Luhan was standing infront of Joohyun's house, playing with his phone. Monday is already there, Luhan picks Joohyun up as always. When the maid opens the door, Luhan immediately walks to Joohyun's bedroom. He knocks but no answer. He shrugs and opens the door. His eyes widen in instant.

"Yah, what are you doing on your PJs?" Luhan asks immediately. Joohyun still on her PJs. She plans to skips the school since the embarrassment was still there.

"I will skip the school" Joohyun talks as she blinks her eyes.

"What?--- Why?" Luhan asks as he walks closer.

"I'm lazy" Joohyun lies. She grins awkwardly to Luhan. Luhan stands there and watches Joohyun's gesture. Suddenly something hits his heart.

"Are you scared?" Luhan asks softly. His stare soften as well. Joohyun bites her lips as she feels his concern.

"No, I just----" Joohyun pauses as she thinks about another lie.

"You are scared" Luhan states. He looks Joohyun in the eyes. Again, this time he feels sorry. Joohyun just stares back and remains silent. Luhan was right, she is scared but she won't hurt her pride by admitting it.

"Joohyun, let's go to school, I will protect you" Luhan talks with his soft voice. Joohyun closes her eyes and shakes her head, refusing Luhan's words.

"Arraseo" Luhan pouts cutely eventhough Joohyun can't see it.

"I will call your mother then" Luhan smirks. Joohyun opens her eyes and stares at Luhan in horror. Luhan takes his phone from his pocket and wriggles his brows to Joohyun.

"Andwae" Joohyun snitches Luhan's phone and puts it behind her back.

"Take a bath, I will wait you outside, hurry" Luhan talks, he doesn't care about his phone.

"You have 30 minutes to get ready, I'm not taking no for answer" Luhan smiles cutely, he tries to irritate Joohyun. Joohyun just sighs hard. Luhan will drag her to school whatever happen.

"Okay, now get out" Joohyun pouts to Luhan. Luhan chuckles and ruffles Joohyun's hair. Joohyun froze on her place. She never expects Luhan's sweet gesture.

"30 minutes, start from now" Luhan grins and walks out the door. Joohyun smiles widely when Luhan disappears behind the door. Luhan makes her life full of color, but still, she feels worry about the school. She can feel the nervousness since she is the loser now.

They already inside Luhan's car, they are heading to school. Luhan keeps glancing on Joohyun. He can feel her nervousness. Luhan already makes his mind to protect her. Suddenly Luhan's phone rings, it was in Joohyun's bag. Joohyun wakes up from her thought and gives it to Luhan.

"Hello" Luhan talks without looking into the caller's ID.

"How are you my son?" His mother talks excitedly across the line.

"I'm fine eomma, by the way, I'm driving right now" Luhan says. He hopes his mother will end the call.

"Ah, really?" Mrs. Lu pauses and chuckles.

"I want you to know something" Mrs. Lu talks. Luhan sighs hard.

"Okay, tell me now" Luhan glances at Joohyun. She is staring outside the window,

"The wedding will be held after your graduation" Mrs. Lu spoils everything. She is too excited. Luhan just puts on his poker face.

"Oh, anything else?" He asks.

"We will be back to Korea on wednesday, pick us up, you with Joohyun, we have a family dinner with the Bae" Mrs. Lu commands. Luhan just hums and ends the call.

"Joohyun" Luhan calls Joohyun and gives his phone to her.

"Keep it for me, I'm driving" He talks and sighs secretly. He wants to tell Joohyun but she has too much on her head right now. So, he keeps it alone.

After Luhan parks his car, he immediately gets out but Joohyun just froze. She stares at outside but she has no guts to get out. Luhan turns his face to his car and found Joohyun there. Worries all over her face. He walks to her side and opens the door. He kneels down so their eyes in the same level.

"Don't worry, I will protect you" Luhan smiles softly. Joohyun sighs really hard.

"Listen, if you skips the school, you will become a loser forever, come with me, I will protect you, I will help you to get the 'winner' title back" Luhan raises his eyebrow and smiles.

Joohyun stares at him and adores him inside her heart. Luhan looks so manly when he talks like that. She is ready to melt but she holds on into her pride.

