La famiglia Kawaguchi è conosciuta in tutta la prefettura di Saitama ed è temuta da tutte le altre gang e organizzazioni rivali. Nonostante ciò, Teruo non riesce a sopportare il manipolatore aziendale, che umilia "nella sua maniera". Anche Mariko, un altro membro della gang di Teruo, ha un conto in sospeso con il biondo con cui, però, preferisce parlarci in privato. La questione si infittisce e i retroscena si susseguono: Kurogane sembra non essere il diretto interessato. Quale è il crimine che ha commesso Kurogane? Quale è il segreto dietro la potenza della famiglia Kawaguchi e come fanno a governare le strade di Saitama?…
