The next day another murder was reported, it was another man in the town and murdered in the same way. Link didn't want me leaving the castle for any reason and I warned him to be careful as well. Today him and I decided to walk around the garden and take in some views.

"Look at those flowers." Link pointed at some yellow flowers that were sprouting. I looked at the group and noticed one stray flower a bit further from the others.

"That ones lonely." I said heartbroken. "It looks so sad."

"Honey its a flower, it isn't sad." Link chuckles.

"Yes it is." I walk over to the lonely flower and cry a bit. "You are prettier than all the other flowers." I kneel down. "Please know that." I hold my arm out for Link to help me up and as I stand up I feel a warm stream of pee swish into my pants. This triggers me to cry even harder. I've peed my pants pretty much every day the past month, these two little gremlins are constantly pushing against my bladder which makes me want to pee at the most inconvenient of times.

"(Y/n) what is it? Are you ok?" Link asks startled as he feels me for wounds.

"I peed!" I sob. He sighs and relaxes himself in relief.

"You scared me! And you don't need to cry over that." He pushes my hair behind my ear.

"B- the- f- ower... I...s lo- ly.. a- nd th- n I... peeeeed!!" I sob.

"Honey the flower isn't lonely and you don't need to cry over pissing yourself, you're carrying two kids. Zelda peed herself so much with just one." He chuckled.

"It's not funny you asshole!" I sniffle, frowning at him. "Plus I have a checkup in a few minutes and I'm gonna smell like pee!!"

"There's no rush, the doctor knows your condition. You can wash off and change." I continue frowning and begin walking inside to our took to bathe.

4 weeks later

Throughout these weeks 2 more men have been murdered and we're no where close to figuring out who's doing it. The babies are healthy and strong. Active as hell too, I feel like they're fighting in there most of the time. I feel they might be the same way when they grow up.

Today I went against Links will and went out to the town with Zelda to question another widow. It hurts every time I walk into these houses. To have this person you love so dearly and want to be with forever, and have them taken away in an instant. It sickens me.

The guards knock and the widow answers. Ally is her name, and unlike most of the other widows she's young. And so was her husband. The murderer is evolving and getting bolder.

"Hello princess." She bows. "Thank you for coming."

"Of course my dear." She allows us in and we sit down. I sit next to her as Zelda asks her some usual questions. Any enemies? Acting strange before his death? Any weird things he kept to himself? No to all but the enemies. Like most they all had tussles at different bars prior to their death. Guards have checked all the bars but no one can identify who caused the arguments. The widow as usual breaks down into tears and I hug her gently. I always cry as well, seeing another person sad makes me sadder than usual. Curse these hormones.

"Is this your first kid?" I nod and sniffle.

"Twins."

"Horace and I were trying to have another kid." She says. "I sent my daughter to her grandmas," she cries. "I don't know how to tell her... she's only three!" I hug her again. Zelda looks uneasy, I know she's imagining her trying to break similar news to Milo.

"I'm so sorry." I tell her. "I can't imagine what you're feeling. But we will find who did this." I smile and she nods. Zelda gets up and as I get up I feel it again. I peed myself. Utter embarrassment washes over me as the stream falls onto her wood floor. They all stare at me. "I'm so sorry." My face feels red. "Let me clean that."

"Don't worry about it, it happens to all of us." Ally chuckles as a guard comes over to wipe my small pee puddle. I leave the house with Zelda completely flustered.

"Hey, it's ok." Zelda reassures. "It happens, no need to be embarrassed." I nod and calm myself.

I stare off into the sky as we walk back to the castle trying to forget my embarrassing moment.

"(Y/n)!!" I hear Link. "I told you not to leave the castle!! Who disobeyed me?!" He glares at the guards.

"I did." Zelda spoke up. "You can't keep her locked up in there, she needs to get around Link."

"There's a murderer out there!" Link exclaims.

"Who strikes at night and only targets men. She's safe with us." Zelda says. "And sorry if I'm crossing a line but as her best friend and yours she can't be cooped up in that castle for the next 3 months." Link sighs. "I'd never put her in danger Link."

"I know." He says.

"(Y/n) and I have some clues to discuss." Zelda says and holds my hand. "Lets go my dear." She laughs as we walk to the library to discuss the clues with some other guards.

