Chapter 7 - Down the Sewer Slide

"You are only on the brink of discovering the truth, Lucas. I have opened your eyes, and now it is time to uncover your true potential," Jarvis whispered as they slowly floated higher and higher, still hand in hand.

"Mr. Jarvis," Lucas turned to the old man, "How are we defying the laws of physics?"

"Lucas," Jarvis smiled. They were about four feet above the ground at this point. "Laws have exceptions and loopholes."

"But, Mr. Jarvis, the laws of physics aren't like legal laws. We don't get punished if we break them - we simply cannot break them. They are the fundamental forces that command our lives, and we cannot fight them."

"Wrong," Jarvis replied. "We're breaking them now, aren't we? That means these laws don't actually control us. The ones in control...is us, Lucas."

They slowly levitated over to the top of the cave and dropped to the ground on top of the roof of the cave.

"Lucas, let me explain something. Humans...are always fighting over something. A thousand years ago, a hundred years ago, and even now between the Virgilian Empire and the Dark Knights - people are always fighting. Why are they fighting? It depends. It could be for money, for power, or for other reasons. The point is, people are fighting. We are destroying each other and the human race. We, as a species, are committing suicide."

Jarvis paused and looked up. He slowly stretched out his hand toward the clouds. Lucas observed the odd action Jarvis was doing.

"However, Lucas, this doesn't have to be the case. I can show everyone how to have anything they want. Power, money, land, and even special abilities which defy the laws of physics. We can have it all."

Jarvis turned his head back to look at Lucas.

"We just flew about ten feet and landed on top of a cave. Sure, we did it slowly and while holding hands, but Lucas, this is just the beginning. I can teach you how to do so much more."

Jarvis took a step back from Lucas as he lowered his hand back down.

"And once I teach you, you will help me. Before society collapsed because of World War 4.20, I was the most wanted man alive. If I just show up and try to tell everyone that I can save the human race from themselves, they will burn me at the stake. But, Lucas, you have seen what humans are truly capable of now."

Jarvis stretched out his arm, offering his hand to Lucas.

"What do you say, Lucas? Will you, after uncovering the secrets of our potential, cum and help me share our power with the rest of the human race?'

Lucas nodded, accepting Jarvis's offer.

"Great," Jarvis smiled. "Then, without further ado, let us begin your training."

Meanwhile, far far away from the isolated jungle that the two of them were in, Oliver and Charlie were sprinting through a narrow alley.

It had been ten minutes since they had left the shop, and they still hadn't stopped running.

"C-Crayon, we ne-need to take a break," Oliver gasped for air.

Charlie slowed to a stop. Like Oliver, he was also tired from running.

"We can't run forever, we need to hide," he announced, looking around for somewhere to hide. The alley was between two tall, abandoned buildings. There was a backdoor that could be used as an entrance to the one on the right, but it seemed too risky. The building looked like it could collapse at any moment.

Unfortunately, before Charlie could decide, two of the gangsters entered the alley, also out of breath.

"Shit, Oliver, we need to go!" Charlie yelled.

Oliver looked confused.

"You just gave me two commands: shit and go. I don't think I can do both at the same time."

"Damn it," Charlie cursed as the gangsters took out their guns. "Oliver, we need to go inside this building, NOW!"

Charlie grabbed Oliver and the two of them kicked the iron door and rushed inside the building. It was extremely dark inside...damn it how do professional writers describe stuff? How do I stretch out "it was dark" into a descriptive paragraph??

Like what should I say? This??:

The floor was dark and so were the walls, and as Oliver looked around, he failed to see anything except for the dim light shining through the cracks of the walls...actually, wait, it's midnight, so it's completely pitch black. Charlie looked around as well, but, like Oliver, all he saw was the very faint outline of the door and the two gangsters who were standing in the doorway.

*Yawns* I nearly fell asleep writing that...guess I'm not becoming a professional writer, hehe.

Oliver and Charlie continued moving forward through the building, their hands outstretched (they couldn't see anything, so they relied on sense of touch and sound).

Now, the gangsters had guns, but since Dane Porter said not to use them, they wouldn't be killing Charlie and Oliver.

Of course, Charlie and Oliver didn't know that and thought that they were going for the kill.

