Love
"I know it was you, so don't you fucking deny it, bitch!"
Arthur gasped and jumped as Christopher slammed the door to his room open, being followed by Alfred. "Did wha-"
"Don't you dare!" Christopher flipped the mattress, searching for holes, then searching around the room. "You're the one who shot Jiles! You killed him, somehow! Alfred, scan for weapons, communication, anything!"
Alfred nodded, his eyes trailing up an down to scan Arthur's body then looked around the room. "It is clear. No weapons, no communication device, and no way to leave the room."
Christopher punched the wall with a scream. "Fuck!"
The cyborg raised his coffee mug to his lips, watching Christopher as well as Arthur, an amused glint to his eyes.
Brown then stomped over to Arthur and grasped his hair. "You, my pet, are getting it up the ass! Someone has to pay for Jiles' death and you piss me off!" Christopher's hand shot down to Arthur's pants, but Alfred spoke up quickly.
"Brown. Boss needs you."
Arthur and Christopher both looked at the cyborg. Alfred had two fingers pressed to the device in his ear as he nodded. "He said it's urgent. He needs you immediately."
Christopher growled, tossing Arthur onto the mattress. "Fine. Stay here with my pet. Don't let him out of your sight." With that, he stomped out and slammed the door shut behind him. Arthur laughed, falling back on the mattress.
He stared up at the ceiling, then frowned. He sat back up and looked at Alfred, who was quietly sipping his coffee. "Why are you doing this? Your memory was wiped, wasn't it? Shouldn't you expose me?"
Alfred looked at Arthur for a moment, then smirked. He walked over, then crouched in front of Arthur. He set his coffee down and grabbed Arthur's hands with his own. "I should, but I ain't gonna." Arthur blinked, his eyes widened in the slightest. Then Alfred grinned brightly. "And they tried wiping my memory. Didn't work out on their end, but they thought it did." Arthur's brow furrowed, his fingers curling around Alfred's. "Instead of erasing the memories I had made with you, they brought back all my memories from before my death."
The Brit gasped. "What!? You- you remember!?"
"Yup!" Alfred laughed, tackling Arthur into a hug. "I missed you so much! You have no idea!"
"Alfred!" Arthur laughed, throwing his arms around said man. "I missed you, too!" He nuzzled his face into Alfred's soft hair. "I missed you so much, Alfred! Bloody hell, I missed you."
The American chuckled, kissing Arthur's cheek. "I know. I really missed you. I'm so sorry for everything that had put you through. I must have hurt you so bad."
Arthur shook his head and pulled away to look into Alfred's eyes. "But it was worth it. I got you back." Alfred smiled and leaned forward to press his lips to Arthur's own. "So, does this mean we can go back to HQ?"
Alfred frowned as they pulled apart and Arthur spoke. "No." Arthur frowned as well and was about to question him when he was cut off with a kiss. "I have to take down this facility, and I need your help. That's why I sent Gilbert all that information and let you keep the gun and communication device. That's also why I don't tell you to go back. I knew exactly what you were doing. I need you to stay here, and I need to stay here to destroy Agema and everyone that follows him. I promise you can get back at Brown. He annoys me too." Alfred tried a smile. Arthur returned the gesture. Gently, Alfred tucks hair behind Arthur's ear. "I also promise that he won't ever lay a hand on you again." Arthur nodded. Alfred stood back up, picking up his coffee. "Agema will come in and talk to you tomorrow about me. He has been meaning to, but his schedule got hectic, and he hasn't even notice that we don't have Gil locked up in here or in any of the other head quarters under Agema's command."
"Okay." Arthur kept his eyes on Alfred's although he stayed sitting on the mattress. "Thank you for telling me. But if we're going to take this place down, how is my next target and when should I get him?"
Alfred chuckled. "Gil has that answer," was all he said before Brown stepped through the door once again. Alfred's face went completely blank and Arthur frowned as he stared at the floor.
Brown smirked. "Did you try to get a quick fuck out of him, my pet? Too bad he doesn't remember you."
Arthur growled as he glared at Christopher. "No! I'm not a whore! So back that fuck off, git."
Christopher laughed. "I wasn't calling you a whore. I was saying that you will never have sex with the cyborg ever again." He grinned, ruffling the Brit's hair. Arthur smacked him away and glared. "Anyway, Alfred and I need to leave. Mission time. So you won't see me or him for about a week." Bye, my pet."
Once Christopher had his back turned, Arthur's scowl dropped and he looked up at Alfred with large eyes. Alfred smiled softly before leaving a small slip of paper on the table and leaving. When the door shut, Arthur scurried to the table and snatched the paper up. He smiled at the neat lettering.
I love you, my Arthur. I missed seeing you in my jacket.
Arthur chuckled, sitting on the mattress again. "I love you, too, my Alfred."
