The snack pack entered the friendly town of Snowdin Town.
"Finally we reach a town!" Said Poppy.
"This looks peaceful." Said Satin.
"Agreed." Added Chenille.
They pass through the Christmas tree in the middle of the town and there were presents underneath it.
"They must have a holiday!" Said Poppy.
"Let's ask that kid over there." Suggested Guy Diamond.
They went to a monster kid. It was wearing a yellow striped shirt and had no arms.
"Excuse me kid." Said Poppy, "Why do you put presents under the tree?"
"It's a tradition." Responded the kid, "We put presents under the tree and once a year, we open them and see what we get!"
"That cool!" Said Smidge.
They continued through the town and passed through buildings called "Grillby's" and the Library. They even talked with other monsters.
"You know," Said Branch, "This place might not be so bad."
"If only we could live here." Said Biggie.
They reach the end of the town. As they exit the town, they encountered Papyrus. He was standing in front of them.
"TROLLS." Said Papyrus, "ALLOW ME TO TELL YOU ABOUT SOME COMPLEX FELLINGS. FEELINGS LIKE... THE JOY OF FINDING ANOTHER PUZZLE LOVER. THE ADMIRATION OF ANOTHER'S PUZZLE-SOLVING SKILLS. THE DESIRE TO HAVE COOL, SMART PEOPLE THINK YOU ARE COOL. THESE FEELINGS... THEY MUST BE WHAT YOU ARE ALL FEELING RIGHT NOW!"
"Uhh?" Said Branch, "I don't remember having those feelings."
"I CAN HARDLY IMAGINE WHAT IT MUST BE LIKE TO FEEL THAT WAY." Continued Papyrus, "AFTER ALL, I AM VERY GREAT. I DON'T EVER WONDER WHAT HAVING LOTS OF FRIENDS IS LIKE. I PITY YOU ALL... LONELY TROLLS... WORRY NOT! YOU SHALL ALL BE LONELY NO LONGER! I, THE GREAT PAPYRUS, WILL BE YOUR..." Papyrus was silent for a long moment.
"Is there something wrong Papyrus?" Asked Poppy.
"...NO... NO, THIS IS ALL WRONG! I CAN'T BE YOUR FRIEND! YOU ARE ALL TROLLS! I MUST CAPTURE YOU ALL! THEN, I CAN FULFILL MY LIFELONG DREAM! POWERFUL! POPULAR! PRESTIGIOUS! THAT'S PAPYRUS! THE NEWEST MEMBER OF THE ROYAL GUARD!" Papyrus blocks the way.
Satin and Chenille tried to flirt with him.
"What are you two doing?" Asked Branch.
"WHAT? FL-FLIRTING? SO YOU FINALLY REVEAL YOUR ULTIMATE FEELINGS! W-WELL I'M A SKELETON WITH VERY HIGH STANDARDS."
"I can make spaghetti." Said Satin.
"OH NO! YOU'RE MEETING ALL MY STANDARDS!! I GUESS THIS MEANS I HAVE TO GO ON A DATE WITH YOU...? LET'S DATE LATER. AFTER I CAPTURE YOU ALL! LET'S SEE HOW YOU ALL CAN HANDLE MY FABLE BLUE ATTACK!"
The souls appeared from the snack pack and they all turned blue. They couldn't move, but only jump.
"YOU'RE ALL BLUE NOW!" Said Papyrus, "THAT'S MY ATTACK! NYEH HEH HEH HEH HEH!"

"Papyrus! You don't have to fight us!" Said Poppy as the snack pack jump from Papryus' attacks.
Papyrus dabs marinara sauce and MTT-Brand Anime Powder behind his ear, but then realizes that he doesn't have ears.
"HMMM... I WONDER WHAT I SHOULD WAER... WHAT!? IM NOT THINKING ABOUT THAT DATE THING! YEAH! DON'T MAKE ME USE MY SPECIAL ATTACK!"
"Don't do this!" Yelled Biggie as they continued to jump from the attacks.
"PAPYRUS HEAD OF THE ROYAL GUARD!" Papyrus starts to dream of his future, "PAPYRUS, UNPARALLELED SPAGETTORE! UNDYNE WILL BE REALLY PROUD OF ME!! THE KING WILL TRIM A HEDGE IN THE SHAPE OF MY SMILE!! MY BROTHER... WELL, HE WON'T CHANGE VERY MUCH. I'LL HAVE LOT'S OF ADMIRERS BUT... WILL ANYONE LIKE ME AS SINCERELY AS YOU?" He tries very hard to play it cool. "AND DATING MIGHT BE KIND OF HARD... URGH... WHO CARS! GIVE UP! GIVE UP OR FACE MY... SPECIAL ATTACK!!!" He prepares a bone attack.