The two of them continued walking forward slowly, making their way through corridors. They could hear the two gangsters somewhere behind them, but it was impossible to tell how far away they were.

"Oliver," Charlie whispered, leaning over to his friend's side. "We need to hide. They won't find us in the dark."

Oliver nodded.

Of course, Charlie didn't see that, and asked, "Oliver, did you hear me? We need to hide."

"Yes, yes," Oliver replied. "Where do we hide?"

Charlie moved over to a doorway. "I think this is the entrance to some office. There's no way they'll see us in here because it is too dark."

So, the two of them quickly entered the room, felt around for a desk, and climbed under there.

The duo stayed there, dead quiet, while the two gangsters searched around the whole building. A minute passed. Then five minutes passed. Then ten.

Only after about 20 minutes, during which Oliver actually fell asleep on Charlie's shoulder, did one of the gang members call out "they're not here either, I think they ran away. Let's report back to Dane Porter."

"Yeah, sounds good. Either they have run away or they are hidden too well for us to find them in the dark." Charlie heard them walk around until they reached the door. After they left, he breathed a sigh of relief. Nevertheless, he stayed silent for another ten minutes or so, and only once he was sure they were gone, he started shaking Oliver.

"Oliver. Oliver. Oliver, wake up."

Oliver jolted upright.

"Good, you're up," Charlie sighed.

"I had a psychic dream," Oliver replied. Based on his tone, Charlie knew he was being serious.

"What was it about?" Charlie inquired.

Oliver rubbed his temples, trying to remember what it was that he had just dreamt about.

Suddenly, he froze, recalling exactly what the dream was about.

"Oh...oh no..." Oliver thought. He wished it weren't true, but it had definitely been a psychic dream. He always knew it when he had one, and it always came true.

"I'm sorry," Oliver turned to Charlie, "I don't remember right now."

Obviously, that was a lie. Oliver remembered perfectly. He remembered his dream perfectly.

"Okay, then," Charlie appeared disappointed (uh, just assume their eyes have adjusted to the dark really well at this point). "We should get up and get far away from this place."

"Wait, Crayon," Oliver whispered, "What time is it?"

Charlie glanced at the cracked watch on his left wrist. It was tough to see in the dark, but he could make out the arrows.

"1:12 a.m.," he replied. "Why?"

"Just wondering," Oliver responded. This was, of course, also a lie. The truth was, it meant they had just under twenty minutes until his dream came true.

"Okay, then," Charlie sighed, getting up. He helped Oliver to his feet, and the two of them slowly crept out of the office.

"Eighteen minutes," Oliver thought to himself. "Eighteen minutes until...until..."

They stepped out into the narrow corridor.

"Should we head back to the entrance we used to come inside, or search for another way in case someone is waiting for us by that door?" Charlie inquired.

"Eighteen minutes until...until..." Oliver bit his lip as the dream played over and over in his head.

"Oliver?"

Oliver snapped back to reality.

"Let's go out the same door. It isn't worth risking it and opening a different door in a half-destroyed building."

"Right," Charlie agreed.

Oliver sighed.

"Eighteen minutes until..."

They began to tiptoe toward the entrance, when a loud metallic crash behind them forced them to spin around in shock.

Standing right behind them, with one gun each pointed at Oliver and Charlie, were Leon and Daniel.

"Hello," Leon smiled.

"Shit," Charlie whispered.

"Eighteen minutes..." Oliver bit his lip. Eighteen minutes until, like in the dream, Leon shot and killed Charlie.

Okay then.

Sorry in advance, Charlie.

Now, let's go back in time a few hours.

Back all the way to chapter 5.

Back all the way to...

The laptop.

It was 6pm. Chandler was waiting in his room.

He was waiting in his dorm with Leon's laptop (which, as a reminder, he had stolen a few chapters ago). He didn't know how, but he knew this laptop had to be the reason Leon had figured out Chandler's connection with Lucas. However, there was a very unfortunate problem.

Chandler couldn't unlock the laptop. The laptop asked for a password, and Chandler had no idea what the password was. And, being a regular Dark Knights guard, he didn't have enough knowledge to hack the laptop.

Thankfully, Chandler knew someone who did.

Jared Keith was a Dark Knights member Chandler had become friends with. And Jared was a genius in computers.

If anyone could figure the computer out, it was Jared.

