With that, the druid walked out.

~

"I found him!" Matthew shouted, dashing straight onto the bridge and skidded to a halt. "I found Kei- oh!"

Pidge scampered back from Shiro, her face red. "Matt!"

Shiro cleared his throat and rubbed the back of his neck, looking away.

Matthew glanced between them, blinking a few times. He then shook his head and bounced on his heals. "I'll yell and act like a big brother later! I found Keith! Go get in your lions!"

~

Keith purred softly, tail flicking involuntarily as Gilran stroked his hair, carding her fingers through his raven locks. She hummed to him, smiling softly.

"I'm sorry you had to go through that... I should have come with you shouted, but... A lot of Omegas yell like that with their first Alpha... And pulling out the knot really hurts..."

"It's okay, Gilran..." He nuzzled into her abdomen. "You didn't know..."

Gilran sighed, but smiled at him. "I hope... I hope the rebels got my message..."

Keith paused, then perked up. He looked up at her, blinking twice. "Message?"

She nodded. "I'm getting you out of here."

He stared up at her, then grinned with relieved tears building up in his eyes. "You really..? You did that for me."

"Well, no just for you." She mused and he tilted his head. "I'm getting out if here, too. I cannot go through another ordeal like this."

Keith nuzzled into her, purring loudly as his tail flicked and waved happily. "Thank you... Thank you so, so much..."

Gilran purred with him, her purr slightly broken. "I've really come to care for you, Keith... I don't want you suffering anymore."

He gripped her tighter. "You're amazing, Gilran..."

She hummed, closing her eyes and smiling softly.

They both jumped and gasped, Keith sitting straight up as the building suddenly jolted and shook, alarms blaring throughout the halls and cells. They exchanged a quick look and both smiled widely.

"They got here fast." Gilran mused, then they both hurried out of the bed. Keith whimpered as he moved, then whined as he realized he had to leave his nest. Gilran gently touched his arm, holding a robe in her other hand. "We'll make a new one once we return you to your home..."

Keith slowly nodded, allowing her to help him into the robe and tie it around his waist. He slipped on the underwear she handed him, then followed her out. "Wait, wait... What about my next wave?"

Gilran nodded slowly. "You still have a little over a varga before your next wave begins." She answered softly, guiding him away from his cell. "Come on. I told the rebels I'd have you in the command center as soon as they attacked."

Keith nodded and they both ran. They ran passed rushing sentries and soldiers who paid them no mind. Gilran kept a hold of his hand as they darted into the commanded center.

The Galran hybrid gasped as a blaster came swinging at them. He ducked and pulled Gilran with him.

Quickly, he snatched the gun and pivoted it, swinging it up,to knock the butt into the guard's jaw. Keith slammed the butt into the soldier's nose, then across his head, knocking him out cold. Gilran ran across the room, quickly locking the doors.

Keith sighed, dragging himself to a chair. He slumped back and curled up, hugging his knees to his chest. He closed his, then shuddered and snapped them open as he pictured Hakus. He clenched his jaw, tearing up as he curled his fingers into the fabric of the robe.

Gilran shuffled over and knelt in front of him. "Keith... What's the matter?"

"I... I keep seeing him... I couldn't sleep last night after... Because I kept seeing him a-and feeling him..." His eyes stung and his voice shook, still raspy from the day before. He touched his bruised neck, gulping.

She nodded, gently taking his hands. "He won't hurt you anymore. He can't. You will not be his prize, nor any other Galran's. You will find your mate." She smiled and tucked a lock of hair behind his ear. He smiled softly at her, his tail swaying as it dangled from the chair.

Both perked up as they heard fighting just outside the door. Keith's eyes widened as he heard familiar voices.

One voice in particular stood out.

"Lance..." He trembled, tears finally slipping free.

He shielded his face as the door was broken down, then looked up as foot steps rushed in.

"Keith!? Keith, where are you!?"

"Lance!" Keith gasped and grinned as he spotted the blue paladin. Lance whipped around and Keith scrambled to his feet. "Lance! Lance!" He threw himself at the younger paladin, grasping onto him tightly.

Lance gasped and stumbled before catching his balance. However, he quickly grabbed onto Keith, holding him as if his life had depended on him. "Keith! Keith, you're okay! You're-you're-you're not wearing clothes." Lance pulled away, looking up and down Keith.

The shorter smiled softly. "Well, I'm wearing a robe."

The red paladin chuckled and tightly embraced Keith. "I missed you... I missed you so much..."

Keith nodded, burying his nose into Lance's neck. His tail curled, eyes rolling pleasantly at Lance's scent. He gripped Lance tighter, pressing closer.

Both snapped their heads up as blasting and shouts got closer.

Gilran rushed to the broken door, peeking out. "We must leave now. They're coming closer."

