P.O.V. Third

King was currently sitting in his dorm with Shadow laying beside him using his lap as a pillow. Ark and Javelin were currently out training as they tended to do this time of day leaving King and Shadow alone in the dorm. King was petting her and after a few moments of silence, King sighed. "Shadow, I need to talk to you about a few things," King said as he looked at the female in front of him. When he said this Shadow looked up at him.

"The first is that I'll be leaving in a few minutes with Ruby," King said as he looked at the female in front of him. When he said this Shadow looked away pouting slightly.

"Master you've been spending to much time with her," Shadow complained as she looked at the male in front of her. King sighed hearing this and continued to pet her.

"That brings me to my second point, you need to quit being so jealous around her. You can be as jealous and clingy as you want when she's not around but if she's insight or earshot you need to stop," King said as he looked down at the female. Shadow once again pouted hearing this as King continued to pet her.

"The last thing is I may have to spend the night in Ruby's dorm soon," King said as he looked at Shadow.

"WHAT?!" Shadow screamed as she shot up and looked at King.

"She's been inviting me over for a study session every day recently and it's only a matter of time before I run out of excuses. She seems pretty adamant about the situation and as I said at the moment I need her so that I can fulfill my plan," King said as he looked at her.

"B-but that's not fair!" Shadow said as she looked at the male.

"I'm just going to study with her. I don't plan on going any further than that. However I will do what I deem necessary to keep her in my favor," King said as he looked at the female in front of him.

"I . . . I understand master," Shadow said as she looked down clearly heartbroken about what she had just heard. As King looked at her he sighed.

"How about I make it up to you?" King asked as he looked at the female in front of him. When he said this Shadow looked up at him a bit curious.

"O-okay but it better be worth it! Something better than a few head pats!" Shadow said as she looked at the male. King nodded hearing this and looked at the door.

"Ruby's coming I can feel her aura signature approaching," King said as he looked at Shadow causing her to once again pout. "She'll be here in a few minutes, so if you're not done by then, then I ask that you please be quiet," King said as he moved behind the female. Shadow was a bit confused as to what King meant, however, her confusion quickly faded as King reached around her and began to aggressive fondle and grope her breasts.

Shadow let out a loud and lewd moan as he did and began to lean back against King. Ruby shook her head hearing this and smiled as she looked at the male. "No, it's fine," Ruby said with a smile. "I did come a bit early so I can't be mad at you for that," Ruby said as the two began to walk down the halls together. "So did you hear we got a new team today?" Ruby asked as she looked at the male in front of her.

"Oh, I hadn't heard. What are they like?" King asked as he looked at the female beside him.

"Well they're nice, but one of them is a bit too quiet and he kind of creeps me out. I didn't say anything because I didn't want to- oh hey look, there's one of them now!" Ruby said as she pointed towards the female. King looked in the direction she was pointing and saw a familiar figure. She had short green hair, bright red eyes, and a dark complexion. King smiled as he looked at her, however, it seemed as if the female in front of him wasn't as happy to see him because she notably became a bit paler as she saw him.

She looked as if she was going to walk away however before she could Ruby ran towards her dragging King as she did. "Hey Emerald," Ruby said as she looked at the female in front of her. "This is my friend King," Ruby said as she looked at Emerald. King smiled hearing this and held out his hand.

"It's nice to meet you," King said putting up a kind façade, however, the smile he had betrayed him showing that he clearly had sinister intentions however not wanting the draw suspicion to herself Emerald took his hand and shook it. When she did she felt a sharp and paralyzing fear grip her as she felt just how strong King had become. King then pulled his hand away and looked at the female in front of him.

"So where are the other members of your team?" King asked as he looked at the female in front of her. Emerald while trying to remain calm and composed could feel her body shaking. She felt cold and she had a sharp dry feeling in the back of her throat, it a massive almost unending fear that was born in just a few moments. Emerald was quiet for a few seconds as she looked at the two in front of her.

Ruby becoming a bit concerned at how frightened Emerald seemed to be. She was already starting to hyperventilate. "Are you okay?" Ruby asked as she looked at Emerald.

"Yeah, you don't look so good," King said as he reached for her. Emerald once again felt fear grip her as she watched his hand approach her. She bit her lip to try and keep her from talking and as soon as King touched her head Emerald felt as if she was being crushed by a massive hand holding her down. "You're incredibly cold," King said as he looked at her.

