Just so you know in this book you will not be a miraculous holder! AND you are not moving to Paris! Everytime i read a Chat x reader book its always the reader thats a miraculous holder or you're moving to Paris too! So thats why I do my book a little different from others!  Oh and PS: You'll might see a little Chat Blanc in this-POSSIBLY. I mean we kinda rarely see him huh?

There will be as little A/N's as possible. I know you guys become disappointed when you read a fave story of yours and you think its an update-but its just an authors note you are 99.9% likely not going to click it. But what if the author said he/she is cancelling the book or going on hiatus? Yeah, its that important! Only time you find an A/n in here is when its about the book

✥A Genie must go by their owner's orders✥ 

✥A Genie must never ever fall for a mortal or have any type of romantic contact with them✥

✥A Genie must refer to their owner as 'Master' as a sign of respect✥ 

✥A Genie does not have the power to raise the dead, nor bring one back to life✥ 

Today was the day. Yep, its Annual Genie's Day, the day the chosen ones are promoted. When a genie turns (choose an age) they are able to go to the Genie Academy. Hundreds of genies every year are trained to be professional wish granting genies. The successful genies must have a score high enough to be able to be an actual genie.  If they pass, they are given an armlet showing their certification of being an actual Genie. If higher, they are given a special genie bottle and armlet by the genie President himself. This bottle is the genie's link between the World of Souhait and the human world. Of course every genie is going to be drowned in their ecstasy as this is the point in their lifetime where they are truly defined as a genie, joining the others, while they inspire those in training. All was in absolute glee except for one particular genie......

"AHHHHHH *everything shakes* I'M NOT GOING TO MAKE IT!" I sob, as my genie friends tried to comfort me. 

"Y/n, you'll make it I'm sure! You didn't spend 5 months for nothing!" Chrissy, one of my genie friends say. 

"Um, yeah! You're one of the most well known in Souhait! I know you'll make it!" Tiara, another of my genie friends say. 

"How can I pass when I can't even do the human form right?!" I choke on tears. I knew I wouldn't make it. If I don't make it, I'll have to wait for next year. I snap my fingers, making my magic carpet float beside me, and hop on it "I'll see you guys there! I have to be early!" I wave and ride off, drying my tears.

I ride through the clouds, looking down at the genies walking, flying and buying things at the variety of stands covered with the dyed cloths of a rainbow. I let go of the tassels on my carpet and kept riding as I spread my arms out, enjoying the air that hit me. I rode all the way to the Souhait Hall, the meeting place for the genies of Souhait! I rode inside and quickly hopped off, "Wait with the others okay?" I run my fingers through its softness.  

It floats towards the other carpets of genies and started playing with them. I quickly fly to my seat and slip in it at the front, hearing the commotion of others. I fix my hair/pat it making sure it was in good shape. President Licorne tapped on the mic, making everyone go quiet.

 President Licorne is the leader of the land of Souhait, also the leader genie. He's a young lad, and had a few girls drool over him and a quite a few guys jealous of his handsome genes-uh, I meant to say features. He had wavy rainbow hair that was flipped over to the side and curled at the ends a bit-that's what made the ladies go wild, not to mention his dark green eyes. He even had a slight built to his tall body, and he always liked to stand in a field and watch the sunrise every morning.

 A classmate of mine once told me, they spotted him one morning, and it was a bit breezy, 'But boy did he look majestic-like a majestic unicorn doing a victory whine on its two legs and the mane just floated in the wind ' that's what they said. The big wonder was why was his name Licorne? Nobody knows. Someone else said the name has origins from some weird language not of ours....hm.

"We all have come here together as one, to distinguish this year's chosen Souhaitians to be official genies! This year we had a total of 539 Souhaitians  who have crossed the age line and have been trained in our academy to be the genies that they are today. Every Souhaitian will receive their armlets as a symbol of them achieving their genie powers. The Special Wish Granting Souhatians, also known as our Earth Genies will receive their bottles...."  

I could hear the silent whispers of the others, excited to know if they made the cut to actually visit Earth. "We will start with the armlets....." he holds one of them up as everyone ooh'ed and ahh'ed at the glimmering golden thing. "This pure gold armlet has 3 emeralds, 5 diamonds, and 10 rubies. This is something you must have on in public at all times, and the only link to our world for our Earth Genies.... will the following please walk up to the stage to receive your armlets?" at that, Licorne called all of the names quickly so that we could all be seated. 

~15 minutes later~

"Next are our official Earth Genies!" the whole audience clapped, not I. I was the one who sat up straight with my hands in my lap, knowing full well I wouldn't make it.  

"Last year out of 548 Souhaitians, only 17 genies have passed the test and received a bottle. This year, has made history....out of 539 Souhaitians, only 3 have passed the test and will receive their bottles..." everyone was shocked, this was the lowest score out of all the previous years, as many times I attended the Genie's Day, but this time I'm the one receiving my armlet. Everyone had worried murmurs, knowing that only 3 made it! I wonder who those lucky three are.....

"The three Earth Genies will receive a special genie's bottle that is the link to the human world....No mortal should ever see or hear about this land and all 3 must respect by this rule. The 3 Genie's will live in the bottle until they are found by a mortal and may grant the mortal 3 wishes, after that, they may move on to the next mortal. Here are the Earth Genies:......." 

Dead silence fell on everyone.  He raised his hand up and the 3 bottles popped up. Those are some of the most beautiful bottles I've ever seen. 

"Genie Bottles, go to your owners...." he says, everyone gasped and screamed in excitement as the bottles  flew and floated through the crowd, I looked behind me, seeing the others trying to grab one of the bottles but it went through her like a ghost. 

My heart pounded  for some reason, then I felt a small cold tap, I whip around and see one of the bottles floating right in front of me. My eyes widened I just simply stared at it. The others on my row all stared at me or the bottle. 

"Thats not mine!!!!" I say, "It obviously is y/n!!! Congrats!!" the genie next to me says. The bottle was beautiful, breath-taking in fact. It was my favorite color too! It had white diamonds around it as well, and a crystal top with f/c diamonds carved into the top, closing it. I held the bottle, feeling the metal adjust to the warmness of my hands. I noticed 2 other genies going to the stage with their bottles, and I did the same, we all stood on the stage in front of thousands. "Let us give a big round of applause  to our 3 Genies!!!!!" the crowd burst into happy commotion and gave us a standing ovation of cheers and cries. 

I felt proud of myself, I stood there as the flashes of cameras flashed, as I was crying in tears of absolute joy.