And Jared would arrive any moment now.

After waiting for about five more minutes (we just assume Chandler sat and stared at the wall or something), someone finally knocked on Chandler's door.

Chandler shoved the laptop under the covers, just in case, and stood up to open the door.

Thankfully, it was indeed Jared. He walked in quietly and Chandler locked the door behind them.

"Chandler, you said you needed me to do something 'very important?'" Jared asked.

"Yes," Chandler replied, showing the laptop. "Jared, you won't believe me, but I think this laptop has some sort of special abilities. However, it is password-protected, and I can't open it."

"What special abilities are we talking about here?" Jared asked, taking the laptop from Chandler.

"I don't know the extent of them, to be honest," Chandler responded. "But something about this laptop is definitely...interesting."

"Hmmm," Jared mused, opening the laptop. It had a pretty bland lock screen wallpaper: a black screen with white letters saying the words "If you don't like your destiny, don't accept it."

Jared began clicking the keyboard, trying to unlock the laptop. Chandler leaned over to watch what he was doing. For a few seconds, nothing happened. Then, a small blue box appeared.

"Have you hacked it already?" Chandler asked, impressed.

"Hah," Jared shook his head. "No. Not even close. All I did was gain actual access to a limited version of the command prompt. I'll begin breaking into the computer now. If possible, please let me work in silence."

Chandler nodded. "Sounds good."

Jared began furiously typing in commands. He kept on typing statements, and the laptop kept on reloading and momentarily freezing as he did it.

Then, after about two minutes of trying, the laptop's screen changed, displaying a red and black screen with lots of small text.

Jared smiled.

"I'm in. The tough part is over; I have penetrated the computer's defense system. I can control the laptop from here. Unlocking it won't be too hard as soon as I figure out how to navigate this control menu...hmmm..."

"Is something wrong?" Chandler asked, scooting closer.

"No, nothing is wrong. But I've never seen an operating system quite like this. I don't think the laptop has any special abilities, but it is definitely designed in an interesting way."

Jared scrolled through the menu, clicking certain switches when necessary.

"It is a lot more complex than I would expect from a simple laptop, and I've barely scraped the surface of its abilities. I think that it was some high-technological weapon used in pre-World War 4.20 times. Judging by the build, it might have been used in the military, I think."

"Which country's military?"

"American. The language, time zone, and everything else all match up with the United States."

"Cool," Chandler acknowledged.

Jared stopped scrolling, apparently because he found what he was looking for.

He grinned. "This is it. Once I click this switch, we will have successfully bypassed and disabled the laptop's security system."

"Well, what are you waiting for? Do it!" Chandler exclaimed.

Jared pressed "enter."

For a moment, nothing happened. Then, the laptop emitted a high-pitched beep and the screen went completely dark.

"Uh, is this supposed to be happening?" Chandler asked, glancing at Jared.

"Erm - not exactly, but every computer responds in their own way. Give it a second."

Suddenly, the screen flashed, jumpscaring both Jared and Chandler. Unfortunately, that was only the beginning.

The screen began repeatedly flashing and red warning messages began popping up.

The laptop's audio turned up to a hundred and started beeping loudly. The screen began displaying odd error messages that blinked brightly for a few seconds and then disappeared.

Some of the ones that kept popping up were:

"i||eGa| accT!V!Ty deTecTed"

"BREAK IN ATTEMPTED"

"P0RN TABS OVERHEATING"

"Oili---Oili"

"Self-Defense System Initiated."

"Ilacwelchtx..."

"Is this also supposed to be happening?" Chandler asked suspiciously.

"No, but there's something really interesting here. Some phrases are written in Rook Language..."

"You know Rook?" Chandler asked, surprised.

"Yeah, my military commander back in the day, Sergeant Jacobson, taught us all Rook language."

"What do the phrases say?" Chandler asked.

"Hmmm," Jared narrowed his eyes at the flashing screen. "It says there is an error, and the laptop will be restarting, I think."

"Why is it resta-" Chandler was cut off mid-sentence as the lights in the room suddenly turned off at the same time as the laptop emitted a high-pitched, extra long beep.

Then, a second later, the power turned back on, and Chandler and Jared found themselves hugging each other in fear.

"No homo," Chandler announced, letting go of Jared.

