I was think and I was like "hey some people might want to hear some new music that isnt horrible and makes you want to die!" so here are a couple musicans that are more recent, that I actually like and enjoy listening to. I will also put my all time favorite song by the group under there name...

Maroon 5

I know what your thinking "really Maroon 5?". When I still didnt know what rock n roll was Maroon 5 was all I ever listened to. Mostly because its one of those bands that I will always love because I've known them your whole life. Another great song they made that we all know is "Moves like Jagger" yes they did make that song.

Tweny one pilots

I know "arent they like rap music?" well kind of. They arent like most rap people who write about horrible things. A example of a meaningful they made is the one above called "Guns for hands" witch is about how they have inspired lots of there fans who were suicidal to stop cutting them selves and things of that nature. They have only cursed in 1 of there songs and its just two guys. (My friend has a crush on the drummer). Please listen to the song above and the lyrics carefully. Also for those Piano Keyboard freaks they use LOTS of piano and keybaord in most of there songs.

Adele

Most of us love Adele because of her voice, song lyrics and accent. She is one of the few girl singers I really enjoy and like to listen to. If you know me you would no that I NEVER listen to girl singers. Even some of my close friends were suprised to find out I loved her so much.

Fun.

Fun. is a group that comes on the radio a lot so you probably know one of the 2 songs above and please comment if you do. I LOVE the lead singers voice and the songs are catchy. Most people dont know the name of the band but love there songs. One song I do enjoy is "Just give me a reason" witch is mainly the singer Pink but the lead singer of Fun. Nate Russle was ft in it. Also the songs I've heard are meaningful in some way.

Lady gaga

dont judge me I have listened to lady gaga since I was 5. She has a great voice and I have all of her music. Me and my mom (who got me into classic rock) loves lady gaga and we listen to her music all the time. SHE IS ALSO FRIENDS WITH BONO!

So yea I'll leave it at that because im pretty sure thats the only new people I like.