Lance looked down to Keith. "Is she the one who told us where you were?"

Keith nodded, grabbing Lance's hand to lead him back to the door. "Yeah. She's been with me this whole time. Her name is Gilran. Gilran, this is Lance."

Gilran smiled at the paladin. "The red one that was the blue one?" Keith smiled and nodded again, squeezing Lance's hand. Lance gripped back. "He's told me a lot about you."

Lance smiled, chest bubbling with warmth. "We need to go. Red is just outside."

Keith and Gilran nodded, following him out.

~

Lance hummed happily, head held high and hand in his pockets.

Keith was finally back, and he was staying. Staying home on the castle with them. With him. Of course, they have a new castle member. Gilran was cool and pretty sweet.

The red paladin paused on his way to his room. He blinked, then turned to look at Keith's door.

Hesitantly, Lance stepped closer. He gulped, eyes slightly wider as he heard moaning and gasping.

"Keith...?" He spoke up, voice cracking.

"L-Lance... Lance..."

Lance shuddered, mouth drying out as Keith moaned his name from the other side.

The door opened and Lance jolted, snapping his gaze up at Keith. The robe sagged, showing his pale shoulders and part of his chest. Lance gulped again, freezing up as Keith grabbed onto him, tugging his jacket.

"Lance... I need you... I need you..." Keith murmured breathily, tangling his fingers in Lance's hair as his lips brushed over Lance's ear.

The red paladin allowed himself to be pulled in, mesmerized by Keith and the oddly strong smell he gave off. The door shut and locked behind them. Keith held onto Lance tightly, kissing over his neck.

"Keith..? What..?"

Keith shook his head, pulling on Lance's jacket. "I just need you... I need you so badly, Lance... I need you inside me." He bit his lip, pulling back to look into Lance's eyes. "I love you..."

Lance melted into Keith's warmth, curling his fingers into Keith's hair as their lips meshed together. Keith moaned happily, wrapping his arms around Lance's neck.

The shorter of the two pulled Lance back to his bed, slowly laying back on it. Lance followed easily, kissing over Keith's jaw and down his neck. Keith purred, the robe sliding off his skin.

Lance shrugged off his jacket and pulled off his shirt, tossing them to the side. Keith puddled into the sheets he had made into another nest. He touched up Lance's abdomen, biting his lip with his tail curling. Lance leaned back down with a smile.

Their lips met again, throwing the robe aside, tossing Lance's jeans, boxers lost somewhere within the room.

Keith smiled, eyes closed and fingers tangled in Lance's hair as the younger man kissed and sucked on his neck, caressing his hips. Lance touched him so gently, whispered so softly, the last two and a half months were wiped from his mind. He wasn't strapped to anything or cuffed. Nothing was being forced.

Keith took Lance's hand, guiding him down. Their eyes met, then their lips touched. Lance's finger slid slowly into Keith, working gently. Keith sighed, eyes fluttering shut.

Lance carded his fingers through Keith's hair, pulling him up to kiss him. Keith rolled his hips as Lance added a second finger and stretched them out. Keith pressed against Lance, holding him tighter. He wrapped his legs around Lance, tingling excitedly.

Lance worked three fingers inside Keith, rubbing his thumb over Keith's cheek with his other fingers still in Keith's hair.

The Galran hybrid looked up at Lance through his hazy, lidded eyes. "Lance... Please..."

The red paladin nodded, taking his fingers away. Keith whined, tightening his legs around Lance. He hated not having something inside him.

Keith tilted his head back, jaw dropping as Lance pushed himself into Keith at a slow, gentle pace. He shuddered and purred loudly, biting his lip. Lance wasn't near as big as a Galran, but he filled Keith just right. He sighed, lolling his head.

"I'm going to move..." Lance whispered against Keith's lips. Keith nodded, pulling Lance in for a full kiss.

They moved slowly together, Lance cautious, but no so much so that Keith didn't feel good. Lance rolled his hips smoothly, careful not to mess up or move wrong. Keith arched, tail flicking. He pulled his hips against Lance's, grasping onto Lance's shoulders.

Lance felt so good inside of him; so gentle and warm. Lance whispered softly into his ear sweet nothings as he steadily moved faster.

"Ahh..." Keith moaned, kneading his fingers into Lance's biceps to encourage him. "More... Please, more..."

The young paladin nodded, giving Keith just what he wanted.

Keith arched and rolled his hips with Lance's pace, purring louder as he realized how in control he was. He trailed his lips up Lance's cheekbone, closer to his ear. "Oh, Alpha... Please, more..."

This seemed to boost Lance up as he began to thrust harder, gripping Keith's hip and gently tugging on his hair. Keith moaned and gasped louder, rolling his head. Lance pushed Keith's thighs back higher for a deeper angle. Keith's toes curled, his nails dug into Lance's shoulders, and his core tightened around his lover's cock, pulling on him, urging him as deep as he could go.

