Lydia's P.O.V.

"Today is the dinner rehearsal for Cassie and Stefan's wedding," Flora said excitedly, "We have already set up the ballroom as we know that Cassie and Stefan have chosen a location for the vows we decided to host this ceremony in our own home as it is tradition."

Zayn nodded, "The dinner rehearsal will be at 5 O'Clock tonight, and then tommorow there will be the actual dinner which will be held at 6 O'Clock."

Gently rubbing Cassie's shoulder I give her a side hug, to which she responded too, "I am so nervous,"

"Wanna run away? I have the perfect plan." I say jokily causing her to hit my stomach roughly,

"Shut up," She whispered back slightly smiling,

"You love me," Grinning I walk away from her towards my two little kiddo's "Hey babies."

Hunter and Vallie smiled at me brightly jumping in my arms, groaning I rested both of them on either hip, "Hey mommy," Hunter smiled as Vallie rested her head on my shoulder, my gaze left them meeting Flynn's who was longingly looking at us, I did say that I would give him another chance...inhaling sharply, I walk over to him, "Both of you are getting heavy."

Flynn smiled taking Vallie from me, who instantly clung to him, Hunter showed off his dimples, "Haha, Mommy loves me more."

"Hunter." I stopped him, and Vallie shrugged, "Flynn loves me more." My heart skipped a beat, I guess blood is thicker than water...Flynn's smile dropped I saw his eyes glaze over with tears I wanted to say something but I didn't know what.

"I love you both equally," He said quietly, "More than you both know."

Hunter tilted his head to the side a little as he looked between Vallie and him, "Mommy?"

"Mhm?"

"Vallie and Flynn kinda look alike right?" My breath hitched as he asked me that question, Flynn's eyes went into panic mode, "I mean a little, their eyes are the exact same momma."

Vallie giggled, "Stop being silly,"

Licking my lips I didn't know what to do, "Flynn?"

Flynn shook his head, "I think you are thinking a little bit too much little man," He set Vallie down basically pulling Hunter out of my arms, "Go play with Blue and Venny they have been waiting for you for a while."

Hunter looked at him confused shaking his head, "No I want momma."

"Me too," Vallie whined, "Momma I am hungry."

Grabbing their hands I give Flynn a reassuring look, "Let's go look what's in the kitchen,"

Everything was falling in place, but the truth that I had been hiding from them their whole life was begging to be let out now. Every time either had asked about their father I had switched the situation, I had changed the topic but now...with Flynn being around this topic has been raised so many times that I was beginning to run out of excuses.

Swallowing harshly I set Hunter and Vallie on the island, "Let's look for something light otherwise Grandma Flora is going to get mad if we eat too much."

"But dinner isn't till later," Hunter whined,

"Dimples, just wait."

"Yeah, Dimples wait," Vallie repeated after me mockingly,

"Momma, don't call me that." Hunter said firmly, "See now Vallie is making fun of me."

Turning around I hand them both yogurt tubes as I make them some tuna salad, "You will always be my little Dimples, and Vallie has a right to bother you, she is your sister, honey."

Hunter huffed, "Not fair, you two team up against me. Vallie doesnt have a stupid nickname."

I let out a light chuckle, "Dimples is cute."

"Momma!"

Shaking in my head, I continue to cut up the ingredients. "it's true!" Vallie pipped in.

Hunter crossed his arms in anger, as Vallie looked over at him teasingly... I would never let anything happen to them...never.

Flynn's P.O.V.

"Flynn!" Arlo yelled running across the field, "Flynn!" He seemed as if he was in a panic, sprinting towards me he waved a piece of paper in my face, "Read this,"

Confused I open my mouth to ask him what was going on but he shakes his head, "Read it Alpha."

Clearing my throat, I open the letter,

Flynn Ares Cloud aka Alpha,

I actually laughed while writing that, but since we have been playing this game of hiding seek for so long I thought that I would carry on the tradition.

Congratulations on finding out the truth, but now I heard you have my daughter Amora, captive...see I am shaking my head right now but you can't see...let my daughter go, and I'll let Lydia, Hunter, and Vallie live.

My eyes widened in panic, I have been keeping a close watch on your precious family since you decided to kick them out, well my daughter has...she has been planning to kill them for a while but I have stopped her each time. Make Amora the Luna, the three of them will live, and you don't have much time to think about it either my dear Alpha...tik tok...

There is a bomb in the kitchen, probably activated by the time you get this letter, and I am hiding somewhere near but far, from somewhere I can see the exact movements your lovely family is making but far enough where you cannot find me.

TIK TOK ALPHA...

Shoving the letter into Arlo's chest I run into the house towards the kitchen, "Lydia!" I scream through the intercom system on my phone. "Lydia get out of the kitchen!"

Arlo was right behind me, "Arlo finds that bastard, he's here in the mansion hurry!" Arlo gave me a quick nodd before going in a different direction, "Lydia!"

"Flynn I can't hear you!" I heard her yell back through the system "What is going on?"

"GET OUT OF THE KITCHEN AND TAKE THE KIDS!" I scream as loud as I can, panting I run faster trying to get them as fast as I could.

"Flynn, I can't hear you." There was too much static, panting I make it to the second level of the house, why the fuck did I make it so big? Almost there, almost there...sliding around the corners, I see the kitchen door there is slight hope in my eyes when...

. . .

BEEP...BEEP...BEEP... my ears were ringing, groaning I tried to get up but I fell to the ground instantly. My body was shaking with adrenaline, "Luna!"

"Hunter!" I hear Lydia scream, "Vallie!"  My heart was pounding, "Flynn help us!" Clenching my jaw I laid on my back, coughing,   "Hunter please open your eyes, Vallie!"

Willing myself to get up I closed my eyes bitting the pain back that was spreading across my chest and back, "Lydia!" I call, biting my lip I force myself up stumbling grabbing onto walls I make the short distance, my back screaming in protest, Lydia was half sitting up crying looking down at our two kids who were lying limp a few feet away from her. "Lydia."

She looked over to me her eyes filled in pain and slight hope as she saw me, "Flynn, Hunter, and Vallie, go to them."

"Your legs." I go on, "Fuck, can you move them?"

"Forget about me, They aren't responding to me."

My gaze followed hers, the kitchen was in bits, and the blast probably blew them away from each other, "Ow fuck." I hissed as I dropped to the ground, 

"What's wrong?" Lydia asked quickly, 

"Nothing baby," I couldn't tell her about my back, pushing back up I made it to our kids, "Dimples," I said shaking him, no response, "Vallie," Doing the same with her but against her was no response.  Panic filled my body again, leaning down I tried to listen to their heartbeat...Nothing. No, No please no, checking for a pulse I grab their wrists, "Come on, come on." I whispered, 

"Flynn?" Lydia whispered scared, "Do they have a pulse?"

My vision blurred, not having the strength to turn back to her I checked again, it was there but faint, "It's really faint," I whispered, my head began to spin, 

"Pump their chest," Lydia's voice echoed, "Flynn, pump their chest."  shaking my head I tried to do as she said, but the room began to spin, her voice was so weak from the impact...grunting I push down once... "Flynn, you are listening to me right?"

I heard her trying to get up but she cried out in pain two seconds later, my eyes blurred more, "Keep Fighting, Keep fighting." I whispered to myself, "Yeah Lydia, I am right here."

"Good,"

"Lydia?"

"Yeah?"

"Call for help." I say faintly, feeling my body go weak, "Now."
