Irene's POV.

A content sigh escapes my lips as I bite into the muffin I made. Damn, does it feel good to cook, I used to love making recipes from my mom's cookbook when I had an apartment with Mia during university. Alex ruined that for me, I was never allowed to do anything I wanted to. Cooking reminds me of those small memories I had with mom and it always helped me calm down.

I walk out of the kitchen with the fresh batch of chocolate chip muffins on a plate for Reese and Tyler. Reese. He makes me feel like I belong and every moment we share together makes me fall him love with him more and more if that's even possible. He makes me see a possible future and gives me hope. He makes me feel loved and respects my opinions. I know its too much of wishful thinking but I really wish we never fall apart.

"Damn do I smell muffins?" Tyler's grinning face comes into view first as he's standing before my eyes switch to Reese's excited face. A smile immediately makes its way to my face, he looks so hot in his shorts and black shirt showing off his muscles. Yeah, I said hot.

"Well, you wanted real food so here you go," I say letting Tyler grab a muffin before turning to Reese who pulled me down to sit next to him.

"You should give this recipe to mom," Reese says munching on the muffin and drapes his free hand over my shoulders. I feel butterflies in my stomach as soon as he says that, so I guess I'm not the only one thinking about a future together. "Well first she needs to like me which I don't know if she will because I'm putting her son through so much trouble already and it's mom's recipe, I'd love to share it with her,"

I rant my thoughts out just loud enough for Reese to hear it and give Tyler a quick look to find him stuffing his face into another muffin, "She already knows you worth all of it when she gets to know how happy you make me feel,"

Reese kisses my forehead reassuringly before getting back to the muffin and I smile leaning my head on his shoulder. "How did you get this lucky?"

Tyler questions Reese with a whining tone which makes me giggle, "Nope I'm sure that I'm the lucky one here,"

I answer with a grin making Tyler give me a warm smile, "Pretty sure you're wrong about that but you're never going to accept the fact that I'm the lucky one,"

Reese points out with a smile dancing on his face making me shake my head in disagreement before he plants a kiss on my lips and pulls back before I could even kiss back.

"Never did I think, I'll be seeing him this happy again," Tyler says as Reese walks away into the kitchen to get another muffin for himself.

"He deserves to be happy Tyler, he's an amazing guy," I say with my heart feeling heavy but again I can't let my insecurities back. At least for Reese.

"Don't leave him okay? If he messes up, I'll kick his ass but just don't let him go,"

"I promise, I'll never leave him," my voice full of promise as Tyler smiles at me.

"And you can call me Ty,"

"Alright Ty," I smile at him as Reese comes back with three more muffins. Boys and their appetites. He sits down next to me before I grab a muffin for myself too and he gives the last one to Tyler.

It's just been a day since we got here but it feels so normal to spend time with Reese and Tyler. Tyler is growing on me and he seems like a changed man than what Reese described of him first. "I can't believe I had proper lunch, dinner and now amazing muffins for dessert,"

A small laugh escapes my lips at Tyler who's still devouring the muffins like a kid. Well, Reese is no different either, he stuffs in the last bite before returning his hand around my waist and pulling me close.

His fingers play with the hem of my t-shirt absentmindedly as he rests his head against mine, "You guys should get some sleep,"

Tyler points out looking at Reese all tired. He worked since afternoon and we didn't really sleep much in the morning as soon as we arrived either, "I think you're right,"

I reply as Reese stands up yawning, "Good night Ty," smiling I bid a good night as Reese is almost falling asleep standing.

"Good night you two," Ty shakes his head with a chuckle at Reese's half-asleep state. Reese and I walk back into the room with his hand still hanging loosely around my waist.

I close the door while Reese makes his way to the bed taking his t-shirt off, I keep the bed light turned on and climb onto the bed next to Reese who pulls me into his arms immediately, "Love you, Reese,"

Breathing in his scent, I start feeling sleep wash over, "Love you," he kisses my forehead before both of us fell into a peaceful sleep.

