Planning

Over the next week my mother got another letter from the Yiga Clan. Now they wanted her, I was mad. If they had just used me I'm sure my brother would be back by now. But since Link was being a stubborn ass he isn't. So now every afternoon Link, Zelda and I would spent hours in the library along with a few other knights figuring out a plan. The clan wanted my mother to come alone. I didn't want that but everyone was against me. It upset me no one listened to me but since everyone else is "experienced" then I pretty much have no say in anything. I only give suggestions and Link goes along with it so I don't look dumb.

I was sitting on the table observing them make points and checks on places they thought were safe to be around and places that were dangerous and should be avoided.

"What do you think babe?" Link asked. Everyone looked up at me waiting for me to answer.

"I don't know, you didn't listen before so why would you now?" The knights chuckled.

"I'm serious, take a look." He scooted the map of the desert over to me. "What do you think?" I observed the map, looking at all the marks they made. One thing seemed odd though.

"That." I pointed to the map. There was an area they left completely empty and unguarded.

"What about it?" Link asked.

"There's no guards in that whole section."

"Babe no one goes that far into the desert, or comes from that part of the desert."

"Yeah no normal people would. But it's the Yiga Clan." I looked up at Link. He was still observing the map.

"It wouldn't hurt to put a few extra knights there." He looked up at Zelda.

"Yeah." She said. "Good job (Y/n)." She smiled. "Alright finish up for today, I have to go check on Milo. I'm sure you're all capable without me." Zelda said.

"Yeah." A knight said.

"Have a good night, all of you." She said before walking out the library.

Link continued to talk to the knights as they made adjustments to the map. I felt like I was in a group friends that have known each other for years and I was put in because my only friend was a part of it. I just sat on the table minding my business, and every now and then Link would check on me or ask me something.

As the hours went by I began getting tired. I'm sure everyone else was tired because the room was much quieter and full of yawns. I leaned on Links shoulder as he talked to everyone. He ran his fingers through my hair and stopped talking.

"I think we can call it a day." Link said. "We'll be back same time tomorrow." He said rolling up the map. The knights mumbled and agreed. We were all tired. "Get your rest guys. You're dismissed." The knights chatted to each other as they left the room. I hopped off the table and helped Link tidy up. We finished and put everything in his office. Links office gave me anxiety, it was so messy. Papers were stacked and scattered all over the floor. There was dust everywhere along with actual mud. Link was in charge of looking over knight applications which he clearly wasn't doing.

"When are you gonna clean this up?" I set the papers on his desk.

"When you become my secretary." I rolled my eyes.

"You wouldn't need one if you kept yourself organized." I walked towards the door.

"That's true, but seriously I need help reading over these papers so tomorrow I took the day off from planning, so we're gonna spend the whole day in here reading, and reading, sorting and sorting."

"You are not me." I started opening the door.

"Oh what? Babe seriously," he followed me out the door and locked it behind him, "I really need help." I squinted my eyes at him as we walked down the stairs.

"Fine.." I groaned. "If you just did your job you wouldn't have to worry about it." I said as we walked across the library.

"I know, but I'm so busy looking after you and planning the mission," he opened the door for me, "I lose track of time and end up never looking over the papers." He smiled as I walked through the door.

"I don't need to be looked after, I just need a bit of attention and plenty of food and I'll be happy." I smiled.

"I know that, but what fun would it be to just feed you?" He grabbed my hand and kissed the back of it.

"I think I'm fun to feed." I said. He chuckled. We reached the room door and he opened it for me.

"It's fun to do anything with you." Moo jumped off the bed and ran over to us to greet us. I pat her and walked over to my drawer to change. Link picked up Moo and placed her on our bed. I changed into a loose shirt but kept my pants off. I slid under the sheets and pat Moo while Link changed into boxers, but also kept his shirt off. Moo turned to face him and licked his face. He spat and turned away, I giggled as he wiped his face.

"What's so funny?" He turned to face me.

"Nothing." I smiled. He narrowed his eyes and grabbed my face and licked my entire cheek. "Oh gross!" I wiped his saliva off my cheek while he laughed and lied down on his back. I frowned at him and he just laughed.

"You're cute when your mad." He faced me.

"That was nasty."

"I'll do it again!" He grabbed my face and tried to lick me again. I pushed him away and laughed. Moo tried to get involved thinking we were playing.

"Stop! I wanna sleep." I mumbled.

"Fine." He grabbed me and pulled me towards him. He wrapped his legs and arms around me and buried his face in my neck.

"Link let go." My voice was muffled by his bare chest.

"No." He hugged me tighter. I licked his chest in hopes he'd let go of me but he just laughed. "I'm not letting go."

"Then let me get comfortable." He loosened his grip and I shifted around until I was comfortable. He then went back to wrapping himself around me.

"Goodnight my love." He whispered. He was already falling asleep. I smiled.

"Goodnight."