"No homo," Jared nodded, his face tinted pink.

Both of them looked away from each other, and, coincidentally, at the laptop screen.

The laptop was sitting there, completely unlocked in front of them.

"See," Jared smiled, "I told you it would work eventually."

"Mmmhmm, totally flawless work, master," Chandler answered sarcastically.

"Lol. Anyway, you wanted to show me how this thing has magic powers or something?"

"That wasn't what I said," Chandler rolled his eyes. "But yes, there is something special here. What's this weird-looking app?"

The application's display icon was a chain hanging from a wall.

"Maybe this is the key to the laptop's abilities?" Chandler asked.

"Only one way to find out," Jared replied, clicking the app.

The application loaded for a second, then the screen flashed and the laptop displayed...

Uh

Y'know

Uh

Uhm

"What the hell is this?!" Chandler yelled.

"Uh," Jared fumbled for words. "I think it's, uh...lego minifigure foot porn."

"I can see what it is, Jared. That was a rhetorical question."

"Oh."

"How do we exit out of this shit?" Chandler asked, looking away from the screen.

"Let's see, I, uh - Chandler, the big one just grew tentacles."

"Jared, click out of there before you get scarred for life."

Jared nodded, quickly closing the application.

For a moment, both of them sat in silence.

"Should we, uh, try the other application?" Jared offered.

"I don't know. Suddenly, this doesn't seem like such a good idea."

Jared sighed. "Hey, it's alright, this laptop is built for more than that...questionable activity in the other application."

"Fine, open it at your own risk," Chandler humped the side of the bed I mean uh sorry no Chandler sighed, he sighed, uh uhm google autocorrect I did not get horny from the lego foot porn aaaaa.

Jared, being Jared, clicked the application.

The laptop took a second to register the command, and then opened the application.

Thankfully, this time, it wasn't anything dirty.

It was an oddly formatted document with lots of symbols and phrases which made no sense.

"Huh." Jared scratched his head.

"It's just a document. There's no way Leon's only two applications are porn and a document! Something is wrong here, Jared!"

"No, no, wait," Jared took the laptop back and put it on his knees. "The introduction has too many confusing symbols which I do not understand. I'll start from the middle."

Jared cleared his throat.

"These are the dorms," Chandler announced as they walked through the corridor.

"I don't remember asking," Leon replied.

Chandler stopped and turned around.

"I'm sorry, Leon, do you have a problem with me?"

"I do, actually. When do you plan on telling Neon and Mox that you helped Lucas escape?"

"Hey!" Chandler yelled. "I had this conversation with Leon right before I stole his laptop! Keep scrolling down!"

"Alright..." Jared scrolled down a few pages

Leon opened the laptop, revealing the most recently viewed Personal File (PF).

Chandler Grant is one of the guards of the Dark Knights. Before the war, he was good friends with Lucas Cunningham.

Pros: strong, smart, and an overall excellent warrior.

Cons: Chandler is quick to act - too quick to act. If he senses something is wrong, he immediately follows his gut without thinking about it.

"What the hell is this?? How does he know so much about me?!" Chandler yelled, standing up. "How does he know about my relationship with Lucas, and how does he know about my personality?! Jared, what the hell is this??"

"Hmm," Jared stroked his nonexistent beard. "I am not sure, but suddenly your theory doesn't sound that crazy anymore. From what I can see, it appears that this is a sort of narration of all of our lives..."

"So, he writes down everything into this laptop like a diary?"

"No, I don't think so." Jared scrolled down a bit more. "There are scenes here that wouldn't be something Leon would know about, I think. It's more like...the laptop has an AI...Artificial Intelligence which writes everything that is going on as it happens. I think there's only one way to test it..."

Jared clicked something, and the document switched to the very last page.

"What the f..." Chandler's eyes widened in horror.

"Wow. The laptop is typing our sentences into the document as we speak," Jared whispered.

Chandler sat back down, and the document added that detail to the document.

"It must be an extremely advanced AI," Jared appeared scared but also impressed. "It knows our actions, words, and thoughts."

"Thoughts?" Chandler inquired. "Hey Jared, what's your kink?"

The words: *"Envelopes," Jared thought to himself.* appeared on the screen.

Jared's face turned pink. "It-it's lying! Why would I have a thing for envelopes??"