Squeezing my eyes shut as the sun rays wake me up, I snuggle deeper into Reese's arms. My safe haven. I open my eyes slowly to look at Reese's face, he's fast asleep with his arms protectively holding me close.

My fingers trace the bruise on his cheekbone that Alex gave him, "I'll never leave you, Reese," my voice barely a whisper as I kiss his chest. My fingers wander around tracing his lips and his stubble. I feel lucky and happy that I get to wake up next to him every day.

Suddenly his grip tightens around my waist pulling me close and snuggling down into my neck making me smile in surprise, "Good morning Reese,"

I say as I feel him kissing my neck, "Good morning, love," he says pulling back to look at my face with a smile reciprocating mine. He squints his eyes at the bright sun rays and gets back to kissing my neck making an unintentional moan escape my lips.

"Too early for that honey," I say teasingly pushing him off my neck and then sitting up. "Well don't I at least get a kiss?" he gives me an innocent looking grin before pulling me back onto him for a kiss which I instantly respond to.

His hand traces my back, rubbing gentle circles while the other squeezes my butt making me squeal in surprise breaking away from the kiss which makes Reese laugh making me laugh too.

He rolls us around so that I'm below him and kisses my nose, "I love it when you laugh," I smile pulling him into yet another loving kiss. Can I ever get enough of him? Nope.

"Another few more seconds and I'm not letting you get out of the bed today," he warns me and I stifle my giggle at how hard he's controlling himself before slipping away from under him. Before getting off the bed, I get closer to Reese who's still in the hovering position and teasingly kiss his neck and ear lobe, "Ughhh Irene," he groans trying to grab me but I already get off the bed and rush towards the washroom with a grin.

"I love you," I say blowing a kiss to a fully turned on Reese and run into the washroom closing the door as I see him run towards me. "I'm going to tease you the entire day Irene and not going to let you sleep tonight sweetie,"

I gasp at his smirking tone, can't say I'm worried because well it's Reese and well I'm probably going to enjoy seeing him try to tease me all day long. I smile making my way to the sink to brush my teeth and then take the pill that is much needed with Reese around because seems like we're always making love.

I walk out of the room in a fresh pair of t-shirt and three-fourth yoga pants with my long hair still damp, the smell of cinnamon hits me making my stomach growl in hunger. Making my way to the kitchen, I see Reese making French toasts and grin at his shirtless body and still damn messy hair from the shower. Well, he didn't make a move on me yet which is surprising making me sad.

"Breakfast smells amazing," I beam with excitement as Reese gives me a smirk before handing me a plate and grabbing one for himself along with some maple syrup.

"Where's Ty?" I ask Reese as we settle down at the dining table next to each other. "He had some work to get to, he'll be back tomorrow morning,"

I look at Reese's mischievous expression before realizing what that meant, he get's to tease me all day without having to think about Ty being around, starting now. I could already feel my face red with embarrassment. I bought myself trouble didn't I now?

I quickly dig into the breakfast and hear Reese chuckle before he dug into his breakfast too. A moan escapes my lips at the amazing flavor of the French toast before I turned to Reese, "This is amazing!"

He lets out a small laugh before I got back to the simple yet the best tasting French toast ever. The rest of the breakfast goes in silence.

"Want some coffee?" I ask Reese as I grab the plates and head towards the kitchen after he nodded with the last bit of toast stuffed in his mouth. He's such a kid at heart and that's what makes me love him even more.

Once I washed the dishes, I head over to get the coffee maker running. I feel Reese's arms wrap around my waist from behind making me lean back into his body, his lips make their way to my neck and then my shoulder bone making me moan before turning me around. He leans down pulling me into a kiss, making me want to ask him to take me right here but yikes, not in the kitchen.

He bites my bottom lip almost too gently but making me moan and get breathless as we pull back. He leans forward to my ear, "And that's what you call teasing,"

Biting my earlobe with a smirk, he makes me gasp before leaving me feeling hot and desperate. I'm not going to last another teasing session like this because I'll probably just give in and drag him to bed myself. Oh, Irene what the fuck did you get yourself into?
