3. Fights, Fangirls, and Fear
// Gabriel's POV
He had been avoiding Sam all day. He had seen him in the halls but he kept walking.
But it seemed as if Sam wanted to talk to him. But Gabriel was annoying so he stayed away.
Gabriel was on his way to his last class of the day when he heard screaming and everyone in the halls began to run past him and around the corner.
Curious, Gabriel followed. Turns out they were all gathering in a circle, yelling and cheering. Gabriel rolled his eyes and began to walk away when he heard someone yell above the crowd.
"Aw come on Sammy! Get up!" They yelled.
Gabriel turned back around. He should've guessed, Sam was in there being beaten up.
Gabriel sighed and began to walk away but he heard screaming. Loud, panicking screaming and then everyone was laughing.
Gabriel stopped walking and turned back around to face the crowd.
They were laughing and cheering.
Gabriel ran back and pushed himself through the crowd.
"Move...out of the...way!" He yelled, pushing through everyone.
He made his way slowly to the middle where Sam was being beat by the same guy who had been beating him earlier.
Sam was on the floor, curled into into a ball, his arms around his head for protection.
Gabriel ran towards the guy and pushed him off of Sam.
"What the fuck?! Do you wanna be beat too?" He asked, glaring at Gabriel.
"Just leave him alone!" Gabriel yelled and stood in front of Sam.
Sam sat up and scooted himself towards Gabe.
"Gabe...no stop."
Gabriel stood his ground and was about to be punched in the face when a hand stopped it from happening.
"Get your hands off of me, Winchester!" He yelled.
This so called 'Winchester' scoffed and twisted his arm back and then punched him square in the jaw causing the guy to crash into the lockers and fall onto the ground.
"Up you go, Sammy." He said and helped Sam stand.
"Dean...I'm fine." Sam sighed and wiped his mouth, which was currently dripping blood.
"Yea whatever, I'll patch you up in the nurse's office." Dean smiled and pet Sam's back. He turned to look at Gabriel and smiled widely.
"Thanks for helping my brother. You know what? Take him to the nurse's office for me...I need to check on something." Dean smiled and walked off. ((He's going to mess with Cas for that one plan :( sorry))
Gabriel stood there awkwardly for a while before looking at Sam.
"Are you gonna help me or stand there for a few more years?" Sam bitch faced.
Gabriel rolled his eyes and walked Sam to the nurse.
+++++
"Why were you in that mess anyway?" Gabriel asked, watching Sam wash his hands from any blood he touched. His mouth and forehead had the bandages he needed so that was okay.
"Reasons." He replied.
Gabriel rolled his eyes and sat down on one of the chairs they had.
"It was the only way I figured you'd talk to me." Sam shrugged.
Gabriel looked up at him and narrowed his eyes.
"What do you mean?"
Sam cut off the water and turned to face him.
"You've been ignoring me all day! And it is my fault that it happened. I've been trying to talk to you to fix what I did but every time you saw me, you'd walk away!"
Gabriel looked away.
"Well sorry. Why did you want to talk to me anyway?"
Sam sighed and crossed his arms, leaning against the counter by the sink.
"I needed to fix things. Listen, I'm sorry. I'm having a pretty bad day and then you started following me. I didn't mean it when I said you were annoying. You're actually kinda cute-- I mean cool and well, just...forgive me? Please?"
Sam was making this puppy face at him that made Gabriel wanted to run up to him and either kiss him or squish his cheeks.
He knew he was blushing...and he needed to stop.
"Y-yea...whatever it's fine..." Gabriel smiled, looking away from him.
Sam's face lit up and he nodded.
"Okay, Mr. Winchester, you're all patched up and you can go to class." The nurse smiled.
Sam and Gabriel nodded and exited the office.
"So...I have this class with you..." Gabriel stated.
Sam slowly nodded and walked them both to class.
"I really am sorry..." Sam mumbled.
Gabriel smiled and shook his head.
"It's fine...don't worry. I mean...I'm kinda used to it..." Gabriel sighed.
Sam smiled sadly at him and ruffled his hair, walking into their class and explaining to the teacher what happened.
Gabriel walked to a seat in the bag and unwrapped a lollipop, plopping it into his mouth.

// Castiel's POV
"Cas!" He heard someone yell behind him.
Castiel turned around and watched Dean run up to him.
"Yes?" He asked.
"I was just wondering if we could check out a few places after school?" Dean asked, rubbing the back of his neck.
Castiel felt his cheeks grow hot.
"I uh...sure. I'll have to talk with my brothers about it...then I can go." Cas smiled.
Dean smiled widely and nodded.
"Okay great! Where are you going?" He asked as Castiel continued to walk.
"Gym." Cas sighed.
"Oh, good luck with that." Dean smiled and walked off. "I'll see you after school then!"
Castiel nodded and walked the rest of the way to his gym class.
+++++
"What's your name?" The coach asked.
"Castiel Novak."
The coach nodded and looked around the gym.
"Are you into sports?" He asked.
"Um...not really...I'm not very good at them to begin with." Castiel admitted.
The coach broke into a smile and nodded.
"Yea. Same. I mean I'm good a sports but I hate 'em. You can go sit with that redhead on the bleachers and if any administrator comes in, just pretend you're sick or something...works every time."
Castiel smiled widely and nodded.
He looked around the gym before spotting a girl with red hair, glasses, and a purple jacket, scribbling something in a notebook.
Castiel slowly made his way over to her and sat down.
The girl looked up at him and narrowed her eyes before smiling.
"Hi! I'm Charlie Bradbury."
