Evangeline's P.O.V
"JUST GO AWAY AND NEVER COME BACK"
I know my dad didn't mean it, right? He says it everytime he gets drunk. He thinks he needs a normal daughter. Because I am a lesbian, I don't deserve to be in the family. As I shut the door, I hug my sketch pad close to my chest and head off to the lake. Every time I go there it calms me down and also clears my thoughts. As I get closer to the lake I smell vanilla and strawberries. Whatever I think, it's just the forest being the forest. I sit down on the bench when I hear a crunch of leaves behind me. I turn around and summon my sword, as well as my potions. I don't know who this is yet so I don't shift.
"Mate" The mysterious person growls.
"Excuse me?" I ask, I didn't quite get that.
"Mate, I didn't mean to scare you. Please put down whatever that is in your hand." They pointed to my potions.
"Not until you come out of the woods" I try to sound scary.
The creature walks out of the woods, and surprisingly, its a girl.
She has black and blonde ombré hair that rolls of her back in ringlets. Her outfit reminds me of a rebel with her ripped jeans and converse. Also those long eyelashes make her so beauti~
"Hey I know we just met but can you stop staring at me?" She makes a remark.
"S-sorry" I stutter. Wait... I don't stutter." Did you say mate?" I question.
"Yes I can tell. I'm Brooklynn Andreas, Daughter of Alpha Jake, Summer Moon Pack."
"Im Evangeline Winters, Fire Cresent Pack." I say, Mimicking her a bit.
"Who's your father?" She questions
"Don't have one" I reply without hesitation. It's not a lie, I don't know who my father is anymore.
Then it hits me, why did Lady Luna Of The Moon give me a female mate?
