P.O.V. Frostwing

I stared at the male in front of me a little shocked at what I was seeing. I guess there's more to him then I thought. It seems like what he said about not wanting to hurt Eliza was true after all.

I sighed seeing this and began to walk towards him. When I did he noticed me and became a little nervous holding the female a little closer him. I guess he still doesn't trust me yet. Not that I can blame him, until just now I didn't trust him either.

P.O.V. Third

"So King, it's nice to see you again," Frostwing said trying to relieve some of the tension.

"Oh?" Squigly said as she turned around, when she did she saw a male looking at them. Feeling a little embarrassed she stopped hugging King and looked at the male her cheeks a slight shade of purple.

"So Frostwing what do you want?" King asked looking at the male still not trusting him to the point of wanting him around Squigly. 'Is this how he felt when I talked to him around Eliza? If so then I can see why he wanted to attack me,' King thought to himself looking at the male.

"Well I originally came here to talk to you but seeing as how your busy I'll leave you two alone. After all we can just talk later," Frostwing said looking at the male. Frostwing was about to walk away but he then thought of something that may help him get over his slight crush with Eliza.

"Hey King, and . . ." Frostwing began looking at the two in front of him.

"Squigly," the female said looking at Frostwing.

"Squigly," Frostwing said looking at them. "Well how would you two like to go on a double date?" Frostwing asked looking at the two. As soon as Frostwing suggested this both of the figures in front of him turned a little red and looked at him.

"A double date?" King asked looking at the male. When he asked this Frostwing nodded and King turned his attention to the female beside him. When he did the female blushed slightly and looked away a little embarrassed.

"I-I'll think about it," Squigly said a little flustered as she thought about what could happen.

"Fair enough," Frostwing said as he began to walk away. When he did unknown to the two in front of him Frostwing was starting to become a little nervous. 'Okay, so she may not say yes but at least I finally have a reason to ask,' Frostwing thought to himself as he continued to the walk away.

"Let's walk King," Squigly said turning to the male. When she said this King nodded and the two began to walk down the streets. As they were walking Squigly linked arms with King and continued down the streets.

The two ended up walking to a small park. It was late at night so there weren't a lot of people around to stare at them. "Squigly if you don't mind, can I ask you a question?" King asked looking at her.

"Of course," Squigly said looking at him with a smile.

"What happened to your lips?" King asked staring at the female. Hearing this Squigly tensed up slightly. Seeing this King became nervous and looked at the female. "N-nevermind," King said looking at the female slightly embarrassed.

"N-no it's fine, just wasn't expecting it was all," Squigly said as she looked at the male. "I think it happened just after I was killed. I can't say for certain why he did it, but I think he did it mainly to insult my family," Squigly said as she looked at King.

Not wanting to stir up any more bad memories King looked down at the female and bite his lip seeing the strings across her mouth. "Do they hurt?" King asked looking at her. Squigly nodded when asked this and looked away.

Normally thy didn't bother her but when she went to do things such as speak and eat it did hurt a bit. Then again it was only a slight pain and it was something that she could easily withstand. However it did become quite annoying at times.

"Mind if I try something?" King asked looking at the female. When he said this Squigly looked at him a little nervous but nodded. She knew he was going to try and get them off her mouth but she also knew that if he saw he was hurting her he'd most likely stop.

King then reached up and cupped both sides of her face, placing his thumbs near her mouth. A few moments passed before she heard something that sounded like cracks spreading across ice. She then heard a few snaps and felt her mouth move a little more freely.

"I don't want to try and take them out yet, but that should make talking a little easier for you," King said as he looked at the female. When he said this the female reached up to her lips to feel that he had broken the strings that kept her mouth closed.

She couldn't believe it, she had tried so many different ways of trying to get them out. She even had Leviathan use some of his flames trying to get them off. Nothing worked for her, yet he had broken them with seemingly little effort.

Squigly then moved forward and brought him into another hug. He had did this for her despite what she looked like and what she was. He continued to help her, Squigly smiled seeing this and looked at King, finally deciding on what what Frostwing had said earlier.
