Iestyn's P.O.V. 

Running through the streets of downtown Toronto, I heard the sounds of a siren and saw a huge crowd of engineers making their way out of a power plant complex. And by making their way, I mean in a panic like fashion. 

Iestyn: That must be where Laserbeak is.

I ran towards the complex, making my way as I ran through the crowd of workers. They kept telling to go back, that I was going the wrong way. Well then they don't have a giant Transformer to fight the other Transformer that was terrorizing the place. 

After making a few turns here and there, I found Laserbeak. He was soaring around the area, looking for something. As I watched him, I also spotted a boy also running towards Laserbeak. He looked to be a high school freshman. Had black hair, brown eyes, dark skin, wore a green sweater, jeans, and black sneakers. He also wore blue glasses. 

Iestyn: Wait a minute... Adittya!

I ran towards the boy but I was fast enough to catch up to him. Once I did reach him, he was already in a hot conversation with Laserbeak. 

Laserbeak: I'll just fight you then. I need take things a lot more seriously when it comes to Megatron.

Iestyn: I got your back Additya.

Additya: Iestyn! Where have you been? You made me and my dad worried sick about you!

Iestyn: Sorry for the scare. I promise I won't be doing something like that anytime soon. 

Laserbeak: Are you two just going to stand there or can I keep blowing stuff up?!

Right then, Soundwave's hologram appeared on my shoulder. He looked up at me and nodded.

Soundwave: I'm ready when you are Iestyn. 

Iestyn: Right, let's knock him out off the sky Additya!

Additya: Yeah!

Iestyn & Additya: Transformers Attack!

We both fired our Transformers partners cards into the battlefield. My card was a black and dark purple U.S. spy drone plane. Additya's card was a red and black buggie car.

Additya: Mudflap! Transform!

Iestyn: Soundwave! Transform!

The two cards glowed as Soundwave and Mudflap emerged in their vehicle modes and once out in the open, they both transformed into their robot modes.

Mudflap: Are you ready for this Soundwave?

Soundwave: Affirmative. We will never let Megatron find the Infinity Core. I no longer serve the likes of him.

Laserbeak: So my own former master was the one who disobeyed Megatron. You sure picked the wrong side. Hyper beam!

Laserbeak fired a series of laser blasts straight out of his optics and fired them upon Mudflap and Soundwave. There was an explosion as smoke filled the area, causing me the cough up a storm. Once the smoke was clear, Additya was already hard at work making his first move.

Additya: Here we go Mudflap. Ability card activate, Energon Tornado! 

Additya tossed the card at Mudflap and a pool of energon appeared at his feet. Mudflap raised his arms in the air, and the energon splashed up around him and spun around and around like a tornado. Then it went spiraling forward and struck Laserbeak. He got caught in it and ended up spinning around and around uncontrollably. Laserbeal managed to spring himself free from the tornado but now he was dizzy like you've never believed.

Soundwave: Now it's our turn.

Iestyn: Ability card activate, Blast and Clash!

The ability card glowed as Soundwave summoned his snake like tenticales from his back and shot them in the air, catching Laserbeak in their grasp. Laserbeak tried to fly away and free himself but it wasn't doing him any good. With him stuck in his place, Soundwave used his free servos to bring out his laser gun and open fired on the Minicon.

The blast hit him like a wreaking ball as he was released from the cables and was hurtling up into the air and out of our atmosphere. 

Iestyn: Looks like you can't win them all. Thanks for your help Additya. You're a lot more stronger than I last saw you.

Additya: No problem! My ranking has gone up quite a bit since you coached me. 

Laserbeak: WHY YOU!?

We both looked in the sky to see Laserbeak coming straight for us at high speeds, his red optics raging hot. 

Iestyn: He doesn't look too happy.

Laserbeak: Stasis Beam!

Laserbeak fired a new laser out of his optics, striking Soundwave right in the chest as a strange glow covered his body. Then a white material began to form at his feet and it slowly grew and grew.

Iestyn: Soundwave!