"Keith... Keith, you feel amazing..." Lance panted, gripping him tighter. "I-I'm close... I'm close..."

Keith nodded quickly. "M-me too... Oh, Lance!" Keith arched and shuddered, clinging tightly to the younger paladin. He gasped, clamping tight around Lance as climax washed over him. His head spun, jaw falling as Lance's warm seed shot into him, filling him up so satisfyingly.

No knot or anything else painful. Keith purred, melting into the sheets in complete bliss and satisfaction. Lance laid himself on top of Keith, sighing softly. Keith nuzzled into Lance's shoulder, tracing his nails up and down Lance's back.

Lance caressed Keith's waist, softly kissing his head. "I love you, Keith."

The older purred, carding his fingers through Lance's hair.

The best part about this...

I can have my baby...

~

Lance practically skipped down the halls, chest puffed up and head raised high. He beamed proudly and giddily.

He peeked into the dining room as he heard voices. Shiro and Allura spoke to Kolivan and Gilran, the Omega Galran incredibly tiny beside Kolivan.

"Hey, guys." Lance sang as he stepped it.

They all greeted him, then the two Galran's froze. The three paladins all noticed the sudden change in attitude.

"Uh-" Lance started, jumping as Gilran cut him off.

"You went in his room!?" She yelped, scurrying over. He blinked rapidly, startled. "You can't- did you!?"

"Did I what-?"

"Did you lay with him!? Please- please tell me you didn't!"

Lance switched his wide-eyed gaze to Shiro and Allura, then back to Gilran.

Kolivan gently pulled Gilran back. "Calm down, small one, and let me explain to him."

The small Galran slowly nodded, then rushed out of the dining room.

Lance looked up to the Blade's leader. "Explain what?"

Kolivan sighed and gestured to the chair at the table. Lance hesitated before shuffling over and sitting. Shiro and Allura sat as well.

"What's going on?" Shiro asked softly.

"Keith... Is in heat..." Kolivan muttered with a losse gesture of his hand. Allura closed her eyes, shoulders dropping.

"At what stage?"

Kolivan slowly sat down as well. "Peak."

Allura dropped her head, then stood up and looked at Lance. "What did he say?"

"What-?"

"How did Keith get you into his room? How did he seduce you?"

Shiro glanced between Allura and Lance as Lance stared wide eyed at her.

"He-he..." Lance stuttered, gulping. "He said... He needed me... And... That he loved me..."

Kolivan clenched his jaw, gently placing his hand on Lance's shoulder. Lance switched his puzzled, worried and hurt gaze to Kolivan. "Paladin, he... He lied."

The Galran flinched at the shock and agony the flashed across the young paladin's face, quickly followed by disbelief and anger. "What-? No. No, he-he wouldn't lie. Keith wouldn't lie about something like that!" Lance defended, shooting to his feet.

Allura swerved around the table, reaching to him. "Lance, he wouldn't normally. However, what he's going through isn't normal Keith."

Lance shook his head. "I-I don't understand..."

Kolivan sighed softly. "He's in heat... A druid must have triggered it since this is his first. At peak heat - about two and a half months in your time measurement - Galran omegas can only think about getting pregnant. They'll do whatever they can because the heat messes with their heads. They don't act as they normally do. All the want, all they can think about, is conceiving. They don't care what they have to do to get pregnant, just so long as it happens...

"Of course, once their heat has ended, their head will be cleared and they'll return to normal." Kolivan continued as Lance slowly sunk back into the chair.

"So..." Shiro finally spoke up, waving his hand slightly. "Keith... Keith had used Lance..?"

Lance winced, clenching his jaw at this. Kolivan hesitated, but nodded. "Yes... He said he loves you... But it was a lie to coax you in."

Kolivan grit his teeth at the tears welling up in the red paladin's eyes. "Was... All of it... A lie?"

The leader of the Blade wanted to lie. He wanted to put the spark right back in Lance's eyes, but he couldn't give the kid false hope. "Most likely... There could have possibly been some truth, but... That's highly unlikely..."

"So... He may not love me at all... He could still hate me... But he doesn't care, so long as he's pregnant."

Slowly, Kolivan nodded again.

So many emotions crossed the conflicted paladin's face, then finally he went blank. He slouched back in the chair, expression and eyes void of emotion. Lance stood, sliding his hands into his pockets. "I'll be in my room..."

The three left watched as Lance took his leave, head hung low.

~

As Gilran had walked into the room, she could hear Keith purring and scuffling around in his nest. She raised a brow as she caught a whiff of the red paladin's scent stronger than it should be. She looked at the nest and sighed.