"EMERALD FOREST!" Emerald screamed as she looked at the two in front of her causing Ruby to look at her with confusion. "She's in the Emerald forest!" Emerald said as she looked at the male in front of her. King smiled hearing this and as he continued to touch her head emerald felt the pressure fade and the fear slowly subside.

"Do you want to go to the medical wing? You seem to be a bit sick," King offered as he looked at the female in front of him. The fear now having completely left her made Emerald feel a little lightheaded.

"Yeah, I feel," Emerald began as she collapsed onto the ground. King caught her as she did and looked at Ruby. "Let's get her to the medical wing," King said as he looked at Ruby, she nodded hearing this and the two made their way to the medical section of Beacon and King placed Emerald on a bed.

"You know what's a weird word?" Ruby asked as she looked up at the male. When she said this King turned to look at her a bit confused. "Girlfriend, I mean I'm a girl, and I'm your friend. So that sort of makes me your girlfriend right?" Ruby asked as she looked at the male awaiting a response.

"I don't think that's how it works," King said as he looked at the female in front of him. However not wanting to upset her King quickly corrected himself. "However in a weird way I suppose that would make you my girlfriend," King said as he looked a the female causing her to light up.

"YES! I-I mean, yeah language is weird," Ruby said as she looked at the male. King chuckled slightly hearing this and turned to look down at Emerald and began to try and think of a way that he could leave without upsetting Ruby.

"Y-You should probably leave," Ruby said as she looked at King. When she said this King turned to look at her. "I-It's okay, I'll stay here with her. You can go find her leader and tell her where her friend is. Just so she doesn't get worried," Ruby said as she looked at the male in front of her. King seemed a bit confused hearing this and began to try and read her aura signature fearing he had upset her for some reason or another.

As he did he quickly relaxed realizing why she wanted him to leave. "Okay, that's a good idea," King said as he began to walk out of the room. "I'll see you tomorrow to try and make up for this," King said with an apologetic smile as he looked at the female causing her to smile and nod. When he left Ruby let out a relieved sigh and relaxed. This situation was just a bit to close to how she and King had met for her to be comfortable.

What if when Emerald woke up and King treated her wounds as well. She'd undoubtedly fall in love with him just like she had! She already had Shadow to compete with so she didn't think she could handle another love rival when it came to trying to win King's affection. As King walked out of the room he immediately began to make his way towards the Emerald forest. He wasn't sure what Cinder was doing there but he had to admit that he thought this situation was almost to perfect.

She was alone, and her most loyal comrade was knocked out. This situation was more than ideal for him. King continued walking through the Emerald forest until he eventually picked up a rather familiar aura signature. King then began to walk towards it and when he did he saw Cinder placing down a few incents that were known to attract Grimm. Most likely so that there would be more than enough Grimm nearby for whatever she had planned.

"Been a while hasn't it," King said as he looked at the female in front of him causing her to turn and look at him. When she did Cinder moved back with a bow appearing in her hand.

"What are you doing here?" Cinder asked as she looked at the male in front of her.

"Just thought I'd tell you that your friend is in Beacon's medical wing currently unconscious," King said as he looked at the female in front of him. Cinder seemed to tense up even more hearing this, and one of her eyes was suddenly surrounded in fiery energy.

"So that's what he meant by the false maiden," King said as he looked at the female in front of him.

"How did you find out I would be here? There's no way Emerald would ever you something like that!" Cinder said as she pulled back the string of her bow ready to fire it at King.

"I have ways of making people talk," King said as he looked at the female in front of him.

"What ways?" Cinder asked as she looked at the male. King chuckled hearing this and shrugged.

"Since you're about to die I guess I can indulge you," King said as he looked at Cinder. "Everything in the body is controlled by electrical signals to and from the brain. Literally, everything we do is controlled by these signals. However, if you're a special case like me you can interrupt these signals with something as small as a handshake. Just a touch is all it would take to make her experience anything I wanted, anger, happiness, love . . . fear," King said with a smile as he looked at the female in front of her.

"So you forced it out of her," Cinder said as she looked at the male.

"Something like that, I could have forced her to say you were eaten by a pack of Beowolf but that wouldn't have made it true. I needed the truth so I sent her brain into overdrive forcing her to produce and release chemicals at an unnatural rate. Forcing her into a state of fear so deep and complex nothing else could possibly compare. Then once I took her hand again I forced her brain to stop. Didn't want to kill the poor thing after all," King said as he looked at the female in front of him.

