France is in chaos with bandits and looters running around the country. The Prussians hold West of the Rhine River and Paris. The British hold the North of France while the Royal French hold the territory along the Bay of Biscay and Versaille. The Remnants of Napoleon meanwhile hold the South along with Sardinia and Corsica. The bandits and looters have no main control, but rather are groups in cities and countryside fighting to live.

The scene takes place in Paris. All are able to participate today as we just started. Killing is not allowed this time around.