"I should be the one asking that question, Jared," Chandler winked. "In any case, I have a serious question."

"W-what is it?"

"What if we try...what if we try to change the text in the document?"

"That's a good idea," Jared replied, glad the topic had switched from envelopes to computers. He clicked "edit," but an error message popped up saying "Error: Permission Denied."

"Either it doesn't want anyone to edit it, or, more likely, Leon is the only one who can add things to the document," Jared explained.

"Damn. Is there any way you can circumnavigate that?"

Jared laughed. "Doesn't hurt to try!"

He right clicked and opened some weird HTML thing. After about twenty seconds of deleting random "false"'s and "true"'s, he closed the extra window and reloaded the screen.

Then, he moved the cursor over and clicked the document.

The cursor blinked, indicating it was ready to type.

"Wow, I think it worked," Jared leaned back.

"Can you...can you type something...and...see if it does anything?" Chandler asked hopefully.

"I highly doubt it will actually affect our world, Chandler..."

"Right, but it doesn't hurt to try, does it...?"

Jared sighed. "Fine."

He lowered his fingers to the keyboard and typed in "And as Chandler observed Jared's typing, his right eye suddenly itched."

At the exact same time, Chandler lifted his hand and scratched his eye.

Suddenly, he froze, realizing what had just happened.

"That...wasn't a coincidence, right?" Chandler whispered.

"Only one way to find out," Jared took a deep breath and began typing the following:

"At this point in time, an envelope appeared out of thin air and landed on Jared's lap."

He finished the sentence and waited patiently.

For a second, nothing happened. Then, the air above them suddenly sparked and an envelope appeared. The envelope slowly drifted down and landed perfectly into Jared's lap.

"Jared..."

"Chandler..."

"What have we discovered..."

"I don't know, but I think I might be getting horny..."

As much as I would want to continue discussing Chandler and Jared, I am exhausted and I still have a ton to write. So, let's switch to a set of characters we haven't heard from in a while...

"Neon," Jenny whispered, "can we escape through the water drainage system?"

As a reminder, Jenny and Neon were stuck inside the spa room that Mox had locked them in.

However, STD the guinea pig and Ryan the Rock had just shown them a way to escape...

Via the water drainage system.

Neon nodded, the water dripping down her face (where does it land?). "We don't have another choice, we need to go through the water drainage system. But, there is one problem."

"What is it?" Jenny asked, carrying STD back onto dry land, where Ry (Ryan the Rock) was waiting by the side of the pool.

"From what I remember, the water drainage system was designed to stretch for miles underground. It could be hours until we reach the exit."

"It is still faster than waiting for someone to show up, right?"

"I suppose so," Neon trailed off. She knew that no one would come down here to rescue them. Everyone who was loyal to her didn't know that she was here, and everyone who was loyal to Mox would never save her and Jenny. As much as she hated to say it, the pipes were the only way to go.

"Yeah, let's not waste any time. I'll go drain the pool, the control room is accessible from the inside.

Neon climbed out of the pool, adjusting her wet swimsuit. She disappeared into a small closet and came out of the closet a few seconds later.

"It'll start draining in about two minutes, I recommend getting out of the water," Neon announced.

Fast forward half an hour.

"Okay, that's the last of it," Jenny sighed as the last drops went down the large drain. "Neon, help me remove the lid so we can crawl through it."

Neon nodded, and the two of them pulled the lid off, revealing a tunnel that went deep into the ground.

[Now, my dear readers, I realize very well that crawling through a water drainage system ten seconds after the water has finished draining is not only a terrible idea but also an impossible one, but for plot reasons we'll just assume it's possible and definitely a better option than sitting and waiting for help.]

"Neon, do you know how to get from here to the rest of the compound?" Jenny asked, looking down the long hole.

"Kind of. I'll go first, you follow me. It'll go vertically down for a bit, but after that it will be mostly horizontal or only slightly pointed downward."

Jenny nodded. "What about these two?" she pointed to STD running circles around Ryan the Rock.

"I'll climb down the vertical part first, then once I reach the bottom, pass me down the guinea pig and the rock."

STD stopped and started bouncing up and down.

"Is he happy or upset?" Jenny asked.

"I don't think the guinea pig can understand English, Jenny..." Neon replied.