Cinder gritted her teeth hearing this as the arrow she was holding back, lit on fire as she continued to glare at the male. King smiled seeing this and a scythe appeared in his hand. "I couldn't agree more, let's skip the conversation and get straight to the action," King said as she took a fighting stance.

"You damn bastard!" Cinder screamed as she fired the shot at King before running after him. King smiled hearing this and dashed away from the arrow and began to run from Cinder. As he did the fiery arrow changed directions and began to chase after him with Cinder. As it did Cinder once again pulled back her bow and shot another arrow at King. This time when she did the arrow hit the ground and exploded sending chunks of the ground and tree away from them.

King used this to his advantage as he jumped up and pushed off a rock that was coming towards him when he did the rock shatter from the force King exerted on it. As it did Cinder used the debris and dust as cover to once again pull back bow. However, when she emerged on the other side King was nowhere to be seen. She then heard something approaching her and turned to see King with his scythe.

King was holding the handle and hit Cinder in the stomach with the end of his scythe where the handle met the blunt end of his scythe. When he did the scythe sent Cinder flying away from him as she tried to right herself. Cinder then once again pull back her bow with her arrow once again igniting on fire as she poured some of her magic into it and shot it towards King. As she did the arrow separated into several arrows and King began to once again make his way through the woods.

It didn't take long for Cinder to once again locate him and she dashed towards him using her magic to come towards him. However, when she did she saw King land on another tree that was clearly a piece of debris and turn to look at her with a smile. As he did a trail of white appeared hitting all of her arrows forcing them all to explode. King then jumped towards her once again shattering the rock he had used to do so. King then swung his scythe bringing his blade into Cinders stomach sending her crashing to the ground with a trail of white behind her.

The impact was visible almost immediately as a large gust of wind was sent in all direction with the shockwave following behind it and crushing the ground beneath them. Cinder tried to slowly get up hoping that she could somehow escape this situation however before she even got an inch off the ground King brought his handle into her wound and looked down at her.

"So Cinder," King began as he pressed down into her wound. "Tell me how does it feel knowing that all your effort was in vain?" King asked in a mocking tone as he looked at the female. Cinder gritted her teeth hearing this and looked at King with a slight smile.

"It doesn't matter, I'll die before you get anything useful out of me," Cider said as she looked at the male clearly just trying to spite him.

"A valid point," King said as his scythe disappeared and his hand grew armor and claws. King then plunge his hand into her abdomen sending her into a large amount of pain. She tried not to show any reaction but failed in doing so. However much to her horror, it suddenly became much easier to breath showing that blood was no longer filling her lungs, in fact, if anything it felt like blood was leaving them.

Cinder then looked down and saw that the blood from her wound was now starting to retreat back into it. King then used the hand that was still embedded in her stomach to grab her spine and lift her off the ground causing a large amount of pain as he did. "Now I can get all the information want out of you," King said as he looked at her.

"What did you do?" Cinder asked as she looked at the male.

"I'm using my semblance to control your blood. Forcing it to ignore your wounds and trauma and circulate regularly. This way you won't die from bleeding out," King said as he looked at the female before chuckling slightly. "You know it's kind of funny," King began as he pinned her to a tree and began to stroke her lips in a creepy and suggestive manner, just trying to instill some more fear into her about what he might do to her.

"You're always acting so calm and composed. However now I can feel your entire body trembling in fear, and the funny thing is, I'm not even controlling the chemicals in your brain as I did with Emerald," King said as he looked at the female. Cinder looked away hearing this trying to deny his claim. However, as she did King once again forced her to look at him.

"You know, it would be so easy to kill you now. Rip out your spine, freeze your insides, boil you inside out, feed you to the countless Grimm that live in these foods, or I could just let you bleed out," King said as he looked at the female. "But all that's far too boring for my taste, that and I promised a friend that he could have his fun with your before I continued with my plans," King said as he looked at the female in front of him.

"You know leaving little Emmy alone in a world like this would be cruel. I'd also hate to see loyalty like her goes to waste, the fear I inspired in her should have had her telling me everything she knew the instant she felt it. However, she held out on me for nearly a minute before saying anything. Such loyalty going to waste should be a crime, so you won't mind if I steal her away from you right? What am I saying? Of course, you don't!" King said as he looked at her.

He then backed away from the tree pulling Cinder by her spine as he did. "Come now Cinder, let's go talk to the people you've been pushing around," King said as he began forcing Cinder to walk. "I'm sure they'll love to bully you in return,"
