Peter had walked down the hall way and then heard footsteps behind him."Pete!" Peter turned around and saw his best friend Ned Leeds smiling at him"Happy birthday man".

Peter smiled as he looked at his friend."Thanks man" Peter said as he and Ned walked into the class room."So what's your plan today?"." Well Mom said we we're going to eat and I could invite my friends,so you in?"."Of course"."Cool man cool"  Peter said with a smile."Hey losers"  Both Peter and Ned took their seat and looked next to then to see Michelle Jones,one of their friends holding a notebook with a drawing of Peter in it with a thought bubble over his head.

"Hey Michelle" Peter said as he looked at the drawing "Uh what's with the drawing?"."To symbolize your day of birth and what you think and also to symbolize how you feel when you see Gwen Stacy". Peter chuckled a bit nervously at this."Thanks" the young teen then pulled his hood up and put his head phones in to listen to King and lionheart by Of Men and Monsters.

The rest of the day seemed to take last an eternity as Peter just wanted it to be over. When the final bell had rung he smiled happily as he got up and was about to walk out of class,but stopped when he felt a hand on his shoulder. The teen turned around and saw a girl with blonde hair and blue eyes looking at him. Gwen Stacy aka his crush since the second grade. She smiled at him causing him to blush."Hey birthday boy"."H-hi Gwen..." Peter said nervously as Gwen looked at him.

Gwen then grabbed Peter's hand causing Peter to blush even more as she pulled him out of the classroom."Come on Harry said he has something planned for you". The two exited the school and walked into the student parking lot where they saw a brunette boy."Hey Harry" Gwen shouted at the boy known as Harry causing him to turn his head and look at both Peter and Gwen.

"Hey" The teen said as Peter and Gwen walked up to him as he then patted Peter's shoulder "There's the birthday man"."Sup Harry"."Come on let's go. We're burning daylight" Harry said as he entered his car as Gwen followed. Peter looked at the two and shrugged."Where are we going?"."To my dad's personal lab"."Your suicidal..."."Dude don't worry he's out of town for a week so the lab is all ours" Harry said with a smirk as he started up the car "We'll be in out with out a trace". He then pulled out of the school parking lot as Peter put on his head phones on to listen to Colors by Halsey.

The drive took about a good thirty six minutes as Harry parked the car in the parking lot as the group got out of the car and looked at Oscorp tower.

Peter looked at the building amazed as he had always seen it when on the bus and had only visited it once when with Harry when the two were eleven years old. The trio entered the building and entered the elevator to head to the third floor where the lab was located. Once the elevator had stopped the three got off and walked to a highly secured door that had a highly advanced lock on it."well how do we get in?" Peter said as he looked at Harry who shrugged."To be honest I didn't plan that far ahead"."Step aside boys" Gwen said as she walked up to the door and opened up the main fram of the lock revealing wires "this should take about five minutes". She then started to mess around with the wires as the door lock started to make sounds and unlocked."Gwen you never cease to amaze me" Harry said as Peter nodded in agreement as Gwen smiled. The trio then walked into the lab and looked around amazed as they were looking at new tech that was being developed."This is awesome" Peter said as he looked at a glider like object."Agreed" Gwen said as she looked at blue print for a flame type sword while Harry looked at a case full of spiders."Hey guys come and look at this". Both Peter and Gwen walked over to Harry and looked at the case containg spiders as each spiders had numbers on their backs."Wonders what dad was doing with these little fellas" Harry said as Peter and Gwen shrugged. Unknown to them a spider had crawled onto Peter's hand and proced to bite the teen."OUCH!!!".

Peter yelped in pain as he shook his hand causing the spider to be flung to the floor where it died. Harry and Gwen looked at their friend concerned as he held his hand in pain until they heard footsteps."Crap...." Harry said as he looked at Gwen and Peter "Quick out the back door". The trio exited  as a security guard entered the lab and saw the spider dead on the floor."The boss is not gonna like this....". Meanwhile Peter had walked back home after telling Gwen and Harry that he was tired. The teen walked towards his house and stopped as he saw a older girl with red hair next door."Hey Gale".Gale looked at Peter as she put her hair back and raised an eyebrow."Who are you again?".

"Peter....Peter Parker Romanoff". Gale looked at him more confused."The boy who lives next door....friends with your little sister Mj.....you baby sat me when I was nine". Gale looked at him and snapped her fingers "oh right the little boy who refused to take off his iron man mask for two days straight"."Actually it was a week". Both of them looked up to see a girl around Peter's age with red hair."What I know things".

Peter smiled and waved at the girl "Hey Mj"."Hey Pete happy birthday"."Thanks..." Peter said weakly as he started to get pale "I'm gonna...go back to my house...". The young teen walked away and walked towards his house and entered it. Peter entered the home to fine Natasha standing there holding a cake with the words happy birthday on it."Hey bud"."Hi mom..." Peter said with a weak smile as he started shaking and sweating causing Natasha to go to protective mother mode. She set the cake down onto the coffee table and placed the back of her hand to feel Peter's forehead."Your burning up...." Natashs said as Peter nodded at this as he walked passed her and up the stairs."I'm gonna go lay down.....". Peter walked up the stairs and towards his room and entered it. He soon fell onto his bed and started to shake and shiver as sweat ran down his forehead as the spider bite on his hand seemed to glow for a bit.

Meanwhile at Oscorp,Norman Osborn looked at the spider that bit Peter with hatred and anger as he slammed the dead creature on to his desk."Damn Spider....i will kill whoever the spider bit..." he stood and growled angrily "no matter who they are". He then stormed out of his office as his eyes seemed to glow green with anger. Back the Romanoff household,Peter layed on his bed shivering as the bite on his hand seemed to fade away leaving no trace of it ever being there as the teen kept shivering and tossing and turning as he saw a vision of man in red and blue looking at him as the teen shivered violently."S-spider.....man....".