"Papryus, don't do this please!" Said Satin.
"BEHOLD! MY SPECIAL ATTACK!" He tries to use a a bone as a special attack, but a dog ends up munching it. "WHAT THE HECK! THAT'S MY SPECIAL ATTACK!"
The snack pack start to laugh a little bit.
"HEY! YOU STUPID DOG! DO YOU HEAR ME!? STOP MUNCHING ON THAT BONE!!!" The dogs runs away with Papyrus' bone attack in its mouth. "HEY!! WHAT ARE YOU DOING!? COME BACK HERE WITH MY SPECIAL ATTACK!!... I'LL JUST USE A REALLY COOL REGULAR ATTACK. *Sigh* HERE'S AN ABSOLUTELY NORMAL ATTACK."
The snack pack continues to jump from the attack until Papyrus starts to get tired.
"WELL! *Huff* IT'S CLEAR... YOU ALL CAN'T! *Huff* DEFEAT ME! YEAH I CAN SEE YOU ALL SHAKING IN YOUR BONES! THEREFORE I, THE GREAT PAPYRUS, ELECT TO GRANT YOU PITY! I WILL SPARE YOU ALL, TROLLS! NOW'S YOUR CHANCE TO ACCEPT MY MERCY." Papyrus is sparing the snack pack. They spare him back.
Papyrus starts to tear up in sadness. "NYOO HOO HOO... I CAN'T EVEN STOP SOMEONE AS WEAK AS YOU ALL... UNDYNE'S GOING TO BE DISAPPOINTED IN ME. I'LL NEVER JOIN THE ROYAL GUARD... AND... MY FRIEND QUANTITY WILL REAMIN STANGANT!" He continues to cry.
The snack pack felt bad. Poppy decides to say something.
"Let's be friends." She said.
"REALLY? YOU ALL WANT TO BE FRIENDS WITH ME?" He starts to cheer up. "WELL THEN... I GUESS... I GUESS I CAN MAKE AN ALLOWANCE FOR YOU ALL. WOWIE! WE HAVEN'T HAD OUR FIRST DATE AND I'VE ALREADY MANAGED TO HIT THE FIREND ZONE! WHO KNEW THAT ALL I NEEDED TO DO TO MAKE PALS WAS TO GIVE PEOPLE AWFUL PUZZLES AND THEN FIGHT THEM?"
"Uhhh?, said Branch, "I don't think that's how you make friends."
"YOU ALL TAUGHT ME A LOT, TROLLS. I HEREBY GRANT YOU PERMISSION TO PASS THROUGH! AND I'LL GIVE YOU DIRECTIONS TO THE SURFACE."
"Really?!" Said Smidge, "That's great!"
"How do we get home?" Asked Guy Diamond.
Papyrus gives them the directions. "CONTINUE FORWARD UNTIL YOU ALL REACH THE END OF THE CAVERN. THEN, WHEN YOU REACH THE CAPITAL, CROSS THE BARRIER. THAT'S THE MAGICAL SEAL TRAPPING US ALL UNDERGROUND. ANYTHING CAN ENTER THROUGH IT, BUT NOTHING CAN EXIT. EXCEPT SOMEONE WITH A POWERFUL SOUL. LIKE YOU ALL! THAT'S WHY THE KING WANTS TO AQUIRE HUMANS AND TROLLS. HE WANTS TO OPEN THE BARRIER WITH SOUL POWER. THEN US MONSTERS CAN RETURN TO THE SURFACE!"
"Wow!" Said Biggie with surprise, "I didn't know we had powerful souls!"
"This is amazing!" Said Guy Diamond.
"Oh my god!" Added Smidge.
"OH, I ALMOST FORGOT TO TELL YOU ALL SOMETHING." Said Papyrus, "TO REACH THE EXIT, YOU WILL ALL HAVE TO PASS THROUGH THE KING'S CASTLE. THE KING OF ALL MONSTERS... HE IS..." He pauses for a moment. "... WELL... HE'S A BIG FLUFFY PUSHOVER!! EVERYBODY LOVES THAT GUY. I AM CERTAIN IF YOU JUST SAY: 'EXCUSE ME, MR. DREEMURR. CAN WE PLEASE GO HOME?' HE'LL GUIDE YOU ALL RIGHT OT THE BARRIER HIMSELF! ANYWAY, THAT'S ENOUGH TALKING. I'LL BE AT HOME BEING A COOL FIREND! FEEL FREE TO COME BY AND HAVE THAT DATE! NYEH HEH HEH HEH HEH HEH HEH!" Papyrus leaves to his house.
"Well guys," said Poppy, "We know the path to home! But first, let's hang out with Papyrus more!"
They all agreed and went to go find Papyrus.