STD took a deep breath and blew it out through his nose, mimicking the hmph sound that hoomans make.

"Okay, then," Neon sighed. "I'll begin climbing now."

Neon walked over to the hole in the pool (yes, she is so flat that she can fit inside it!) and sat down on the floor of the pool, dangling her feet (HEH) inside the hole.

"There's no ladder or anything," Neon observed. "I'll need to climb down using only the walls off the tube."

[To be clear, they're about to descend through a hole in the pool lmao]

"Okay, good luck!" Jenny said, picking up Ryan, who, upon feeling Jenny's fingers enclosing over his body, instantly got hard. STD flashed Ryan a dirty look and trotted over to Neon to cheer her on in guinea pig language.

"Pu pu pu!" the guinea pig bounced up and down. Neon smiled.

Y'know what

This shit is too wholesome

I'm starting to suspect I've been drugged before writing this

Neon glanced at Jenny, who nodded in approval. She looked back at the hole in front of her, and after taking a deep breath, lowered herself.

She slowly lowered her body into the hole, supporting her weight with her arms, which still gripped the pool floor (the rest of her body is, as a reminder, now underground). The tube was about twenty inches wide, so it was a very narrow fit. Still supporting her body with her hands, she felt around with her feet (teehee) until she secured a good foothold.

She lowered her arms into the tunnel and began her descent, slowly alternating between lifting one of her feet or one of her hands and placing it lower. It was slow progress, but it worked.

Jenny walked over to the hole to look down at Neon, who was about six feet down by this point. From what Jenny could see, Neon was straining pretty hard.

"Neon, you okay there?" Jenny called out.

Neon stopped climbing and looked up.

"It's surprisingly hard," Neon gasped for air.

"Just like Ryan," STD thought.

"Maybe it's because you're so flat-footed?" Jenny inquired.

"PFT!" Neon exclaimed, blushing. "I-I'm not flat-footed >_<"

"Right..." Jenny sighed.

Neon looked back down and continued descending. STD wandered over to the edge of the hole to look at her. Then, to everyone's surprise, STD took a step back, then ran towards the edge and jumped straight down into the hole.

Now, STD was expecting to land on Neon and help her, but obviously landing on her face would hurt, so he was planning on landing on her chest (now I actually mean this wholesomely rather than pervertedly, he had to land somewhere, right?)

Unfortunately, halfway through his flight, STD noticed a tiny problem.

Neon was flat.

And so

Our poor guinea pig

Sailed past Neon's body

And to his death

Into the depths of the abyss of the water drainage system.

Rip STD.

"STD!!" Neon yelled, horrified.

No one replied.

"Oh shit," Neon thought.

Can we have a moment of silence for STD?

"Hey Jenny, that was STD, right?" Neon asked, looking up slowly. Jenny nodded.

(For f-k's sake, Jenny you've nodded like seventy times in this chapter)

"Oh..." Neon looked back down.

Suddenly, she felt something scrambling up her leg. For a moment, she was terrified. Was it a rat??

Neon was too afraid to scream (let's just say she has a fear of rats or something). The creature crawled up her body and then climbed onto Neon's shoulder.

It was...

STD!!

Yeah, I'm sure no one saw that coming!

"Oh, thank goodness he's alive," Neon thought to herself, smiling and nuzzling STD with her nose. STD bounced around on her shoulder happily in response.

"She's fine!" Neon called out.

Jenny grinned happily.

"I just realized," Neon looked at the guinea pig. "If STD survived the fall, it means I should be near the bottom, right? It's hard to tell because there is no light down here, but I should be safe if I drop down. STD, is that so?"

STD squeaked and leapt off Neon's shoulder.

"I'll take that as a yes," Neon smiled. She let go off the wall and dropped down.

Thankfully, she landed on the ground almost instantly.

She looked up at Jenny. "It's safe! Throw the rock down, and then you can come down yourself."

Jenny nodded (ayo stop, I'm serious), and held the rock over the opening. To Ry's major disappointment, she let go off the rock, and he hurled down toward Neon, who, to Ry's major appointment (wait, isn't the opposite of disappointment "appointment??" English whyyyy) caught him.

Neon put him on the ground next to STD, who shot Ryan a ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°) look.