Keith perked up, tail waving giddily as he spotted her. "Gilran! You'll never guess what happened!"

The small Galran shuffled over. "You seduced that poor paladin."

The hybrid tilted his head and raised a brow. "Poor paladin?" He echoed, then shook his head. "No, Lance. Gilran, Lance was so warm and gentle..." He hugged himself and grin bed, closing his eyes to relive it. For a moment, Gilran was relieved to see genuine feelings for Lance. "So I know he'll let me keep my baby!" Gilran closed her eyes, breathing in deeply as the hope was crushed.

Keith giggled, burying himself back into his nest. "So I grabbed his sheets and pillows so he'll spend the rest of my heat with me just to make absolutely sure I get my baby!"

"You lied to him..."

He paused, then sat back up to look at her. "Yeah? So? I barely had to. He was already so drawn in by my scent."

She shook her head, stepping closer. "He would have resisted you if you didn't lie, though." Keith shrugged. Gilran clenched her jaw. "He actually loves you, Keith." He blinked, eyes widening a fraction. "He truly cares about you and you abused that. You took advantage of him. Do you realize that? Do you know how much it will hurt him to find out that you lied?"

"Don't tell him!" Keith cried, jumping up in alarm. "Please, don't tell him! I'll tell him after my heat, but please- please don't tell him now! He makes me feel good and he can give me my baby!"

Tears stung Gilran's eyes. "It's too late... Kolivan is already explaining to Lance as we speak."

Keith shook his head, grabbing his pants. "No! No- he can't- you can't do that!" He shouted, yanking his pants on and grabbing a shirt.

"What are you doing?"

"Stopping him!" Keith's voice pitched higher in panic as he snatched Lance's jacket and pulled it on as he hurried out of his room.

He didn't get far before running into Lance.

Keith gasped and blinked, grabbing onto the taller before he could fly right back. He looked up and grinned. "Lance!"

Lance stared down at him, then looked away and let go of Keith's arms.

His grin slowly sank to a frown. "Lance..? What's the matter?"

The paladin breathed deeply, taking a step back. "They told me..." Keith's eyes widened and watered up. "I know... So... Don't even try..."

Keith shuddered at the lack of emotion from Lance, his chest clenching. "But... No... No, I- I just- I was-"

"Using me to get pregnant." Lance finished and Keith's breath caught in his throat as his stomach fell. "Keep the jacket... You look better in it than I do." He side-stepped around Keith, hands in the pockets of his jeans.

Keith pivoted, his tears streaking down his cheeks. "Lance, wait!" He cried after him, but the younger man didn't stop. He turned right into his own room and let the door shut behind him. Keith trembled and sobbed, hugging himself as Gilran slowly approached him. "I-I hurt him... I hurt Lance... I did that to him, Gilran..."

She just gently grabbed him and lead him back to his own room.

Keith kicked his pants off with a shout. He threw Lance's jackets and tore off his shirt. His eyes suddenly widened and he scrambled for the jacket.

Gilran watched him carefully pull the jacket back on and bury his nose in the fabric. Keith crawled back into his nest, burying himself under the sheets to find the pillow that smelled the most like Lance.

Keith grasped the pillow tightly, sobbing softly. He trembled within the sheets, finally to his senses. "Wha-what am I doing? I don't... I don't want a baby... I just want Lance... I missed him... I missed him so much... Th-then I go and-and do that..? Why, Gilran?"

She sat on the edge of the bed, breathing deeply. "Because... Heat makes an omega desperate... Desperate for an Alpha and desperate to have a cub... Maybe, after your heat finally ends... You can tell him how you truly feel... I know you care for him..."

"He makes me happy..." Keith whimpered, gripping the pillow tighter. "And it took me leaving him for the Blade to realize it. We make a great team and... And I destroyed that, Gilran!"

Gilran found a way under the covers and wrapped her arms around him. She shushed him and stroked his hair. "It's okay... We'll work it out."

~

Lance groaned softly at the knocks on his door. He tossed his pajama shirt to the bed and shuffled over to his door and the knocks continued and got faster.

"I hear ya!" He shouted, unlocking the door. He paused as Keith stumbled in a his scent already began to fill Lance's room. "Keith!?"

The Galran hybrid whipped his head up to look at Lance and gasped. He quickly grabbed onto him, panting and quivering. "Please... Please, Lance... I-I'm sorry... I'm sorry..."

He hesitated, but started pushing Keith away. "Go back to your room."

Keith shook his head, gripping Lance's arms. "No! I need you! I don't want the fake stuff! It hurts! Please, please, Lance!" Keith sobbed, slumping onto Lance. "Please... It has-has to be you..."

Lance clenched his jaw. "No. This is your heat talking."

