Lunch with my family was fun. We talked about what life was like when I was there and when I wasn't. It was awesome. And Gomin and his parents also joined, of course.

"Oh tell her about the time when Kate put blue dye in Sinayas shampoo." said Robby, laughing.

"Oh ya. Sinaya scolded me because I didn't finish my history work and I got mad so I put blue hair dye in her shampoo. She was sooo mad and I got in a lot of trouble but it was worth it." said Kate, laughing.

"I know how she feels." I said.

"What do you mean?" asked Kameron.

"When I was younger, Jace and Janet did the same thing to me except it was green dye." I explained.

Everyone laughed.

"I really want to meet Jace and Janet." said Kate. "They seem like my kind of people."

"Oh they are. Trouble makers." I replied.

"Hey, I'm not a trouble maker." pouted Kate.

Suddenly I had an idea.

"Hey, maybe I can bring them over one day. And Danny!" I said, feeling excited.

Complete silence.

"Honey, you can't tell anyone." explained Queen Tara.

"Why not?" I asked.

"Because it's the rule. Humans don't have magic and you know how they are. We will be risking Charilot." Said Queen Tara.

"But Queen Tara, Danny and the twins won't tell if I tell them not too." I said

"It's to risky. For us and especially for them. And you can call me mom, you know that right?" she replied.

"Oh ya. Well, can I call you Tara for now?" I asked.
It didn't feel right just yet.

"Of course." she replied. She looked a little disappointed.

"How come Rob and Sadie were told about this then?" I asked

"Those were....special occasions." said King Sorak.

"Look you can't tell anyone. Especially Danny" said Gomin.

"Fine. I won't." I said, feeling grumpy.

We continued talking and eating. At last I was ready to go home.

"Well, I guess I'll see you guys around." I said, not knowing what to say.

"Ya. Visit soon!" said Robby, giving me a bear hug.

"Will do" I replied. "Oh, I should put my other clothes on." I said, looking at the clothes I took from my closet.

"No! It's yours remember." said Sorak.

"Oh ok. Well bye guys." I said after giving everyone a hug.

Kameron and I started walking.

"So how exactly do I get back home?" I asked.

"The same way you came here." replied Kameron.

"Oh ya." I said.

"You don't know how to do it, do you?" asked Kameron with a smile.

I elbowed him, playfully.

We went to the back garden.

"Ok. When you came here, you pictured you favorite place. Then a door appeared. This time, you picture a place on earth. It doesn't have to be your favorite, though. It could be anywhere." explained Kameron.

"Oh. But how do I get the Key?" I asked. I don't remember where I left it.

"I might have lost it." I said a bit embarrassed.

He chuckled. "You can never lose your Key. It's a part of you. It will appear when you need it."

"How is that even possible.?" I asked with a raised eye brow.

"Magic." he replied, wiggling his eye brows.

"Ok well I need it now. So where is it?" I asked.

"Hmmm....check your pocket."

I rolled my eyes. No way that's possible but I reached into my pocket and....the key!

"Well.....ok." I said

He chuckled. "Ok now picture where you want to go. It has to be somewhere no one will be."

"Of course, my room." I said.

"Perfect. Close your eyes and picture your room."

I closed my eyes and did what he said.
When I opened my eyes, the same door as earlier was standing there.

"What are those palaces?" I asked referring to the four palaces on the door.

"Those are the kingdoms." explained Kameron.

I recognized one of them as the one my family is living in, with the blue top.

"Which kingdoms?" I asked.

"The one with the blue top is our palace. The one with snow all around is the Laris palace. The black, dark one is the Malgins and the Damtals also live there. And the last one is the Carsims." he explained.

"Ok. What now?" I asked

"Just insert the key and poof. Your home."

"Oh ok."

"It was nice meeting you, again. I missed you." said Kameron.

I smiled.

We hugged and I opened the door.

"You gonna come?" I asked him.

"No. But don't be a stranger. Visit soon." He said.

"I promise I will." Of course I would.

I stepped through the door and had the same feeling as I did the first time. Like I was free falling then the feeling stopped as soon as it appeared.

I was standing in my bed room.
Well.....what just happened. I sat on my bed and processed everything. It was too much. I walked downstairs to find everyone sitting in the living room.

"Mom. Dad."

They looked at me and stood up.

"Oh, Mickey" whispered mom as she gave me a tight hug.

"What's going on?" asked Jace.

"Where were you?" asked Janet

"Uh I-uh" I didn't know what to say. I couldn't tell them.

"That is non of our concern, now is it." Said mom, with a raised eye brow.

They both shrugged and went back to their food.

"We need to talk." I said.

Mom and dad looked at each other.

"Later." Dad said.

"Spill."

Mom, dad and I were in dads office.

Jace and Janet went to their friends house.

"What exactly do you know?" mom asked.

"They told me everything except I don't know how you two got involved in all this." I said. I don't know if they actually told me everything but....

"Well, when your mom and I got married, we moved to this house." started dad.

"And one day a couple moved next door. It was your mom and dad." said mom. "You see, your mom had always wanted to see earth and so your dad surprised her by bringing her here."

I thought about that. That's cute. I smiled.

"It was getting tough for them so they came here. And one day we saw them doing magic and well, they told us everything. We were fascinated and we promised we wouldn't tell." explained dad.

