"Why did I end up taking most the stuff!" Rowin complained as she walked into the club room.

Irene and Nate looked up to her, at eachother, and back to her. "Pffffft- I, I don't know Ro. Guess we forgot to split everything." Nathaniel shrugged.

"Yeahhhhhhh, sorry bout it." Irene added sticking her tongue out.

"Ugh, whatever. Get your asses to class before you get in trouble. If you get detention were screwed." Rowin sighed, setting down the bag of supplies along with her instrument.

"Alright, alright were going! " Nate stood up from his seat and walked twords the door. "Don't be late to your class either! Got that?"

"I know, now get going." He saluted as he left the room. Irene started twords the door the door as well, giving Rowin a wave, and shutting the door behind her.

"Peace and quiet, " She said to herself as she opened her case pulling out her guitar. It was blue and black, with a wooded look to it.

She struck the strings and smiled. "This is why I love free period" She slung her guitar over her shoulder and began strumming the strings into a little tune.

She hummed peacefully along with the notes, feeling the strings resonated through out her body. She loved that feeling, the feeling of being one with her guitar.

She continued to play until she felt a pair of eyes on her, causing her to stop playing and turn twords the direction she felt them, the door.

As she turned around; however, no one was there. Confused she picked up her phone to text the group chat.

Rowin set her phone down and headed back over to her case, slipping her guitar inside it. "I should head out now. "

With that she left the club room, still pondering the encounter.

The bell rang signaling, Nate was on the way to the club room to eat with the others.

He was taking a detour through a little garden the school had since he didn't get held back in class like normal, so he had time.

While walking he heard a voice from across the garden, which he decided to approach. As he got closer he realized that it was someone singing.

The voice was coming from behind a tree, he came up to the opposite side of the tree from the voice and listened. After a minute he recognized the song.

He slid a hand into his pocket and listen to the mystery girl's voice.

"Shoot!" He slipped his phone into his pocket and started running off in the direction of the club room, completely forgetting about the pink haired girl sitting on the other side of the tree.

"What took you so long?!" Charlotte yelled as Nate arrived.

"Uhhhh, " He studered for a second, realizing that he didn't get to figure out who he was singing with. Sighing he continued, "got distracted?"

"With what? " Irene asked in a teasing voice.

He went and sat down with them, taking a bite of his now open lunch. "Nothing."

The rest of the day went by in a flash as the final bell of the day rang. On his way to the club room to regroup, he found himself walking back into the garden.

Finding himself infront of the tree from earlier, he walked around it to the side where the girl had been. He stood there for a bit until he felt a buzz from his pocket.

He slipped his phone back into his pocket after checking the text, heading twords the club room.

"Heyyyyy, we heading over to the studio now?" Nate asked slinging his guitar over his shoulder and grabbing a bag full of cleaning stuff.

Charlotte picked up her own bag, walking twords the door. "Yup, and since you took forever, I sent Ro and Irene ahead with the key. So let's hurry up and catch up to them."

The two of them walked in silence, until Charlotte spoke up.
"So what's been going on with you today?"

"What do you mean?" Nate asked with a dry chuckle.

"You know what I mean Nathaniel. You've been off since lunch, did something happen?" Charlotte asked, her damn detective skills were to good.

"Alright, okay, something happened. Nothing bad though, I promise. "

"Would you mind telling me then?" She popped her head into his line of sight.

He gave in with a sigh, telling Charlotte about his previous encounter in the garden. Once he was done a silence had fallen between them as she processed it.

"And you just left?!??! Without at least getting her name?????" She blew up in his face about it.

"I didn't mean too! I saw Irene's text and left without thinking!" He said pulling a hand down his face.

They arrived in front of the studio. "Well pick this up later, alright? For now let's get to cleaning.