"It is not!" Keith shouted, gasping as Lance lifted him up and carried him back to his room. "Lance, please! I hate the knot! I can't do it! It hurts! I don't want to go back or Haxus will hurt me again! Don't let him! Please, don't let him!"

Lance paused, furrowing his brows. "Who..?"

Keith froze up, eyes wide.

The paladin set Keith down and gently grabbed his face. "Were... Were you raped, Keith?"

Keith's lip trembled. He tried turning his head away, but his gaze was stuck on Lance's blue eyes and his head was held still. Lance tilted Keith's head, eyes widening at the bruising on Keith's neck.

"How... How had I not seen this...?" Tears stung Lance's eyes as well as he looked back at Keith. "You were raped, Keith..."

"It's not a big deal..."

"Yes it is!" Lance shouted, then sighed after Keith flinched back. "Keith... You were hurt... You said so yourself. It's a big deal..."

Keith sobbed softly as Lance drew him to his chest. Lance rubbed up and down Keith's back and swayed with him. "Alright..."

"What?" Keith sniffled and rubbed his nose.

"I'll help you." Lance pulled back and looked down at him. Keith furrowed his brows and tilted his head. "On one condition." Keith was even more confused. "You can't say that you love me unless you absolutely mean it. If you say that you love me and I find out that you don't really mean it, I'm leaving and you'll have to deal without me."

Keith perked up, realizing what he meant. "You... You'll actually stay with me?" Lance nodded and Keith bounced on his heals, gasping as his wave crashed over him.

He gripped Lance's biceps, shuddering heavily as slick gushed from his hole. His core throbbed and clenched, causing his entire body to shake. Keith looked up at Lance with big, watery eyes.

The paladin slowly nodded and dipped down slightly to press a deep, but soft kiss to Keith's lips.

They stumbled back to the bed, Lance falling on top of Keith.

Clothes tossed quickly, bodies moving together smoothly. Keith clung to Lance tightly, breath catching as Lance pushed into him. He purred, tugging Lance's hair.

Again, Lance only treated him gently. Held him close and touched him softly. Keith missed the whispers of sweet nothings, but he supposed he deserved having that taken. He was sure he didn't even deserve Lance at all after he lied and used him.

It was nice to be treated gently. He didn't feel abused or overwhelmed. He felt right.

"Oh, Lance..." He moaned, tilting his head back and arching his back. "Lance... Lance..."

Keith's toes curled with his tail as Lance picked up his pace. He panted and gasped softly, tightening his core as he felt himself get closer.

"L-Lance!" He cried, tears in his eyes as he shuddered with release.

The red paladin quickly pulled away, gritting his teeth as he climaxed onto the sheets.

Keith gasped, eyes widening. "Lance!" The younger sat up, Keith scrambling to do the same. "Why-why did you- Why would-" He stopped himself as Lance closed his eyes and tilted his head away. Keith's shoulders sagged. "Oh... I'm sorry... I know, I know..." He crawled into Lance's lap, tucking his head under Lance's chin. "You don't want a baby, do you?"

"I do." Lance murmured, wrapping his arms around Keith. "I just can't have a baby with someone who doesn't love me. I want a family. Besides, when your heat ends, you'll come to your senses and you might realize that you really don't want a baby and you really don't want me..." Keith could feel Lance's heart pound. He could almost hear his heart breaking. He traced little circles into Lance's chest. "So this is... This is just for now... And I know... I know you want a baby right now, but we can't... So, in case I didn't get you pregnant last time... I'm not... I can't do it..."

Tears stung Keith's eyes, so he closed them tight. He nuzzled into Lance's chest, lip trembling.

"Right... I'm sorry... I should have known..."

Lance shook his head and rocked with Keith, kissing his head. "I love you... I'm so in love with you. I have been for a long time..."

"I'm sorry..." Keith trembled and nuzzled into Lance. "I'm sorry... I'm terrible... I'm a terrible person. I don't deserve you... You're amazing and kind and-and you make me happy. I missed you so much, then I just- I use you! I-I didn't want to!" A loud sob wracked Keith's body as Lance stopped swaying. "I'm sorry... I'm a terrible person..."

"You aren't if you can say that out laud." Lance whispered, kissing Keith's head. "If you can admit that, then you're not a terrible person."

Keith nodded, swirling his finger on Lance's chest. "I don't deserve you... You're such an amazing person."

Lance smiled softly, slowly swaying again. "I dunno about that..."

~

Keith curled up tightly, purring lowly. His tail flicked happily, his back pressed against Lance's chest. Keith's head was tilted into the pillow as Lance's face was tucked into the crook of his neck.

The smaller man toyed with Lance's fingers, the red paladin's arms loose around his waist. Keith traced his nails gently up and down Lance's forearm. He hummed, closing his eyes.

Lance's scent pleasantly filled Keith's nose as he breathed deeply.