"Then even after they went back, we stayed in contact. But then war broke out. We hadn't heard from them for a long time. We were worried." mom said. "Then out of nowhere they came here. Told us about the prophecy and so we agreed to take you in." finished mom.

I didn't know what to say. It was a lot of information to process in such a short time.

"And we are happy to have you in our life." dad said.

"But we know that...that you can go back home now that they decided to tell you everything. And we are ok with It." mom said close to tears.

I smiled.

"Mom, dad. You know I can't just leave. I refused their offer of staying with them. I want to live here with you guys." I said. Then I hurriedly added "If that's fine with you guys. But I can go live with them if you want."

Mom crushed me in a hug. "Oh dear no, I want you to stay here with us. I don't care how selfish I sound."

Dad joined in the group hug.

After we talked some more, I decided to go to my room.

I walked in and went to my bed. I was so tired that I instantly fell asleep.

I groaned knowing I was in another dream. It was the same place I dreamt of after I fainted. It was dark and cold like before. But this time I was alone with a single man. His back was towards me. Then he suddenly turned towards me.

I woke up gasping for air. I was in my room. I sighed. The man...I didn't get to see his face but I did see a mark on his temple. But I couldn't figure out what mark I saw.

I stood up and went to my bathroom. I washed my face and went back to my bed. I picked up my phone from the dresser to check the time. It was 6:08pm. And I had 20 missed calls and 5 messages. 1 missed call from Hilary and the rest from....Danny.

Oh no.

I opened the first message.

"Hi Mickey. Answer your phone! I want to know what time we are going to the movies today."

Oh no the movies! I forgot all about the plan I made with Danny.

"Did you forget about our plan? Why won't you answer? Hope you didn't forget 😒."

"Ok the fact that you are not answering your phone and ignoring my messages is not a good sign. Are you ok?"

"Mickey! What's going on? If your planning to cancel, please just tell me. The movie is at 5:15."

The last message was sent at 5:30 and I opened it.

"You could have just told me you couldn't make it."

The fact that he didn't even say anything mean at last was what hurt most. He thought I was ditching him.

Oh no Danny.....

I decided to call him although I had no idea what I was going to say. I couldn't tell him the truth.

"Hello" answered Danny.

"I'm so so so so sorry Danny. I know I'm a horrible friend. I'm so sorry."

"Your not horrible." he sounded a bit hurt.

"Yes I am. I'm SO sorry. I didn't have my phone and then I fell asleep because I wasn't feeling well and I just woke up!"

I felt even more terrible lying to him. He deserved a better friend.

"It's fine. I thought you ditched me for Gomin to be honest. Are you feeling ok?" he asked sounding worried.

"Oh I'm perfect. Don't worry. But I'm sorry."

"It's fine really. I was really mad at first but how can I stay mad at my girl".

I laughed. "Your the best."

"And don't you forget it."

"Haha I'll try. But I do want to hang out."

"Wanna meet up at the park?" he asked.

"Sure."

We hanged up. I grappled a jacket and walked to the park. It was a nice weather.

I got to the park before Danny. I sat on the swing waiting for him.

"Guess who." someone said with their hands covering my eyes.

"Santa"

"No. Guess again"

"You sound like an old person."

"Ouch" Danny said pulling his hand away and sitting on the swing next to me.

"I'm really sorry."

"It's fine. Many people think I sound like an old man."

"I wasn't talking about that!" I exclaimed, rolling my eyes.

He laughed. "It's fine."

"Come on, I'll buy you ice cream to show you how sorry I am." I said taking his hand.

"Oh you must be REALLY sorry since you want to actually buy the ice cream."

"Be quite or else you are paying."

"Yay Ice cream for dinner!" he exclaimed.

We walked to the small ice cream shop we always go to and bought our ice cream. I got strawberry and Danny got his usual classic vanilla.

We talked about non sense. I had fun. I missed hanging out with Danny. I wish I could tell him about all that happened.

"Remember when the principle caught you drawing on Ricks locker." I said.

"Oh ya. It wasn't my fault. Rick really made me mad."

"The principle was so angry when he caught you." I laughed.

"Ya especially when you came and tried to take the blame for me. You kept insisting that you drew it even though the principle saw me drawing it with his own eyes."

I laughed even more. "Ya and he gave you a week of detention and gave me two weeks because I tried lying."

He laughed. "Then I said that it wasn't fair. And at last he got so irritated that he ended up giving us both three weeks of detention."

We laughed. "Best detention ever." I said.

We finally got to my house.

"Well I had an awesome time." I said.

"Ya me too. Beats going to the movies." he replied

"You want a ride?" I asked.

"No. I'm going to Ryan's"

Ryan was Danny's guy friend. They've been close since the 6th grade. Around the same time Hilary became my friend.

"Oh ok have fun."

"Thanks. Goodnight Mickey."

"Goodnight." We gave each other a hug and he left.

I went to my room. It was 8pm. I had fun with Danny. I really wished I could tell him about Charilot and my family. It was a big part of my life and I wanted to share that with him. I wanted him to meet my siblings and my parents. But I knew I couldn't.
I took a quick shower and went to bed. I fell asleep almost instantly.
