Alright, kingdom dance time. This is actually probably my favorite scene from the movie, just because it's so... jubilant, I guess? Not really the right word, but it's so fun and carefree and I just love it. Anyways, I have attached a clip including the very short scene from the movie above, you can watch that before reading the chapter just to get a feel for what's going on in the chapter.

Prince had convinced me to dance in the kingdom dance scene, and although I wouldn't normally, it's Disney, and this was an experience I wanted to be a part of. So I let him convince me. 

It wasn't hard for Prince to convince Thomas or Morality. Thomas is a naturally theatrical guy, and that includes dancing. Besides, he loves Disney. As for Morality, he's just... Morality. He naturally wanted in on the fun. 

Logic was a bit harder. 

"I don't dance," He insisted. "C'mon, you guys do it. I'm perfectly content just watching."

"C'mon, Logic," Prince said. "Part of the fun with these things is that everyone does it just for the fun of it. It doesn't matter if you're good at dancing or not."

"I just don't see the logical point." Logic said. 

"There is no logical point," Morality said. "You gotta do it just for fun!"

"Dancing is something that relies on emotions. I think I'll pass." Logic said. 

"C'mon, Logic, if I'm doing it, you gotta do it, too." I said.

"You're a Disney fan. Don't tell me you don't secretly want to do this." Logic said.

"Oh shut up." I said.

"That means I'm right." Logic said.

"You always are," Morality said.

"Oh, stop flirting," I said.

We never had time to convince Logic before the kingdom dance scene started. Rapunzel pulled the first group of people into the circle and started dancing, and more and more people got into it. They danced to the festive music, and once there was a good amount of people, Prince, Morality, Thomas, and I joined. 

Laughs could be heard in the music. Everyone was smiling and the atmosphere was one of simple happiness. People were simply enjoying themselves, letting go of their worries. 

It was so not me.

And yet...

It was nice.

The dancing didn't last long. It ended with Rapunzel and Flynn together, and people clapped. 

I turned to Prince, Morality, and Thomas.

"That was fun!" Morality squealed.

"Yes, Morality, it was fun!" Thomas agreed.

"Aren't you glad you joined us? You had fun, didn't you?" Prince asked me.

"Eh, it was alright," I shrugged, trying not to make a big deal out of it.

"C'mon, you liked it." Prince smiled.

I answered him with a slight shrug, and that was it.

Thomas, Morality, Prince, and I joined Logic once again.

"Can we leave now?" Logic asked.

"Oh, come on, Logic, the boat scene is next! The song 'I See The Light' is next and it's a really good song!" Prince said. "Just a little longer?"

"We've been here for too long, don't you think? We were only in the world of Sleeping Beauty for a few hours. You got cursed, you fell asleep, you slept for an hour, we defeated Maleficent, we left. But with Tangled, we followed Flynn to the tower, you guys were off on your own for a few hours, we reunited, we separated again, and that all happened yesterday. We've been here way longer than we were in the world of Sleeping Beauty, and I don't think we should be here for much longer." Logic said.

"Well, why not? Just because you might not like cartoons doesn't mean the rest of us can't enjoy this." Prince said. 

"Prince, think about it. Use your brains... If you have any." Logic rolled his eyes.

I laughed at that. "Nice one."

Prince glared at me.

I sighed. "Carry on, Logic."

"Think about it. I'm Thomas's logical thinking. We're in a world of fiction, where things don't necessarily make logical sense. It's not that I just don't like it." Logic paused. "I can't be here for much longer, I need to go back to the real world."

"I don't get it." Morality said, concerned. "Are you feeling okay?"

"Not really." Logic said. "I was fine in Thomas's cartoon as well as Sleeping Beauty because we weren't there for long. But we've been in the world of Tangled for too long."

"Let's get home." Thomas said. "Prince, I'm sorry, I know you wanted to stay. But Logic's more important than a Disney movie."

"I understand." Prince said. "I'm sorry, Logic, I didn't know you weren't feeling well."

Logic winced. "Ah, I have a headache." He leaned against the wall for support.

"Wow, you weren't kidding about getting weaker." I said. 

"It'll be alright, Logan, we'll go home." Morality said.

Thomas nodded, and snapped his fingers. We all appeared back at Thomas's apartment.

"Oh, thank god." Logic said. 

"Do you want some soup?" Morality asked. "It's what I gave Roman when he wasn't feeling well."

"Yes, and it upset my stomach!" Prince complained, still a bit salty about that.

"Sorry, kiddo." Morality apologized.

"I think I'll pass on soup." Logic said. 

"Do you want something else, then? I want to help in any way I can." Morality said.

"Thank you, Patton, I appreciate that." Logic said. 

"Well, I have to work on my video. It's Thursday, and I'm planning on posting tomorrow." Thomas said.

Prince turned to me. "That just leaves us."

"Yup," I said.

"You know, I understand why we left and I'm glad Logic's starting to feel better, but I am a little bummed we had to leave so soon." Prince said.

"You wanna watch the rest of the movie together? It's not the same as living it, but it's the best we can do." I said.

Prince smiled. "Sure."

Prince and I walked over to the tv. I turned the tv on and put in the movie, and I skipped to the kingdom dance scene. 

"We just did this," Prince smiled at me.

"Really? I never would've guessed." I replied teasingly.

"Oh, shut it." Prince sighed.

The kingdom dance scene was soon over, and then Prince and I watched the "I See The Light" scene together, and sang along, of course. Prince sang for Rapunzel's part, and I sang for Flynn's, and Prince held my hand in his while we watched.

I kissed Prince softly, and he smiled at me. 

"Thanks for living Tangled with me, Anxiety." Prince said.

"It was fun." I said. "Thank you for suggesting it."

I rested my head on Prince's shoulder, and we watched the rest of the movie like that.

Also, I didn't do the lyric by lyric thing for "I See The Light" as I sometimes do for other songs, although it is mentioned in this chapter that Anxiety and Prince sing this song. However, if you're curious, I will attach the song below and you can listen to it. Imagine Prince singing for Rapunzel and Anxiety singing for Flynn. It really is a beautiful song.