Like soil and distant rain. Must be from the mission he was on just over two hours before.

Keith couldn't help but purr louder as he thought about his lover. He thought about their time together and how quickly they progressed as a team. Of course, that was until Keith separated himself.

His tail fell against the sheets as a frown settled on his lips. Keith stared at the wall across the room with a sigh. He bit his lip, then hummed as Lance started to shift around.

Lance breathed deeply, squeezing Keith's waist and raising his head, nose burying into Keith's hair. "Hey..." Keith smiled again, purr rumbling in his chest as Lance's tired, husky greeting. "How long did I sleep?"

"Less than an hour." He answered softly, purrs getting louder as Lance rubbed his thumb in circles into Keith's abdomen. His toes curled, tail flicking. "You're warm..."

The red paladin hummed, kissing Keith's neck. "You're pretty warm, too. Are you hungry?"

Keith nodded, taking Lance's hand in both of his. "Yeah. I could go for a snack."

Lance smiled and chuckled softly, letting Keith toy with his fingers for a minute before standing up.

The older man watched Lance grab his clothes and get dressed. He purred, hugging the pillow. Sure, Lance had an amazing body. However, Keith's gaze was glued to the younger's serene expression, a soft smile curling his lips. His hair swayed in just the slightest as he turned back, blue eyes gentle. "I'll be right back."

Keith's tail waved. "Alright. I'll see you when you get back."

Lance smiled at him, then walked out of the room.

Purring only got louder and louder as Keith buried himself in his nest. He giggled and tousled around in the sheets.

"What has gotten you in such a good mood?"

Keith paused, then popped his head out. "Gilran!" He grinned, rolling onto his back as he curled around the pillow. "Lance... Ahh, he makes me so happy."

Gilran smiled, sitting on the edge of the bed. "How does he make you so happy?"

The hybrid sighed, closing his eyes. "He's so warm and gentle... He has such a pretty smile I could just stare at all day. Lance is so thoughtful and kind and... I love when he holds me close. He makes me feel safe and just... Just seeing him makes me happy, Gilran."

A soft purr rose from Gilran's chest. "Do you love him?"

"Yes..." Keith murmured with the slightest of smiles, his eyes still closed as he thought of his lover. "I love him... I love him so much..."

"Then tell him." Gilran whispered, running her fingers through his raven locks.

Keith then sighed and saddened. "But... I'm still on heat... What if I say it again and he thinks I'm lying again? He'll leave me. I don't want him to leave. I want him to keep holding me..."

Gilran hummed and nodded, laying beside him. "I understand."

The hybrid stared down at the sheets, fiddling with them. "So... When does your next heat start?"

Sadly, Gilran turned away. "I... Don't have heats anymore... The druid had ended them so I could train omegas as prizes... Like you. No more heats."

"Doesn't... Doesn't that mean..?"

"No more cubs of my own." Gilran closed her eyes and breathed deeply. "I couldn't have another chance, even if I begged for it."

Keith shuffled, then nuzzled into her. "I'm so sorry... That has to be so hard..."

"I've learned to accept it. There are other things I have now that I haven't had before." She twirled a lock of raven hair around her finger. "I have a free life, now. I have you to take care of."

The hybrid purred weakly, clutching the sheets. "You're amazing, Gilran."

She smiled. "I try my best."

Keith moaned and purred, melting into the sheets as Lance's seed spilled inside of him. His eyes fluttered shut, biting his lip as his thighs tightened around Lance's waist.

Lace groaned, collapsing on top of Keith. "Quiznak... Sorry..."

The hybrid purred louder for Lance, carding his finger through his lover's hair. "It's okay. I woke you up after a long, hard mission. I should apologize."

Lance sighed, wrapping his arms around Keith's waist. "Is it okay to stay here?"

"Of course." Keith smiled, massaging his fingertips into Lance's scalp, tightening his core only slightly around Lance's flaccid member. Lance gripped Keith, breath catching. "Lance... Can I make you feel good?"

The red paladin propped himself up above Keith, furrowing his brows. "What do you mean?"

Keith pulled Lance down into a kiss, rolling them over. Lance's hands slid to Keith's hips as Keith sat up. "You make me feel good when you don't have to. You could leave whenever you want, and you don't. Let me return the favor while I can. You don't have to do any work if you don't want to."

Lance licked his lips, looking up at Keith. "You don't have to..."

"Are you sure?" Keith bit his lip and rolled his hips. "I'm making you hard already... I think I do have to help you."

The red paladin shuddered and gulped. "Keith..."

Keith rocked his hips onto Lance's, starting off slowly. He experimented, moaning at Lance's expression. "Ahh, Lance..." He sighed, straightening up and grabbing onto Lance's thighs for a better bounce.

Lance clenched his jaw, gripping Keith's hips. "F-fuck... Keith... Keith you-nn, you feel so good!"