"Jenny, you can come down. It's about fifteen feet till you reach the ground [how tf did STD survive the fall?]"

"Okay," Jenny replied, sitting down and swinging her feet over the edge. She slowly lowered herself and began to vertically crawl down the tunnel like Neon had done.

"Don't worry, once you get down here, the rest of the trip will be easier!" Neon called out.

Jenny acknowledged the support and continued slowly climbing down. Unfortunately, she was still wet, and so were the walls of the tunnel.

That did not work in her favor.

Her foot slipped and her posture broke. As a reflex, her arms extended and her knee scraped the wall as she barely stopped herself from falling nearly eight feet.

"Shit!" she exclaimed, looking down. Her knee was bleeding. Badly.

"Jenny, are you okay?!" Neon called out from below.

Jenny nodded (-_-). "I'm fine, yeah."

Slowly, she made her way down, and eventually dropped down beside Neon, landing on her feet - which caused her to collapse to the floor in pain.

"Jenny, what happened?!" Neon exclaimed, bending down. It was hard to see in the dim light, but from what Neon could tell, Jenny's knee was pretty badly injured.

STD trotted over to her side and, after climbing up her foot, began to lick her wound.

"I'll be alright, don't worry," Jenny said, getting up. She stood up on one leg, and when she tried to put some weight on her damaged leg, she winced and recoiled. "But...I don't think I can walk."

"Well, that's a bit of a problem," Neon stood back up. "I don't assume you know of any quick remedies that fix broken legs?"

"Hmmm," Jenny mused. "Well, Daniel told me earlier today that toe-sucking cures all foot and leg pain."

"I'm sorry, what??" Neon appeared disgusted.

"Yeah, Daniel said that if I ever hurt myself, toe-sucking makes the pain go away..."

Neon shook her head aggressively. "Listen, I don't mean to break the fourth wall here, but Leon, if you don't stop, I'm gonna kill myself on the spot right here and right now."

[Do it, I dare you -_-]

"Actually," Neon smiled. "I have a better idea." She picked up Ryan. "Leon, if you don't figure out an alternative solution to toe-sucking here, I'm shoving Ryan into this pipe and leaving him here for the rest of the story."

[GAH, FINE. I'll think of something else. Put Ry down!]

Neon smiled and lowered the rock. "That's better. Now, Leon, how will you save us?"

[Uh, I think someone else already took care of that...]

"What do you mean?" Neon asked, making eye contact with Jenny.

[Err, you'll see in just a few seconds...]

Jenny looked down at her hands.

"Hey, Neon. My hands feel weird."

Neon held her hands up. They tingled lightly.

"Something is happening," Neon realized.

"I don't like this," Jenny tensed up as the weird feeling in her hands began to spread through the rest of her body.

Suddenly, Ry fell from Neon's hands (which caused some aggressive squeaking by STD).

However, Neon hadn't dropped him. He had just...fallen through her hands.

Through them.

"Uh oh..." Neon whispered, just a second before everything around them brightly flashed white, blinding both Neon and Jenny as they felt their bodies disappear into thin air.

Yes, readers, you guessed correctly - Neon and Jenny had just teleported.

"Where?" you may ask. Well, here is your answer:

"And then, the two girls, Neon and Jenny, both appeared in front of Chandler and Jared."

Jared finished typing the sentence.

"Come on, hit enter!" Chandler cheered him on.

"Are you sure? Can't we just use the envelopes?" Jared blushed, looking at the pile of envelopes the two of them had summoned in the past few minutes.

"No, girls work better. Come on, hit enter!!" Chandler exclaimed gleefully.

"Fine..." Jared sighed and clicked enter. For a moment, nothing happened.

Then, a bright light started simmering around them, and Jenny and Neon, dressed in swimsuits, popped out of the air and landed on the bed.

For a moment, all were silent.

Then, Jenny's eyes rolled back into her head as she collapsed off the bed, and Neon covered her mouth with her hands, then threw up all over Chandler and fell over onto Jared, where she instantly passed out.

Once again, for a moment, everyone was silent.

"Ayo..." Jared whispered. "We really couldn't have stuck to envelopes, huh?"

"I don't know about you," Chandler replied, wiping the vomit from his face, "but I think I'm taking a small break from using that laptop."

Jared nodded.

"Yeah, I agree."