Soundwave: I can't move my legs! He's turning me into a statue! 

Laserbeak: And you're next on my list Mudflap, so don't even think about running away.

Additya: How am I suppose to protect Mudflap from that?!

???: By doing this. Energon Mirage! 

Out of nowhere, an ability card came flying towards Mudflap. The ability card allowed Mudflap to sink through the ground just before Laserbeaks attack could strike. 

Additya: Hey, who did that?

Me and Additya looked behind us to see a teenage boy standing on a near by stair case. I smiled when I saw the boy, knowing exactly who he was. 

Iestyn: Ben! 

Ben: It looks like I got here just in the nick of time. 

Iestyn: But how did you find us?

Ben grinned as he walked down the stairs and proceeded over towards the two of us. 

Ben: I haven't bothered on helping you battle until I won against you myself. But with the Earth in danger, I figured I could spare my own concerns for a while. 

Additya: Wait a second! You said your name was Ben, right? As in Ben Vandemark? The World's top Insecticon Titan?

Ben: That'd be me. And gathered from my knowledge, you're an Autobot Titan. Just like Madalyn and Selina of the Transformers Titans. I'll show you a thing or two on how to win a perfect battle. It's all in the wrist!

Ben fired in his own game card into the battlefield, joining in on the fight against Laserbeak.

Ben: Game card open, Insecticon Hive! 

 The game card activated, transforming the floor around us into the pattern of a Cybertronian hive. A strange vibrating noise could be heard from the holes as Laserbeak was being pulled down by something. Or perhaps, someone. Ransack emerged from one of the holes, and was using a telepathic force from his mind to pull Laserbeak down from the sky, dragging him down into one of the holes. 

Additya and Ben ran forward, jumping into the hole and sliding down the tunnel after the two Transformers. 

Additya: Are you sure this is safe?

Ben: Don't worry, this isn't an actual hive. It's just an illusion created by the game card. 

Meanwhile I stayed behind with Soundwave, which that statue ability Laserbeak placed on his was still in affect. I watched as the, magic of sorts, continued to spread up the robots body as Mudflap decided to go down and follow the two boys. 

Soundwave: Iestyn, is it logical for the young boy to go on his own?

Iestyn: Trust me, he'll be okay. Besides, Ben is with him. More importantly, we need to figure out a way to set yourself free. But what?

Before I could think of anything else, the floor below me flashed before my eyes and everyone reappeared before me. Ransack and Mudflap each glowed into their card forms and returned to their human partners in defeat. 

Ben: Urg! She used a counter ability!

Ransack: I'm sorry Master Ben. Please accept our deepest apologies. 

Mudflap: No, don't say that. You all tried your best. But at least Soundwave is-- What the?!

Iestyn: What's wrong?

I looked to see that most of Soundwave's body was frozen solid. Now the only part of his body that could actually move was his head. 

Laserbeak: Nothing else you can do with just a head. I could just finish this the old fashioned way, but where's the fun in that? Double CNA!

Out of nowhere, numerous clones of Laserbeak just materialized in the air, circling around the four us. 

Iestyn: It's hopeless.... I was wrong! I should have called my friends for help when I had the chance! It's all my fault and now Soundwave is going to pay for it. 

Ben: Iestyn get a hold of yourself! We can still do this! 

Laserbeak: Aw, is the baby going to start crying now?

Additya: Iestyn listen to me! It doesn't matter how many opponents you face. All you have to do is believe in yourself. 

Iestyn: Believe?

Laserbeak: Enough chit-chat! It's time to end this. 

Every single one of the Laserbeak clones, including the real one, each fired lasers from their optics and fired them towards me and Soundwave. I knew I had to act now. I pulled out my tablet and brought out one my ability cards I had been saving. 

Iestyn: Ability card activate! Decepticon Tyrant! 

Laserbeak wasn't the only one who could shot lasers out of his optics. Numerous lasers shot out of Soundwave's visor but Laserbeak and his clones dodged them all as they moved out of the way of their path. 