"G-good..." Keith panted, purposefully tightening his core around Lance's length. Lance's jaw fell as his head dropped back.

"K-Keith!" He gasped, bucking his hips up.

Keith jolted and shook heavily, throwing his head back with a cry of pleasure as the intense sensation shot through his body. "There! Ah- again, there!"

Lance's fingertips dug into Keith's hips, thrusting up into him. Keith arched and trembled at the pure bliss tingling under his skin. Lance grinned at Keith's reaction and continued to thrust into him.

The hybrid gasped and grabbed onto Lance's arms. Lance watched Keith's expressions, making sure he wasn't hurting him.

Keith's body quivered, jaw ajar as he gasped and moaned and cried, core clenching tight around Lance. Lance quickly flipped them back over. Keith arched, gripping Lance tightly. "Lance! M-more! More, please!"

Lance complied, thrusting hard into Keith.

Moans and cries, unintelliable sounds burst from Keith's throat. His nails dug into Lance's biceps, then into his lover's back.

Slowly, Lance's hand trailed up Keith's waist. His fingers feathered over Keith's chest, then across Keith's neck.

Keith felt a flash of terror, gasping and his heart leaping fearfully.

Lance's hand cupped Keith's nape, pulling him up into a kiss. Keith sighed and moaned, holding Lance tighter.

The hybrid tilted his head back, panting and moaning. Lance sucked and kissed on his neck, squeezing his thigh. Keith trembled, tears in his eyes from the pleasure. "Nn- mm- L-Lance! Lance, I-I'm- I'm- close! Ahh!"

Lance snapped his hips into Keith's, eliciting sweet cries and screams of pleasure. With a few more quick, hard thrusts, Keith's body tightened and tremored with release. Lance quickly pulled away, cumming on the sheets before he could inside of Keith.

Keith purred, eyes rolling as they closed. Lance smiled and chuckled as Keith puddled into the sheets. "Still felt that good? Even though it wasn't a wave?" Keith only nodded, panting softly. "Good... I was worried you wouldn't like it when you weren't going through a wave."

"You'll always make me feel good..." Keith whispered, running his fingers through his lover's hair.

Lance smiled softly. "I love you... So much..."

Keith purred louder as Lance nuzzled into his neck, wrapping his arms around his waist. Keith played Lance's hair happily, his tail flicking.

Both began to steadily drift off, eyes fluttering shut. Keith breathed deeply, tilting his head onto Lance's. "Love you... Too..."

Keith whined, tossing about within his nest. He whimpered, curling up, then shouted and kicked out, rolling onto his other side.

Gilran hurried in. "Keith!? What's the matter!?"

"I said it! I said it, and he's gone! He thought I was lying!" Keith sobbed, burying his head under the pillows.

The Galran blinked a few times, then sighed. "Lance is out on a mission, Keith."

Keith paused, then lifted his head. "Really?"

Gilran giggled softly, sitting on the edge of his bed. "Yes, Keith. He's just out on a mission with Shiro and Hunk." Keith purred and dropped back onto the bed in relief. "So... You really said it? You told him?"

"Yes..." Keith grabbed a pillow and hugged it. "I was so tired. I wasn't thinking... I'm scared... I'm scared he'll think it was another lie..."

"I don't think he does." Gilran carded her fingers through Keith's hair. He peeked up at her. "I'm thinking that you saying that you lived him is the reason he had this extra little bounce in his step. His eyes were a little brighter and he couldn't seem to stop smiling."

Keith purred loudly, cheeks dusted a soft pink as his tail swayed. "Really? He was really that happy?"

Gilran nodded. "Yup. He was really that happy."

The hybrid giggled, burying himself back beneath the sheets, tousling around giddily. Gilran watched amusedly.

Lance laughed softly, arms around Keith's waist. The moment he had stepped into the bedroom, Keith jumped on him, showering his with kisses and cute little nose rubs all over his face and neck. Keith purred so loudly, grasping Lance tight. His tail flicked and swayed.

"Keith, Keith!" He returned a few kisses as best as he could with Keith's quick pace. "What is this?"

Keith pulled back with a big grin, violet eyes sparkling. "I just love you. I love you so much. And I missed you." He then pouted. "You were gone for so long! I had to go two waves without you!"

"I'm sorry, Keith." He pecked Keith's lips, carrying him back to the bed. He was careful as he sat down. Lance was a little afraid of messing up Keith's nest. "I didn't mean to be gone so long."

The hybrid rested his head on Lance's shoulder. "That's okay. I was just worried."

"Mm... Gilran told me..." Lance murmured, kissing Keith's cheek. Keith tilted his head. "She told me how you freaked out about when you said that you loved me.'

