Dagger's POV

After walking back out of the Ratway and started back towards the sanctuary and huffed in annoyance.

"Who knows how long I have been gone. I need to get at Skyfall temple soon, or else I might be too late." I mutter and I called out a dragon, Dunhiverr (can't spell his name right) and got on his neck. "Head to the sanctuary. Quickly." I ordered and we were soon off towards Falkreith.

As soon as we got there, when I got off the dragon's neck, he disappeared and I walked into the sanctuary.

"Dagger!" I heard a noticeable voice call out to me and Veezara makes a bee-line towards me. "What happened to you? You were gone for too long."

"Some of Boethia's followers captured me and I was at the Ratway for a while." I said.

Veezara nodded and noticed something. "What's that on your hand?" I blusher heavily and grabbed it.

"Brynjolf proposed." I said as my face turned darker. Veezara stiffened but nodded.

"Good for you." He said, it sounded kind of strained.

"Thank you. I need to get to Astrid now." I said and suddenly everything turned black. "Veezara! What happened?" I said as I reached out in a blind panic. A sinister laugh rang out and I cursed slightly.

"What do you want?" I growled out.

"I wish to give you a present, daughter." Boethia said.

"I am a child of Sithis not yours!" I shouted. Bpethia laughed again.

"I do not think of my followers as my 'children'." She said. "Merry Christmas dear." She said laughing once more and my body went stiff and everything went back to color.

"Dagger?" I heard a voice.

"Ugh..." I let out and I opened my eyes and saw Astrid looking at me with concern.

"Are you OK?" She said. I nodded. "Yeah, I had a bad day that's all." I said managing a smile.

"Well, that's not all that's bad." Astrid said.

"What?" I said and Astrid pointed at my left arm. It was glowing a darker than black, an eerie color and I shook slightly. "What is it?!" I said freaking.out.

"We don't know. We thought you knew." Astrid said.

My arm started to glow slightly darker and my skin was covered in darkness and Astrid started to look panicked.

"Dagger! Calm down! It looks like it has an affect when you are nervous!" She yelled and I took deep breaths and felt someone holding me.

"Are you okay now?" I heard Veezara said. I nodded and my skin went back to normal and I sighed relieved.

"That was strange." I said as I look at my arm, that faded back to semi- normalness.

"Yeah it was." Gabriela said. "What was it?"

"I have no clue." I muttered.
