Stevens pov.
As I walked around beach city I saw a box down on the beach in the sand "I wonder what it could be...maybe a kitty! " I giggled like a kid and walked to the box, as I knelt down I looked inside to see..."a tiny person?" I exclaimed and picked them up. They looked at me in curiosity and squeaked when I smiled widely, their little cat ears and tail twitching and swaying "hi I'm Steven what's your name?"

(Y/N's) pov.

"Hi I'm Steven what's your name?" The boy asked as he held me gently in his hand "I-im (Y/N)" I responded "h-hi steven" he seemed to squeal a little "that's such a cute name! And your voice is adorable (N/N)!" He exclaimed already giving me a nickname.

Stevens pov.

Oh.my.stars they're so cute! I noticed they looked quite tired and their h/l h/c  hair was messy from days of not brushing it "(y/n) do you have a place to stay?" The..bitty! Yeah imma call them a bitty shook their head sadly "no I dont" I thought for a moment then started walking back to the beach house "where are we going?" The small adorable hybrid asked "your staying with me. I will protect you"

(Y/N's) pov.

As steven said that I blushed and squeaked happily knowing I would finally have a place to stay

"Don't worry (N/N) I will love you and keep you safe" the curly haired boy hummed and kissed the top of my head. "Now get some rest" he said as I nodded and fell asleep on his hand knowing I finally had a home.
