Strength: It's massive health pool allows it withstand constant long range magic attack or range attack in general. And it's thick armour also makes it a tough opponent to crack in a melee fight, as the monster can easily crush any player with a simple move of a limb. 

Weakness: Due to it's long neck, it's very hard for the Catoblepas to turn around and respond to a flanking attack. And due it's massive size and weight, the monster can easily find it's self trapped and immobilised in swamp and marshy areas.