"Castiel Novak. Pleasure to meet you." He smiled.
She nodded and continued to write in her journal.
"So we don't have to do anything?"
Charlie looked up at him and smirked.
"Hells no we don't."
"But what about our grade? Wont we be failing horribly if we don't do anything?"
"Nope. The coach fills in those grades, besides, all they do is play random sports." She explained.
Castiel nodded fiddled with his bag. He glanced over at Charlie and noticed she was wearing a Deathly Hollows shirt under her jacket.
"Hey! Nice shirt."
Charlie looked up at him and smiled.
"Thanks." And with that, she went back to scribbling in her journal.
Curious, Castiel scooted closer and glanced at what she was writing. He knew it was wrong but she seemed to think he was another guy who knew nothing of the fandom world when actually, that was all he lived for. Maybe she was writing something that he would know about.
Castiel leaned far enough to see what she was writing and almost bursted out into a laughing fit but ended up blushing madly-- how does that even happen?
"Is that. . .fanfiction?"
Charlie's writing slowed down and she glanced back at him.
"W-what? No. . ." She stretched out.
"You sure? Cause I'm pretty sure I saw something about John running his tongue up Sherlock's
c-- "
"OKAY!" She screamed, covering his mouth. "Fine, I am writing fanfiction and it is Johnlock but that's only because my laptop crashed and I forgot my phone at home today and I have all these ideas but this journal is the only thing I have to write them down. So yea." She sighed.
Castiel smiled widely. Charlie's expression however changed.
"Wait...you said your name was Cas, right?" She asked. She looked a bit worried.
"Yea. Why?"
She bit her bottom lip nervously and sighed.
"Dean talked about you during lunch...just be careful. Dean may be a bit too playful."
Castiel slowly nodded and scrunched his brows together. Why would he have to worry about Dean? He seemed like a nice person. And he was very attractive.
He shouldn't need to worry about him...right?

// Michael's POV
Lucifer was everywhere!
He was probably just worried about him or something but he was just everywhere.
But Michael was doing fine.
It wasn't as bad as what had happened earlier.
But people were talking...they would point and whisper.
Michael felt smaller than before. He knew they could see the fear in his eyes.
"Hey it's that guys who freaked out in the middle of the hall!"
"No way!"
"Is he sick?"
"I heard he was crazy."
"That's rude. He might just have anxiety."
"Still crazy."
"Shut the fuck up, asshole."
Michael looked at Lucifer who was yelling at the guy who called him crazy.
"You think you can just make fun of him because of what happened earlier? Well you can't. Cause I'm here to protect him, got that?" He sneered.
Michael gulped and walked away quickly. He didn't need Lucifer's protection.
Michael was just about to walk up the stairs when a bunch of screaming people ran down the hall. Probably headed to see some stupid fight but they pushed Michael around and everything was spinning. He had no idea what was happening.
The last thing he noticed was that he was pushed into a doorway and the door locked shut.
When Michael tried to open it, it was locked-- from the outside.
Michael groaned and took a deep breath. It was dark and he had no idea where he was. He stretched his arms out to see how big the room was and realized he didn't have much room. He could barely move around.
Michael pulled out the flashlight on his phone and the first thing he managed to shine the light on was this only top part of a three-dimensional human diagram thing-- you know the ones with the eyes and guts and stuff.
He nearly dropped his phone at the sight of it. He moved the light around and realized he was in some sort of storage room-- closet. But there were mannequins everywhere.
Michael was freaked out already with the small space but all the freaking things in the room and-- OH MY GOD THERE WAS EVEN A CLOWN IN THE CORNER!
Michael gasped and dropped his phone.
It was too cramped.
He banged on the door, trying to let anyone hear him.
Michael slid down the door and brought his knees up to his chest. He placed his hands over his ears and rocked back and forth.
"It's okay...nothing's gonna hurt you...the freaking clown wont move...it's not...it can't."
He realized his breath was getting short and his eyes were tightly shut.
Michael slowly opened them and looked around. The room appeared smaller now. It was all closing in on him.
Michael banged on the door again and tried opening it but nothing happened.
There were shadows everywhere and the clown somehow ended up on the floor.
Michael felt tears running down his cheeks.
"Help! Please help me!" He yelled.
He rocked himself back and forth again and shut his eyes.
"Help me..."
It seemed like forever when the door swung open.
"Michael!" He heard.
Michael slowly opened his eyes and looked up. His eyes stung from the light and all the crying he had done.
Lucifer stood there with one of the school janitors.
"L-Luci...fer..." Michael sighed.
Lucifer smiled softly and helped him out. He grabbed his phone and handed it back to him.
"How the hell did you even get in there?" The janitor asked.
"I...people were running...I was pushed in here from all the commotion." He explained.
Lucifer sighed and shook his head. He somehow managed to wrap his arm around Michael's waist...((it sails itself)).
The janitor nodded and locked the door again.
"Sorry you had to go through that. That's the freakiest room in the school." He sighed.
Michael nodded in agreement, thanked him and walked away, Lucifer still with him.
"You really should be more careful." Lucifer sighed.
Michael pouted and looked away.
"Aw don't be mad at me..." Lucifer smiled. "Are you alright?"
Michael nodded and kept walking.
Lucifer ruffled his hair with his other hand and smiled widely.
"Well, I'm glad you are."
Michael glanced at him and looked away quickly.
Lucifer had walked him all the way to his class.
"See you later, Mikey." He smirked.
"Bye, Satan." Michael retorted.
Lucifer chuckled and ruffles his hair again before walking away.
Michael sighed and walked into his class.
What a crazy day it's been.
