Name: The name your mama gave you. Okay, LOL, I'm joking, yes the name is required, but I don't want to offend anyone, who migh choose for their character to have no mom. And anny kind of names are welcome, not only Korean, Japanese etc. Just let's be real here for a moment, kpop industry is based on that ethnicity, so why fight it? But wait.... This is war, right? So why not! Go ahead any nationality is welcome ^-^
Stage name: We all know it's majorly important so please choose wisely! Something easy to memorize, but standing out. Your own brand.
Birthdate: Year-Month-Day. Please write it in numbers and letters. Ages are welcome wide range, just it's logical that anyone, who is debuting with a group is at least 16 years old. Please understand that and match date of birth with your age, which you should write in brackets.
Nationality: Anything you prefare ^-^
Family background: As you might have noticed I'm not asking for your family and everything. Because to be honest it's almost never used and all, if anything from that are will be needed I'll contact you, don't worry. But now the family background will be one of the major points in judging an application. If you want you can come up with relative names, but it's not necessary, just call them mom, dad, sister, brother... etc. Please be creative with this one. I really enjoy your ideas, it's great when people use their imagination. And let's not forget that all the girls have secrets and reasons and they all have developed in the past so family background is a big part of application.
Personality: Bubbly, sassy, bossy. Be creative come up with your combinations and write as much as possible I really want to develope the right picture of the girls before I choose final members. I want them to have their own character that could be easily recognized from others. Since all of them is going to be as my children I will support your pick of personality, even if it has grumpiness or fakeness involves because that's a thing too. And quite common xD
Appearance: Choose a portrayer freely. Since your taste can be way different from mine I don't want to take an oportunity to be as anyone who is more likeable for you. So that's why I don't add possible portrayers as you can choose anyone.

BTS: If you read prologue, and I hope you did, guys of Bangtan Boys has a big say in this choice, so even if I hate to ask for it... please sort out them from 1-7 as in your bias list. No more than two members can be in the same spot, but appreciate if you sort it out clearly.
