Mistlefoot walked along the river with Snowcatcher, the two cats silent.

"Hey..." Mistlefoot started up a conversation quietly, causing Snowcatcher to turn towards them in slight surprise, "Yes?"

"You know...I know who the murderer is." Mistlefoot spoke slowly, choosing their words carefully. Snowcatcher turned to the multicolored cat sharply, shocked, "You don't think it's me, right?"

Mistlefoot shook their head, "No, not at all. But...I'm the murderer."

Before Snowcatcher has a chance to respond or even think to shout for help, Mistlefoot knocked him out like they did their previous victim. Casting their gaze at the water, the cat heaved a sigh, their blue eyes filled with regret.

But it was for their goal. That was why they were doing it. They had to. It was their goal.

Snowcatcher's muzzle was pressed into the water, and the unconscious cat started choking. It would be painless and fearless like their previous murder- of which the cause of death was breaking the spine while unconscious. It was instantaneous, Twistedtongue didn't even realize.

Of course, just drowning Snowcatcher would be easier than dropping Twistedtongue, though it would have been harder to cover up being completely wet when water was the actual cause of death. Mistlefoot used fuzzy leaves that were attached to the vine earlier to do it last time, but it only worked because they weren't soaked. Good thing the murderer only had to kill two cats for their goal; they didn't have to even try to cover it up.

Mistlefoot failed on that front last time- cats were too close, and the killer was forced to leave the vine they had used to drop Twistedtongue down the cliff at the scene. It was slightly surprising that no one noticed why the vine was tied to the tree during the investigation (Mistlefoot was too small to properly weigh the vine down; Twistedtongue would have just fallen), but Mistlefoot was thankful they didn't.

Snapping back to reality, Mistlefoot checked Snowcatcher's pulse- gone. At the same moment, Briarheart and Honeygaze took an unfortunate turn.

"Wh-What is going on?" Briarheart almost screamed, seeing what was going on. Mistlefoot stared Briarheart in the face, "I'm achieving my goal. See? I have one point now."

"You're...you really just..." Honeygaze stammered, and Mistlefoot nodded sadly, "Yeah...I wish I didn't have a violent goal, but...it's done now. Let's at least have a proper burial?"

Snowcatcher has been murdered by Mistlefoot!

Mistlefoot has achieved their goal, being the cause of two cats' deaths by murdering Twistedtongue and Snowcatcher! Because they murdered for a goal, they can't be punished for it.
Other ways they could have achieved their goal:
- Causing an environment related event
- Searching for and killing rogues
- Killing cats in a battle

"Start...start...start already!" Frostpool's voice was hushed, quiet as he frantically rubbed two sticks together. Continue...continue...hurry up and burn already!

"How hard could this be?" Frostpool had questioned before starting the task.

"Very difficult." Frostpool could answer now that he has been at it for a while.

Finally, finally!

The fire enveloped the area, devouring the nearby grass and getting stronger, stronger, stronger, stronger.

It was beautiful...and absolutely devastating.

Well...at least...at least this counts as an environment related event..?

Frostpool has started a forest fire! Cats can use /evacuate alone, /evacuate with (resource), or /evacuate with (cats) to evacuate the camp!

Only one evacuate command can be used this moon, but there is no limit to how many cats can evacuate together. When cats evacuate together, their rolls get averaged, meaning they will have the same result. Normal commands can still be used, but they will lower a cats' chances to escape safely.

Frostpool has achieved their goal, causing an environment related event. Because this was a goal, they can't be punished for it.
Other ways they could have achieved their goal:
- Starting a controlled forest fire
- Starting a small landslide
- Writing a message on soil

Joypelt didn't gather last moon! A punishment can be decided and voted on in the punishment discussion and voting chains.