Or so they thought. 

The lasers exploded and split into two, no three, four lasers at once and all of them came raining down towards Laserbeak and his clones again. Each of them nailed a direct hit on the flying metal birds. The laser standing made a direct impact on the real Laserbeak, a huge cloud of smoke covering the area as Soundwave's entire body was turned to stone. 

Additya: Unbelievable! 

Ben: That's quite a technique. 

Laserbeak's body came crashing down to the ground, forming a crater where the impact was made. When the smoke cleared, Laserbeak was in pretty bad shape. Eletrical static sparked all over him ashe tried to flap his wings, only to hover for a split second before crashing to the ground again. It also caused his ability on Soundwave to break, setting the Decepticon free from his stone prison. 

Soundwave: Soundwave Superior, Laserbeak Inferiror. 

Laserbeak: So... I guess this is it, isn't it?

Iestyn: Soundwave wait! Don't kill him!

Soundwave: What?!

Ben: Iestyn, Chaos Bringer wouldn't have hesitated just for a second. 

Iestyn: Laserbeak was just doing what Megatron told him to do, Ben. Just ease up okay? Now listen to me Laserbeak. Promise me that you will strey from Megatron's path and that you won't take the Infinity Core. 

Laserbeak: You must be joking! You take away Jolt and now you have the nerve to ask me this?!

Up in the sky just off to the distance, the sound of a helicopter could be heard. We all looked up into the sky to see a black, white, and red miniture helicopter flying through the sky. In mid air, the helicopter transformed into a robot and it landed right beside Laserbeak. 

Laserbeak: Jolt?!

Jolt: Laserbeak! 

Jolt ran down into the crater and picked up the metal hawk in his arms. 

Jolt: I thought I'd never see you again.

Laserbeak: The same goes with me. I thought you were dead! Don't you scare me like that, alright?

Iestyn: Please, listen to me!  You have to stop being Megatron's minions. I think the two of you should go back to your home. You should go back to Cybertron. 

The two Minicons looked up at me with surprise, then they looked at each other. 

Laserbeak: What do you think?

Jolt: I want to go back home with you. It's crazy out here!

Laserbeak: Now that I know Jolt is okay. I think..... I think I'm going to take a break from fighting. For Megatron at least. 

Soundwave: Welcome aboard. 

Jolt: Well then, we should be off.

Laserbeak: We better hurry then, cause Megatron ain't going to be a happy camper when he hears about this. 

Laserbeak transformed into a cassette tape as Jolt transformed back into his helicopter mode. The cassette hoped into the helicopter as the flying vehicle took off for the skies and flew higher and higher into Earth's atmosphere. 

Additya: Wow... they're going back?

Iestyn: That's right kid. Right back to Cybertron. 

Additya: But why go that way? Can't they just use whatever that portal thing is in the Atlantic ocean?

Ben: Those two aren't the smartest chips on the block, but I think they'll manage. 

Iestyn: Well, the good news is we won. That was an interesting battle. 

Ben: Quite interesting indeed. It certainly was a different way that Chaos Bringer would have battled. Instead, it was your own way Iestyn. 

I grinned at the boy as the three of us high fived, celebrating our victory. But then I heard a strange noise coming from an alley way. I looked over to the source of the noise to see a man watching us. He had white hair, wore glasses, had a white lab coat on with a grey t-shirt and black dress pants with dress shoes. He noticed that I spotted him and took off. 

Iestyn: Grandfather, wait!

I took off after him as the others called out to me. I shut out their voices as I raced after my grandfather. What was he doing here? I thought he was working for Megatron? Was he spying on me and my friends? Did he watch my battle? Did he see Laserbeak and Jolt leave so willingly?

I raced through the alley ways as I followed his shadow. He was running so fast it was proving hard for me to catch up with him. But finally I turned a corner and he was just standing there with his back turned from me. 

Iestyn: Grandfather... is that you?

It was then, when he finally turned around and I got a good look at his face. 

It was him. 

It was Dr. Gohavic.
