All day Hermione tried her best to ignore Harry and Ron, she spent most of her day in the library hiding behind books thinking about what she was going to do.

"Didn't see you at dinner" a voice says, Hermione looks up from her book and sees Draco Malfoy, she puts down her book "didn't want to face Harry and Ron" Hermione says.

Draco sits down in front of Hermione "I'm not a bad guy, you know that right?" Draco asks "yes I know" Hermione says "well you can't just skip food all the time now, you have to face them, remember you have classes with them too" Draco says.

Hermione rolls her eyes "I know that Malfoy, I'm just avoiding them right now, and why do you care? You never cared about me before" Hermione says standing up "I care because my family is being framed for your parents murder, I want revenge, I want the school to know who really killed your parents and I'm sure you do too" Draco says standing up about to walk away but looks at Hermione one more time "we can start by making Potter and Weasley jealous, there is always an empty seat next to me in potions" Draco says walking away.

Hermione enters the Gryffindor common room "where the hell have you been, we have been worried" Ron says, Hermione stops walking and looks at Harry and Ron sitting on a sofa "library, studying" Hermione says as she starts walking to her dorm but Harry grabs her wrist making her jump "Hermione we are worried about you, please, maybe we can just sit down and share some jokes to cheer you up" Harry says, Hermione pulls her wrist out of Harry's grip and walks to her dorm leaving Harry and Ron alone.

The next morning Hermione enters the great hall, she looks over and Harry and Ron but then looks over at Draco, he's sitting alone at the Slytherin table.

Hermione makes her way over to the Slytherin table and takes a seat next to Draco making him jump in fright "morning" Hermione says not looking at Draco, she grabs an apple and bites into it "what?" Hermione asks making eye contact with Draco "N-Nothing just why you sitting with me?" Draco asks "better you then Harry and Ron, plus i thought your invited me too" "no I invited you to sit with me in potions, just...whatever, you will probably be questioned as Potter and Weasley are looking this way" Draco says.

"What are you doing to Hermione?" A voice says behind Draco as he is walking to the room of requirement, Draco turns around and sees Harry "what?" Draco asks "I saw you sitting with her this morning, what's that about? She hates you after what your death eater parents did" Harry says "my parents didn't do a thing and you know it Potter" Draco says walking up to Harry "your parents are death eaters, they would kill any innocent person" Harry says "my parents aren't death eaters Potter, at least I have alive parents" Draco says "you're a bloody death eater Malfoy, stay the fuck away from Hermione" Ron says walking out from behind Harry, Draco looks at Ron "you have no reason or evidence to call me that Weasley, at least I don't lie to my friends about another family murdering their parents, she hates you two now, she had to find out the truth from overhearing you two talk, should of told her the truth from the start, so what should be said is, stay the fuck away from her" Draco says walking away.

Draco enters the library and sits across from Hermione, he slams his fists in the table making Hermione jump "what's wrong?" Hermione asks "Potter and Weasley, I accidentally told them how you found out, I'm such an idiot it just came out as they were insulting my parents" Draco says, he puts his head in his hands "it's alright, I can't stand them either right now, they act like nothing has happened, also Dumbledore wants to see me in his office in an hour, I'll just come up with a reason to not go" Hermione says.

Draco looks up at her "dumbledore asked for you?" Draco asks as Hermione nods her head "yes he did" Hermione says "what do you think it's about?" Draco asks "don't know and probably never will, I'm not going, I'll just say I ended up falling asleep early in my dorm" Hermione says "ok, I need to go and speak to Snape anyway" Draco says standing up "on Friday, when you requested to speak to me but Harry and Ron didn't allow it, what did you tell Snape? I saw you two talking then he looked at me" Hermione asks "Snape knows the truth, all the teachers do, I'm just more connected to him and I trust him more, he wanted you to know the truth" Draco says walking away.