"Come on, I will make sure everything will be alright" Luhan reaches out his hand to Joohyun. Joohyun bulges her eyes. Her heart flutters but she just stands up and ignores his hand.

"Promise to protect me?" Joohyun asks. Luhan smiles and nods.

"Don't worry" He ruffles Joohyun's hair softly, he makes sure her hair still on its place.

Luhan and Joohyun walk inside the school. All eyes on Joohyun and they starts murmuring. Joohyun feels uncomfortable and it makes her want to cry.

"Bae Joohyun" Joohyun closes her eyes when she sees Sunyeo infront of her.

"You are so brave" Sunyeo strokes Joohyun's hair. Sunyeo moves her sight to Luhan and back to Joohyun. Sunyeo feels jealous when she saw them together.

"Luhan, what are you doing with this loser?" Sunyeo asks with her high pitch tone. Luhan have an urge to laugh because he remember about Joohyun personification.

"Loser? She is not a loser infront of my eyes" Luhan talks as he turns his face to Joohyun. Joohyun turns her face in surprise. Luhan smiles to Joohyun and nods slightly.

"Hahahaha" Sunyeo laughs really hard.

"She is a loser in my eyes and in everyone else's eyes" Sunyeo chuckles and looks around where the crowds stand.

"Who thinks she is a loser?" Sunyeo smirks to Joohyun and raises her hand. Everybody joins Sunyeo. So many people raise their hand. It makes Joohyun feel ashame. Joohyun looks down to the floor, she feels like the real loser now.

"Omo, look at them Luhan, they agree with me" Sunyeo laughs. Luhan just smiles softly to Sunyeo and the crowds.

"Did you think she is the real loser" Luhan asks to everybody.

"Of course" Sunyeo talks first.

"Ne, oppa" "Yes oppa" "That's right" Those answers can be heard. Joohyun's eyes fill with the tears. She is ready to cry.

"Ah, I get it now" Luhan pauses in the middle of his words and smirks.

"For me, you are all the real loser, and I don't want to be a friend with losers-----" Luhan pauses. All students froze especially for the girls.

"-----so for everybody who raised their hand, don't ever talk to me or try to be nice, I don't want to be your friend" Luhan talks with his cold tone and cold eyes.

So many girls gasp, including Joohyun. Luhan makes her feel special and precious once again. Luhan abandons his friends and his fans to give Joohyun's pride back. That touch Joohyun's heart. Without realization, Joohyun's tears fall hardly. She found her pride and her 'winner' title again.

"But----" Sunyeo chokes her own saliva. She feels surprise.

"And for you, you are loser of the losers" Luhan smirks to Sunyeo. Sunyeo bulges her eyes. She didn't expect it to happen.

Luhan turns his face to Joohyun and found her looking down. He taps Joohyun's shoulder but Joohyun didn't lift her face. She can't lift her face with tears on her face.

"Joohyun" He calls her softly but Joohyun ignores him. He sighs and lifts her chin up. Luhan is speechless when she found her eyes full of tears.

"Wae?" He is mouthing to Joohyun. Joohyun just cries in silent. Now everybody saw her tears.

"I'm a loser" Joohyun is mouthing back to Luhan. Luhan shakes his head slightly to Joohyun but she cries harder.

This is the first time in her life, feels like a loser, like a trash. Joohyun can't stop her tears. Her sight is blurry due to her tears. Without warning, Luhan pulls her into his warm hug. Joohyun gasps in surprise while everybody else gasps in jealous.

"Listen, you are the winner, don't cry" Luhan whispers softly as he strokes Joohyun's straight hair. Joohyun cries hard on his chest because his warm words. Luhan really protect her. Luhan knocks them down in one punch.

"Let's go to class, hm?" Luhan talks softly and pats Joohyun's back. He doesn't want everybody watch her cry. He knows it will hurt her pride again.

Before leaving, he shoots death glares to everybody and a special glare to Sunyeo. Everybody frowns cutely to Luhan, try to win his heart. They want to be his friend and even more.

"I will wait you in class, you need to say sorry to Joohyun" Luhan smiles evilly and walks with Joohyun to the class. In the background, girls start crying or whining. Luhan throws them away just for Joohyun because Luhan thinks he will be alright without them but not without Joohyun.
