Jotaro stood on the pier taking in the moment as the warm summer breeze bringing in fresh sea spray. He told his Uncle Josuke to meet him here after he was finished spending time with Joseph.

He should be here soon.

The boat on the horizon soon docked. Jotaro smiled at the sight on the deck. his best friend Noriaki Kakyoin stood tall with a wide smile, by his side was his younger adopted brother Manny Kakyoin, leaning and hanging off the side railing. The 12 year old puffing out his cheeks, obviously bored from the trip here.

The brothers got off the boat and the older one went right up to Jotaro and embraced him in a tight hug. "It's so good to see you, it's going to be just like Egypt again." The redhead laughed.

"We'll see about that." Jotaro huffed pulling down his hat out of habit to hide his smile.

"Can I go look around?" Manny asked sounding whiny, knowing that the two men were going to catch up before actually talk about their mission or the speedwagon foundation's findings. He didn't want to be stuck waiting around again with nothing to do.

"Sure, but don't run off too far." the Elder Kakoyin told him. "And meet us back here in about an hour."

Manny didn't hesitate and took off towards the town away from the peir. Kakyoin chuckled at the sight of his younger brother. "He grew up fast, didn't he?"

"Yeah it was like yesterday he was trying to kill us." Jotaro replied teasingly.

Kakyoin laughed in response.

Manny found a grassy verge in the middle of a empty road near a cafe, and sat down. He lazily looked around and saw a kid with grayish hair riding bike then cracked a smirk.

The kid was probably a few years older then him but he looked like the person he wanted to mess with.

Manny knew his stand wasn't as effective on people who were awake but his older brother Noriaki taught him how to better use his stand 「Death 13」he crossed his arms and focused his energy on making the boy hallucinate.

Koichi leaned his bike against a wall as he waited for Yukako. They planned on walking to the pier together to meet some friends of Jotaro who came to help them find the mystery killer.

He thought he heard carnival music and suspiciously looked around. He thought he saw an eyeball laying in the street and gasped before rubbing his eyes. But as soon as he removed his hands from his eyes there was nothing on the road. Koichi shook his head and tried to forget about it.

"Koichi!~" Yukako called as she sprinted towards her boyfriend.

"Yukako hi!" he replied with a smile as he waved to her.

As she finally reached him she leaned in for a kiss and right as Koichi was going to kiss her back he thought he saw a bushy mustashe on her face.

"AAAAH-!" He exclaimed as he jumped back then fell onto his butt.

Koichi blinked a few times and the facial hair eventually disappeared.

Manny who was still sitting a few meters away was laughing.

"What's wrong Koichi?" Yukako asked sounding worried.

"Nothing, I just thought you had a mustache."

The dark haired girl covered her mouth with her hand and felt her upper lip.

"No, I mean I see you don't but I've been seeing things, and hear this weird carnival music and- Could this be a stand user?!"

Yukako's eyes widened and she looked around. "It's possible, but I don't know if we can find them with all these people around."

Koichi looked around and he saw a few more things out of place someone blowing bubble gum, looked like a blinking eye, A dog with rainbow spots. A few more minuets pass as Koichi is distracted by the weirdness before Yukako has an idea. "Koichi, summon your stand, and we will be able to find the user since their eyes will be drawn to Echos."

"That's a great idea!" Koichi told his girlfriend, who had the fake mustache again.

Koichi summoned Echos act 2.
The stand flew over head a couple of meters.

Manny jumped at the sight of the green stand flying from the boy he had just been picking on. He had stopped laughing and quickly looked away, but it was too late he had already been spotted.

"Hey you!" Koichi called as he and Yukako started walking towards the grassy verge.

Manny's eyes widened and he tried to look innocent, which was easier when he was younger, or if he hadn't been caught off guard, he thinks to himself.

"Uh, who me?" Manny asked pointing at himself.

"Yeah." The tall dark haired girl replied darkly.

Manny gulped. Thinking it might be better just to run by the fierce look in the girl's eyes. He stood up and was about to take off when Yukako's Hair lurched forward to attack him. Manny put up his hands to protect his face his stand couldn't be summoned like it could in the dream world but his hands took the shape of Death 13's and took most of the blow

Koichi gasped noticing the robotic hands that were ghosting right over top the users hands.

Manny jumped backward and nearly tripped as he ran off towards the pier hoping his older brother or Jotaro would come to his aid.

Manny glanced back as he kept running, He saw Koichi peddling his bike with his girlfriend sitting on the handlebars she looked even angrier then when Noriaki was ready to kill him when he came home from Egypt to find him adopted by his parents.

When the pier was in sight he called out "Noriaki! Help!" He saw Jotaro and his older brother standing with two high school boys.

He ran to Kakyoin's side and clung to it trying to look as innocent as possible at the two older kids still chased after him on the bike.

Koichi and Yukako stopped the bike and got off of it. "Jotaro, who are these people? Are these the friends you were talking about?" Koichi started.

"The kid here was messing with Koichi, he has some kind of stand that makes illusions." Yukako shamelessly stated pointing at Manny.

Manny's face changed from a look of innocence to annoyance. "Of course you guys are Jotaro's friends." He groaned.

"Why do you always have to go get in trouble?" Kakyoin asked rhetorically.

Manny rolled his eyes. "How was I supposed to know they were stand users?"

"Give me a break." Jotaro muttered under his breath. "Koichi, Yukako, this is my oldest friend Noriaki Kakyoin, and his younger brother Manny Kakyoin." Jotaro introduced. "Manny the people you were picking on are Koichi, and Yukako. And these boys are Okuyasu, and my uncle Jouske."

Manny gave the once over to the young Joestar. "Yeah he looks like the geezer in those old photos." He then commented flatly about Jouske.

Josuke shuffled his feet and blushed lightly after having just spent the day with Joseph he still wasn't sure how he was supposed to respond to such a comment.

"Alright," Jotaro continued. "These two have been working with the Speedwagon Foundation to an extent, and are going to help us find the serial killer here in Morioh."

Manny smirked, he hoped that he could show off and put his improved Stand abilities to the test against a real threat.