We talk about the type. It's always married men, with kids when the wife and kids aren't home. And days before they get in a tussle at a bar. "We should set the killer up." A guard suggests. "We know what he likes, and we'll be bound to meet the killer if the decoy goes to different bars and talks about his wife enough." Link joined into the conversation.

"That's true."

"I'll do it." Link says.

"No you won't." I tell him. "I'm not letting you be serial killer bait." I huff, "you can't put my under that kind of stress." I'm guessing the babies felt my anger cause they started kicking as well.

"She's right Link. I'm not gonna put you into any dangerous situations for a while." I gently rub my stomach and breath in deeply.

"Then I'll do it." One of the knights spoke. We look over and see Landon. He's skilled and smart. A great fit for bait.

"You sure?" Zelda asks.

"Certainly. We're gonna catch this S.O.B. before he kills anyone else." I nod.

"Alright, we should start planning this tomorrow." Zelda says. "You're all dismissed, except you (Y/n)! I've got a surprise for you in the ballroom." I stare at her.

Link, Zelda and I walk down to the bathroom, they both have my eyes covered as the door opens. They uncover them and I'm met with so many familiar faces.

"Surprise!!!" They shout. Everyone from Hateno, some Gerudo friends. Prince Sidon and my father are here. Along with some some of Links friends and Zeldas friends There was a banner up on the wall that read "It's both!" With pink and blue decorations. A surprise baby shower?

"Wha- did you two plan this??" I ask them.

"Mostly Link." I start crying softly and hug him.

"Congratulations you two on this wonderful gift!" Sidons voice booms throughout the room.

"Thank you my dear friend." Link says before reviving a hug from the large fish man.

Pruce and Amira walked over to me with big smiles. "Congratulations darling! I can't imagine how excited you are." They smile.

"It's a dream come true for us." I wipe my tears.

"I'm sure. Enjoy those toddler days while they last!" I laugh.

David my dress tailor came up to me and kissed my cheek. "You've got the mother's glow (Y/n)! It suites you." He rubs my stomach. "Damn you're stunning darling." I laugh and the babies start kicking. He looks up at me with wide eyes. "They're strong! Definitely got yours and Links genes." I giggle.

"They never stop."

"Oh I wanna feel!!!" Sidon said and carefully placed his giant hands on my stomach.

"Do you feel it?" I ask. He nods with a big grin.

"Amazing!" He laughs. "Link! Congrats my dearest friend. Creating a life with your forever mate is quite the accomplishment." We laugh.

More people come to feel the babies before going to eat some of the food. I catch up with friends and talk about old times.

"I really can't imagine a more perfect couple to be together." Bolson walks up to us. "The moment I saw Link bring you home I knew you two would be something amazing. And now look at you, glowing with a brighter joy than day one and soon to be parents. To have what you two have." I blush.

"It's been a journey but I wouldn't want it any other way." Link smiles and rubs my side.

"May I feel?" He asks.

"Of course." I guide his hand to where they're kicking. He giggles excitedly.

"Ohhhh honeyyyy!!!" He tears up. "I'm so happy for you two."

"Thank you." He hugs me and then Link.

"Please let me know when these angles are born!"

"Of course! We'd love to have you visit." I smile.

"What names do you have for them?"

"For our son Link chose Edmund, and our daughter I chose Kendra."

"Ohhh I love those names. Amazing choices you two." He chuckles. "Ah I can't wait to meet them."

The time to open gifts arrives. I receive so many cute booties and outfits for them. All of them I love. Seeing the small shoes and happy faces tears me up.

"Thanks you guys. This means the world to me." I tear up and so do a few other people. Bolson is straight up crying and I laugh a bit. Link kisses my forehead as I open another gift. It's matching fish rattles from Sidon. I thank him and he smiles.

"Of course!! I hope they like them, they're very popular with our children." I laugh.

Not long after the party comes to and end and we thank everyone for coming and for the gifts. Once everyone was gone my dad came up to me.

"I'm sorry I didn't say this during but I'm very proud of you and how far you've come. And I can't wait to see my grandkids." I smile.

"Thank you, I can't wait to meet them either.