Keith gasped, sitting straight up with wide eyes. "Lance, I-"

"I know." He smiled softly, caressing Keith's waist. "You meant it..."

The older man blinked, staring at Lance. Lance hummed, pulling Keith down for a soft kiss. Keith fell into the kiss, eyes fluttering shut as he relaxed onto his lover.

Lance laid back, Keith pulling up the sheets to cover mostly himself. Keith purred, laying on top of Lance's chest. His tail swayed, arms wrapped around Lance's neck. "I love you. So, so much."

"I love you, too, Keith." Lance murmured as Keith nuzzled into him.

Keith sat still in the middle of his nest, eyes narrowed. He stared down at his abdomen, confused. After Lance came back, he had one more wave, then nothing. He was starting to feel awkward in his own room being completely naked. He didn't feel hot or needy anymore.

Had it really been two weeks? Was his heat actually over?

He looked up as Lance peeked in.

Lance grinned. "Hey, beautiful. How're you feeling?"

"... Weird." Keith muttered, looking back down. "I should have had two waves by now..."

The red paladin trotted closer, letting the door close behind him. "Gilran said that it's most likely over, then."

Keith fell back, a little disappointed. "Right... Okay... That's good, isn't it?"

Lance sat on the edge of Keith's bed. "I guess it's just how you see it..."

"Yeah... So it's good. I get back to fighting and helping... I'm not cooped up in a room anymore..."

"Right." Lance lay down beside Keith. "You can get out all that pent up energy."

Keith nodded, turning into Lance's chest. "Yeah... I can finally fight again..."

The paladins and Alteans had enjoyed a peaceful breakfast until Gilran came running in, full panic mode.

"Keith is pregnant!" She cried, panting heavily.

All of them blinked, then slowly turned to look at Lance.

Lance's hands shot up. "It wasn't me! Pull out game strong!"

"Are you absolutely, completely sure there wasn't even once you had stayed inside of Keith?" Gilran interrogated, trudging closer.

The stares got harder as Lance shrank back into his chair. "Y-yeah... No, wait... The first time..."

Gilran nodded. "That was then when the pill the druid had given him was still in effect. He would not have gotten pregnant then. Any after that?"

Lance gulped, glancing to the others. "No... No, I was careful. I made sure to pull out before. Every time."

Pidge scooted closer. "Are you sure? Are you really sure? There wasn't even a time when you were so tired, you hadn't thought about it?"

"Yes, yes, I'm sure!" Lance yelped, slapping his hands down on the table. "There wasn't a single other time I had-"

Everyone stared at Lance, waiting for the pause to end. Lance slowly slid down his chair, eyes wide as he stared at the table.

Gilran clenched her jaw and rubbed her temples. "Oh, no... I was so worried about that. And now that Keith is no longer in heat, he may not want that child, Lance."

Lance gulped and nodded. "Yeah... I know..."

Pidge whistled after Gilran left. "Pull out game weak."

~

Lance knocked on Keith's door, smiling softly as he peeks in. "Hey. How are you feeling? Gilran said you weren't doing too good this morning."

Keith hummed, fixing his bed. Lance kind of liked the next and thought it was weird that the nest of sheets and pillows were gone. "I'm better. I don't feel like I'm getting kicked in the gut anymore."

The red paladin chuckled softly, stepping in and letting the door shut behind him. "So... What about..?"

"The baby?" Keith continued, looking up at Lance. He shrugged, looking back to his bed. "I'm keeping them."

Lance blinked, wide eyed. "But... I thought..?"

Keith shook his head. "You thought wrong... They'll be mine... My family... A piece of me I never thought I'd ever have... Lance, I've always just wanted a family, and so far, this baby is the closest thing I've got, even if you want nothing to do with them."

Lance's eyes shot wider, his breath catching as his heart leapt painfully.

"So, I'm keeping them... I'm keeping my baby. I don't care what I have to go through and what I have to sacrifice." Keith turned back to Lance, tears building up in his eyes. "I'll raise them and teach them. I'll protect them. Lance..." His voice started to shake. "Lance, I... Th-they already have my whole heart... I already just... Love them. I already have names in my head and ways I'll teach them. I want this baby... My own family..."

The younger man felt so overwhelmed. He wasn't quite sure with what feeling, but it left him making his way over to Keith and grabbing him, roughly and longingly kissing him. Keith grabbed onto Lance, standing on his toes. Lance pulled Keith flush against himself, one hand tangled in raven locks and the other pressed firmly to the small of Keith's back.

A low purr rumbled in Keith's chest as the kiss softened, his hands sliding up Lance's chest and over his shoulders. They soon pulled apart, panting softly.

Keith reached up, stroking his thumb over Lance's cheekbone. "I love you..."

"I love you, too." Lance murmured, leaning back in and gently resting his forehead against Keith's.
